Very nice delicious and tasty biryani

I ordered a takeaway lamb biryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The lamb was perfectly cooked—tender and full of flavor. The spices in the biryani were just right, making it a truly satisfying meal. However, I noticed the dining area is located in a separate building at the rear, and it felt quite cold, which might not be ideal for dining in. Overall, the food quality was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it for takeaway!

There was no option to request or add lemons and onions, so I contacted the Deliveroo support team to communicate this to the restaurant. Deliveroo informed me that the restaurant is unable to provide lemons and onions. Please ensure proper customer service, as this restaurant also only accepts cash payments, possibly to avoid taxes or other obligations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Still no contactless pay. Please arrange it asap. It's hard to find an ATM during the rain, and hard get parking. I skipped many times this restaurant due to these issues. Their foods are value for money.

Good was absolutely tasty bit dry could’ve gone well with a lentil dish on side or something. Chicken was very nice and tender. The eating area is another building at the rear. Very cold to dine in. Toilets clean although there is a shower there not sure for what reason. Wasn’t happy that food was being brought through the back of the shop externally to the dining area very unhygienic.

Biryani's are good, worth the price, had lamb curry, didn't meet my taste buds

My wife had a takeaway for £5, which she loved. She will return to try many more dishes. She would recommend it.

I ordered a takeaway through Just Eat and ordered a chicken biryani and a mutton haleem. The biryani was fine but the mutton haleem had no mutton, no obvious presence of lentils and was simply a gooey, glutinous mess which is like nothing I’ve ever had before. I tried to call and message three times and have not received any response yet. This is the worst takeaway I have had ever, I think. The lack of response makes things worse.

So yesterday I went to Biryani'z to grab two boxes of chicken biryani. I made sure to ask for medium spicy, but when I opened the boxes, all I saw was plain white rice with two tiny pieces of chicken. Like, what the heck? Then, when it was time to pay, a group of five people came in and the cashier accepted their card payments. But guess what? When it was my turn, they told me I had to pay in cash. Can you believe that? I tried to reason with them, but this other dude insisted that I pay in cash. The biryani was trash, just plain white rice, and the customer service was even worse. I'm definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know. They've seriously gone downhill. I wish I could take a pic and post it here.

Ordered a chicken 65 and Lamb biryani. Normally they used to do better than this, but this time it was pathetic. The biryani was pre packed. Without any flavours. Only 2 pieces of Lamb and 2 bones. Bland. The chicken 65 was without proper seasoning and only food color.

Best Hyderabadi biryani in Nottingham. Biryani is 6 pounds eat-in. Quantity is good. It’s a proper Hyderabadi dum biryani. Best for students and visitors. If u want extra spicy, u need to mention it beforehand.

DONT BUY NO TASTE NO SMELL .ZERO QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The chicken mandhi I bought yesterday was a complete letdown. Before making the purchase, I called the restaurant to inquire about the dish's quality, and they assured me that it was their special Thursday offering. To my surprise, what I received was not mandhi at all. It was simply pulao rice with a separate piece of fried chicken packed separately. It was clear that either the cook was unaware of what mandhi should be, or they were intentionally deceiving customers by labeling it as such. I strongly advise against purchasing the chicken mandhi from this establishment. I will be posting a picture later today to showcase the disappointing quality of the dish.

We have had briyani from Briyaniz and was good so we ordered 2 Dum biryanis through Uber Eats this afternoon. Flavour - tasted like a plain rice with meat on it We didn’t have a single bite of briyani flavour in it Also the food quality was not good Price - too costlier for what we received and not worth of it We felt really upset to eat a plain rice for costing 10 pounds Rice was over cooked and rounded like a ball.

The food quality and services are top-class. You should try it once. One of the best briyani in EAST MIDLANDS, thanks to Omar bhai who give service at closing time.

I tried the Chicken Tikka Biryani and the Chicken Dum Biryani, Paani Puri, Sweet Paan and Malai Rabdi....all good was worth my time and effort took to reach there. Amazing taste.

Stone cold portion of oil with 3 bits of cold meat. Argumentative staff when explained about poor quality. The naan was warm so clearly not a travel time issue and no steam or condensation in the cling film. As they explained they microwave everything freshly so not sure how it can be stone cold. Never again. Avoid.

Probably the best briyani I had so far

So I ordered from here once, chicken 65 biriyani was amazing tasting but very oily. I figured it was because of the chicken 65, so the second time I ordered just normal chicken biriyani. It was extremely bland, mainly just got white rice in my box. Also very oily somehow. Made my stomach unhappy. Sad because I know they can make good food here but it's disappointing how it is not consistent from delivery. Also driver drove straight past me and I had to walk to his car to get the food when he could have just stopped.

Lamb Biryani was sooooooo tasty!! washed down with a can of thumbs up. also had the chunky veg samosa and some chicken tikka, both hit the spot! Looking forward to coming back soon and trying more of the menu.

A small shop with reasonable prices and a wide variety of foods. They only open in the evenings. Please ensure that you have cash in your wallet or that a cash machine is within a two-minute walk.

Like some of the other reviews, I'm pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning. I rarely order takeaway and decided to give it a go last week with the chicken biryani, and although it was pretty bad, I just shrugged it off. After suffering from food poisoning for most of the past week, I've realised this was the only food I've eaten that could have given me it. Would not recommend this place if you value your health.

The place did not accept card. Awesome! I just had to take out a 10 just to buy a box of Hyderabad Biriyani. The biriyani itself is not so bad, except it has almost none of the spices. The portion was ample for one person. The people were not very helpful either. I'd prefer any other local food joint over this. Disappointed! On the bright side, Tandoori Chicken was good.

Driver was rude, unprofessional and not bothered. He turned up in the wrong location, even though the address is clear, I even gave instructions guided him over the phone plenty. Because it was a little out of the way he was like I'm just dropping the food off here then cut the line, he didn't even try to come to the right place all this happened in 5 minutes. Rung the store regarding the driver and said it's nothing to do with him. Driver is called Abdul Rahman be careful ordering from here. The bad reviews should never be overlooked, because people do have bad experiences and unfortunately it happened to me today.

Chicken Biryani is very good and economical but Haleem was just OK.

Came here specifically as I heard about their pani puri and being in Nottingham I HAD to test it out. The pani puri was amazing, I had 3 plates of 6 puris all to myself. Very flavoursome, the water was super tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. Finally no longer have to go to London or Leicester for a pani puri hit. Also had the samosa chaat which was super yummy. I went last week and am already excited for my next visit. Highly recommend.

I loved briyaniz foods when they started in Nottingham. But now a day what they are doing is providing low quality foods or adding some essence...I Don't know. One day me and my friends all went to briyaniz and bought some food. The next day we all discussed the Diahorrea and stomach problem. It is so bad. After a month i asked some of my friends who are loyal customers there. They all experienced the same issue after a month. So, this shows that this restaurant is preparing food continuously like this. They need to take necessary action to sort out this issue. Response for the reply : I don’t need to spend my time for the fake review. If you are not adding essence then the food must be expired. Don’t hide the truth from the customers what you are doing. I spent my money and got diarrhoea. Not only me my friends also got the same problems . How it was happened? I saw another review that the briyani had flies in it. What a shame

Biryani is fine. Need more spicy. Only biryani is hot and rest food items are cold. Didn't like it served cold. Place is very small and when I traveled 1 hour to this restaurant to see that only 5-6 people can stand and only 4 people can sit which was sad.

I had just purchased the chicken baryani and I've found big fly 🪰 in the baryani. So disgusting, how they are unhygienic and the quality of the food is not good. Check the photo. The fly is properly cooked in the food. I can even get ill and those who will eat, can also get ill.

After 4 years of living in the UK, I finally found a place which serves Hyderabadi Biryani as close to what it is back in Hyderabad! Unbeatable price and reasonably good portion. Friendly staff and other items like Chicken 65 are also good. Can try Pan for those who are craving and Karachi Biscuits available too!

Went for the first time when I heard from a friend. I must say if if you going solely for biryani, then it's fine. Flavour is great, but mind it it can be very spicy, which I personally don't prefer. You can request for mild spicy. Others dishes I must say were not bad but average, and I understand this is a kind of takeaway. Price is quite reasonable. I would rate it good overall and excellent for biryani.
