I’ve been to bills a few times and always enjoyed the food but I went today and had eggs Benedict & the eggs was stone cold not a tiny hint of heat it was like it had been sitting there & when someone orders it they plate it up .the waitress took it off the bill but I won’t be going back.this was a birthday breakfast so very disappointing.

The service from Miah was fabulous, very attentive for a large group of us 😊 the food was a bit meh, the chicken shawarma the chicken was a bit dry. The Caesar chips were really tasty but not much for £6.50. Also a bit of a kick in the teeth to pay £3.50 for a coke and be given a can 😅

Lovely atmosphere with kind and patient staff. Only issue is portion sizes are a little small with the starters compared to their price because most of the price is weighed on presentation.

Fantastic food and super service from Miah ! Really a superb session so thanks so much. The menu is excellent as is the choice of drinks so all in all one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences I've had in a while and still certainly be back.

I had breakfast at Bill's for the first time this morning, and it was such a nice experience! The food was fresh and super tasty – exactly what I needed to start my day right. A big shoutout to Tatiana, who took care of my table. She was so friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. It really felt like she cared about making my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Bill’s to anyone looking for a cozy spot with great food and amazing service.

Came here last night to catch up with some friends. I got the fish pie & snow-nuts for dessert - was delicious! I was a bit nervous bringing my newborn in his pram but the staff were very helpful and made sure we had space and were comfortable.

My partner's big breakfast was stone cold. It was changed, but the replacement wasn't much better. Streaky bacon was flacid, not crispy at all, potato unappetising, just a spoonful if beans. Won't be back.

Lovely brunch! Great to revisit an old haunt. The staff and seating areas are fab. Only let down was the cappuccino wasn’t very strong. But will definitely come again.

Our waitress Maryna was so friendly, helpful and accommodating to us. She helped us with the menu and our dietary requirements and gave us recommendations. Would definitely recommend; we loved it 🫶

Service was very good and very quick, maryna was so helpful and was such a good waitress to me and my partner. The atmosphere was very good to, the restaurants dimmed lights were very calming and even though there was customers it wasn’t loud so we could have conversations easily without having to raise out voices, the food was unreal and we will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed lunch at Bill's today. Portion sizes were small in my opinion but the food was good. Service was great and a special thank you to our amazing waitress whose name we couldn't catch (but she's Ema #224) who was very helpful and went out of her way to help us! Thank you so much!

Morgan looked after us amazingly.. we stopped here on our way through the area for birthday brunch and super amazing service and food, also the restaurant has a really nice layout and decor.. highly recommend, Bills never disappoints.

Lovely, tasty Sunday brunch . The waitress even went to ask the chef if I could have something from the week day menu as I hadn't realised the menu changed at weekends. Very attentive waiting staff. Only down side was the noise from some of the young children.

The food was tasty, and there was plenty of options on the menu to choose from. Overall, it was a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Went in for a last minute bite of dinner. Great food, terrible service. When we told them we wouldn't be paying the service charge because the service was terrible, they weren't the least bit surprised or concerned to know why. Obviously couldn't care less. Perhaps we'll spend our hard earned cash somewhere else next time.

Just a really disappointing experience. Bills used to be a guaranteed good meal out. Service was non existent and the food is now bang average. I won't be going back. Real shame.

The Bills in Reigate is lovely. The portion sizes are huge! Very good value, the service is fantastic. Lubi was our server and was so welcoming. He had a chat with us and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another table. Definitely needs a bonus!

First time at Bill's & very enjoyable Sadly, because of my gout, the range of food I can choose from is quite limited but I was very happy with my pancakes this morning The staff were also extremely helpful & the food came out very quickly Definitely interested in going again but a more gout friendly menu would be appreciated
