Bill’s in City of London, Westminster

Incredibly disappointed. Following from a medical change in diet, I made my choices based on dietary requirement, no carbs, no potato’s etc. the starter of beetroot and goats cheese was bland to say the least. Two incredibly matched ingredients ruined in their preparation. I’d ordered the Fig & chestnut roast with roasted squash and seasonal green veg. When it arrived it was served with potatoes, carrots & parsnips and not a squash in sight. All foods served were foods I now have to avoid (not the personal choice but through medical requirement) it was sent back but returned with bc a sorry excuse for a meal. I sent it back and headed home to get a meal that tasted of something. It’s hard enough having to make these dietary requirement changes without Bills making it 100 times more difficult. Giving Vegetarian & Vegan food a very bad rep. 👎🏻

Diabolical. Overpriced garbage. No draft beer. The shawarma was about £15 and appalling. Cold, sad and with flat bread that was like a supermarket job. Do not go to this hole! I sent it back and went to the shawarma place next door for the real thing and I was 100x superior.

I love Bill’s and the Baker Street restaurant has really got the lighting and music level right. It sets the perfect scene for dinner as you can always hear each other without having to shout over loud music. We live nearby and never went to Bill’s but have recently found it to be our perfect spot for a quiet dinner. Other places in the area are so over priced and average, I feel that Bill’s represents really good value for the price point. The food is what you pay for. I had the steak it was very well cooked to order. Service also really friendly, I literally can’t complain. Dinner for two on Marylebone high street with no alcohol on Saturday night cost me the best part of £200 and we were underwhelmed. The equivalent (3 course) dinner for two at bills: £83. I really would recommend Bill’s if you are all about the ambience and opportunity to enjoy dinner with friends and family.

The food was exactly what we expected, we had a burger and a hippy bowl with chicken added. Both meals were very nice, and as expected for this style of restaurant. Although we expect the food to be good, what I always judge a place by is its customer service and Dan who served us was excellent in every respect. He was welcoming, smiled, served us promptly, checked our order and a little while after we received our meals dropped by our table to check everything was ok, just the perfect amount of service. Although good service is an expectation, you don’t always get it. The young lady who greeted and seated us when we arrived was also very pleasant although we didn’t get her name. We will definitely recommend this place based not just on the food but on the terrific service we received. We will be back.

While the Eggs Royale were adequate they came cold Had to beg for second cup of coffee as wait staff was busy talking to her friend Arrived 745 am for an 8am meeting…doors were open…yet was asked to wait outside in the cold, as }they dont open till 8am”…wasnt offered coffee or tea, just told to wait outside despite the empty chairs sitting in the empty foyer

We booked an early dinner here before heading off to the Open air theatre in Regents Park. There were 7 of us - and we’re pretty easy to please. We ordered a variety of meals: burgers, fish, aubergine etc. Sadly not one of us enjoyed our meal, comments ranged from disgusting to totally bland and everything in between. Staff were virtually non existent after delivering our food we never saw anyone again, we wanted to order another drink but that took so long we had to leave before it came. I had to go find someone so we could pay our bill and it wasn’t cheap either! Such a shame as this was a special occasion for us which was somewhat spoilt by the whole experience here.

I went into this place to see the bakers. As soon as I entered, I felt good thanks to the staff who greeted me with a smile. They took my order well and the food came out quickly. The plating was also pretty. The atmosphere was comfortable and I enjoyed it well.

Pancakes are amazing!!!! Shoutout to Maria who have been very attentive and very helpful from the start when we walked in the restaurant. If not for her, our experience in the restaurant would have been a 5 star. Another staff made it awkward when we asked for a table when we asked to dine in inside when we can see that there were empty tables to start with and have to still wait and gave us an attitude! But that’s ok, Maria made us smile and have been very nice and made the experience much better afterwards!!! All in all, we had a great time ♥️♥️♥️

We arrived early on Saturday morning, after a night in the pub, only the toughest of our group found their way. I took The Garden Plate and was delighted. Very fresh, the coffee was good & Maria our waitress wowed us with politeness and hospitality - the kind you don't expect in hectic London. We'd love to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, creating the perfect ambiance for an enjoyable meal.

As someone with multiple allergies, I never have a bad meal at Bill’s and always feel safe. Their gluten free menu is extensive and the staff are well versed when it comes to dietary requirements. The Korean fried cauliflower is a must and a big thank you to Jenny for looking after us so nicely.

I love this restaurant! The staff are super friendly and helpful and I love the atmosphere. The food is to tasty and fresh.

Our waitress Blerina was the best! We didn‘t need to wait too long for our breakfast to be served and it was just on point. We highly recommend to spend some time here and have a real good time!

A very nice restaurant located next to The Regent's Park. The restaurant area was very beautiful and neat with a nice atmosphere. The menu has a wide variety of dishes for all tastes, desserts and drinks. We ordered the English breakfast they served there and it was really very tasty and filling. We also tried the famous English breakfast tea which impressed us a lot with its intense taste. The store staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Alexsandra was our server, happy and seemed to enjoy her job, she was so helpful & accommodating without being pushy in any way, good and relaxed with conversation. Actually best server I've met 👏⭐

Staff were really good, especially Alexsandra, who was very helpful and friendly. The surroundings and atmosphere were great, and the eight of us were allowed to stay at the table for four hours, and probably longer if we'd wanted to. Had a few little things to sort out with the food, but it was resolved promptly. One meal was only luke warm, and there was no jam for the cream tea, but we got through those minor hardships! I'm fussy with my food, but I actually got exactly what I ordered, which is very rare. Overall, I would happily go there again, although I do wish restaurants would not put a 'service charge' on the bill. It should be up to the customer to decide on that. I know it is removable before you actually pay, but it can be quite embarrassing to do that.

The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and the food is not bad, but THEY ADD A 12.5 PERCENT NON-NEGOTIABLE TIP TO THE BILL, AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. They don't warn you about either thing when you sit down. We will not return.

Nice restaurant for a Sunday brunch, with several options, including vegetarian and vegan. Fast service, possibility of booking online (the restaurant was full).

We really liked the atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The eye comes with it. There are also small desserts, which was great! Our waitress Marta was really friendly.

Had a fabulous reunion of old school friends at Bills Baker St last night. Our group of 7 ladies try and meet every 6 months and finding a suitable venue is always hard to get right. But Bills was great. Delicious food and wine, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert surprise for two of our birthday girls. A huge thank you to our server Alexsandra who was wonderful - helpful, attentive and a real credit to Bills. We will be back!

Went there 3 times while we were in London. Absolut deliciouse food! Service was also greate. First time there we needed a glutenfree menu for my mum, next time we went we didn't have to ask for it because they remembered. Next time im in London I will definitly go there again!

Came to London for the weekend and ate at Bills in Marylebone. Good food, great service and a really good atmosphere. Our waitress Osa was really helpful and very friendly. Coming back again !
