Excellent service ! Although the breakfast was not as hot as it should have been !

Nisha was our server and she was very friendly, she did a great job. Shared a platter which was just enough for 2 and a side of mac and cheese which could of had a bit more flavour

Sadly Bill's has gone downhill in Lewes. I had the full English vegan breakfast and it was not of good quality, the egg replacement is a mushy weird thing, the beans just the usual straight from the tin, the bread was of very poor quality too and the tomato super stringy and tasteless, the fake meat wasn't up to scratch either :0(. The acoustics aren't great either and the deco has also changed for the worst in my opinion. The pancakes are good though and so are the juices and the turmeric late, although some vegan protein such as almond butter wouldn't go amiss with the pancakes. The service tried to be helpful and was friendly but weren't able to help sadly either. Bill's used to be great, with high quality ingredients, great vegan options and lovely deco (the acoustics have always been poor though). Since it's become a chain it has lost its appeal though.

Been to a number of Bills restaurants always good experience. Visited Lewes this weekend and really enjoyed the vegan burger and salted chocolate tart. Experience made all the better by our excellent, friendly, and attentive server Nisha, thank you! We will be back soon!

We visited over Christmas and were made to feel comfortable and welcome. A lovely young chap called Jay helped us with our order and chatted to me and my daughter in such a friendly and warm manner. My daughter can sometimes be shy when ordering food, but Jays approachable manner made things much easier for her. His suggested choice of pancakes went down a treat!

Always pop by Bills for a lunch when I am in Lewes and I always have great service and food. The last few times I had Jay serve me and my partner and he was brilliant, attentive and kind!

Jay, was unbelievable. So polite, great table timing with the service. Loved his vibe. Food was fab, restaurant vibe is so chill perfect for a first date 😉 deffo be back!

I wanted to treat my mom to a lovely lunch after Christmas, and Lewes was bustling with many wanting to ear inside Bills due to bad weather. We were able to arrange a table for 30 minutes, walked around and came back to be seated right away. The menu choice was amazing, the service excellent and the food was brought out really quickly and absolutely delicious. This was a highlight to my mom's trip, thank you so much for making it special

Booked at the last minute and so glad we did. The food was amazing and although busy the service was very good too. We didn’t have too long wait for drinks and then food which was really good as we was with our five year old daughter. Will definitely go back. Five star service from Phoebe.

My sisters and I came for lunch & was served by Michael who was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem for us, we ended up sitting outside & came out with blankets & hot water bottles for the 3 of this.

Michael really looked after my self and sisters when we realised our online booking hadn't worked. He arranged for a table outside with blankets and hot water bottles. He constantly checked in on us to make sure all was ok. Food and atmosphere brilliant. Thank you Michael. X

Lovely food, warm atmosphere just in time for Christmas. We were served by Nisha who was so welcoming and patient with us as we took a while to decide and then eat our food. Bills is a classic spot for a nice dinner in lewes, we go almost every year in the winter as it’s very reliable for a nice atmosphere and meal.
