Biryani Stop in Havering

Purchased two boxes last day at midnight and got unlucky. Both of them were burned and literally the leftovers scraped from the bottom of the pan. The food was just heated up from the fridge, not buying anymore

I ordered a lamb biriyani.they served it from the fridge and just heated up in the microwave.the meat was very dry and very hard to bite.it feels very disappointing that how they got 4.6 rating in map.

Took takeaway for Bineless lamb Biryani. It was decent but very dry, and they only give small raita. I would suggest give more raita and add on Salan. But the most disappointing thing was over a good amount of rice there were only 2 pieces of lamb. Seemed like a joke for £10. Nonetheless it’s a decent place but might not try again cause of the dryness and amount of meat pieces.

This is truly authentic Pakistani Biriyani! The best we have had in the UK. So glad it is near our house and so reasonably priced. Spice and flavours are perfect! The grilled wings are spot on too! You will not be disappointed!

Ordered a spicy chicken biryani, chicken paalak and meat samosa. Meat samosa crust was very burnt. Biryani was very dry, even drier than a normal pulao. No real taste, burnt and dried up biryani. The chicken paalak was incredibly watery and no curry taste whatsoever.

The worst biryani I ever had in my life -10 rating i dont even call it was biryani guys don’t even try paid 9.95£ for no reason that biryani is not even worth of 10p 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 if you say I was rude with your staff then it’s a big lie just to cover your self don’t even start talking nonsense, that biryani is not meant to serve the dogs as well🤮🤮🤮🤮

People say first impression is best impression. Somewhat it was a disappointment for me. Food was stored in a fridge, when I place the order, they took the biriyani out from fridge and filled in a box. Then they heated up and delivered to me. The food tasted average as it was kept in fridge, even after heating it didn't gave me the real biriyani flavor. Chicken was so hard and dry. I would suggested the management to look for some alternate options to store biriyani, as it loses it's real flavor when it goes into fridge.

Totally disappointed by the food I got lamb biryani rice were so dry with just two pieces of lamb and even the lamb is totally burnt out & dry with bitter taste Just wasted £10

Staff were amazing,they listen to you. Pizza was very delicious and can’t compare. Pizza was properly cooked, toppings were evenly distributed and every piece tasted better as i was hungry and ordered another one. Atmosphere was calm, pleasant, neat and clean. I’ve walked passed this place several times before in the past and I’m glad I stopped to finally try the food today, it was absolutely amazing. I ordered Chicken strips with rice and chips and was served by Sra. The food was delicious, I wasn’t waiting for long and the service was amazing. I will definitely return

I have been a regular here for about a year; their food is as close to authentic as it comes to in London! Staff is very friendly and polite; particularly Bai. Love everything I've tired from the menu, but most recently the grilled chicken wings, which were delish!

Ordered lamb biryani tasted very good, good portion and great value for mine came with salad and raita- perfect combination. Served by a very dedicated staff Sree. Would highly recommend.

Been here three times now, lamb kebab roll, chicken biriyani, half grilled chicken. The food is good quality and tasty. The food is definitely freshly prepared as you can taste the difference. The staff were very friendly and gave a good service. My only gripe is the lack of good seating and some items are overpriced.

Paid £52 for biryani lamb chops lamb karai seekh kebab, not worth the Money. Definitely not worth anything. Tasteless and not cooked properly. Do not come to this place u will be disappointed. (Honest review) do not recommend.

Boneless chicken biryani was so dry. Chicken was tasteless and what makes it boneless is that the piece used was a breast piece that was over cooked making it dry. The rice seemed a couple days old. Best thing about it was that it smelt nice. Overall not a fan.

Ordered a few times on my way back from work. The food has consistently been good. I would like to see a few more veg curry options. This is what I have tried so far: Lamb biryani - flavourful, not skimping on the meat but a bit too spicy for me. Would have liked extra yogurt sauce Mini mixed grill- good amount for one person for dinner. Well cooked. Full of flavour Chicken tikka roll - this was phenomenal. So so nice. I will definitely be getting this again. I've always got takeaway. The sitting area is tiny which is why I have give 3* for atmosphere because it's not really a sitting in place.

Ordered on their website and waited over 2 hrs. Managed to make contact via WhatsApp and they rectified the issue and sent my dinner out straight away. The next day I placed a telephone order for chicken on the bone biriyani but instead was given boneless chicken. Again, the issue was handled well by staff and rectified. The biriyani both days though was tasty and flavourful. In summary, as a new outlet there's clearly a few hiccups on the administrative side which need ironing out, but the food is good.

Disappointing. Dry, flavourless and tough meats in the biryani. The samosa chaat was soggy because it was swimming in the sauce. Sadly quality is not a priority, cost cutting is. They referred me to their grill options next time. Biryani Stop underperformed in their biryani. I will leave out their other food options. Don’t bother ordering online or calling them. Nonfunctional.

I have ordered the biryani and asked for it to be spicy and this is the first time in ages I have managed to eat biryani which is hot and spicy🔥 it comes with chatni and fresh salad which was great. The only thing that needs to be improved is the chatni which is very watery and doesn't have any taste.

Was looking for an Indian meal in Romford and found great reviews on google, and thought of trying it out. Ordered butter chicken and naan. To begin with, the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and welcoming. Was greeted politely before placing the order. Butter chicken was delicious and so was the naan. Also took their chicken biryani as a takeaway which tasted delicious. Very pocket friendly for the quantity and quality you get.

We tried Biryani Stop yesterday as we had last minute guests coming over for Iftaar yesterday. Ordered it for delivery, delivery was done as per our time agreement 7:00 pm. My order included: - 2 Chicken Biryani (on the bone) servings- there is just one chicken piece per Biryani serving - 2 Lamb Biryani servings - 3 Meat samoosas (potatoes, peas and mince) - 1 Vegetable Samoosa (peas and potatoes) - Medium Chicken Kerhai - Medium Lamb Kerhai - 2 Butter Naan - 4 Tandoori Rooti - One serving of Lamb Chops (4) They threw in a few Freebies: A Diet Coke litre bottle, 4 boxes of Salad and Medium Butter Chicken Being a Karachite, I love my Biryani. Don’t get to make it that frequently at home as my household is majorly Pulao lovers. I’ve been trying Biryani locally (Romford, Hornchurch, Chadwell Heath, even in Ilford) for 10 years and haven’t found anything chose to what is available at specialised Biryani houses and even street vendors back home. After reading amazing reviews about their Biryani I was quite keen to try it myself. Took my chances with the guests as well. To my surprise their Chicken Biryani (on the bone) & Lamb Biryani was mouthwatering tasty, the spice level is also up to the mark. I throughly enjoyed it. The guests were quite complimentary of the same. The only thing missing were Potatoes (Aloo), for me personally Biryani is incomplete without Aloo. But none the less it was worth it. Dahi Bhalay were also quite nice. And everything else’s was above average… Definitely recommend their Biryani and Bhalay. I’m surely going to order the same again to fulfil my Biryani craving as and when… 5⭐️ rating for their service and Biryanis. After all it is a Biryani joint. Sorry no pictures as I had to set up the table quickly and it was Iftaar time soon after so had to attend to my guests.
