The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked as were the generous portion of fries. My friend had the grilled sea bass which got a big thumbs up too. The shisha chef then came over and explained a couple of new flavours he was experimenting with so we ordered one and were very pleased with the taste.

Food (4/5): I ordered prawn for the starter and grilled salmon with vegetables for the main course. While the dishes were decent, they lacked bold flavors and seasoning. Others who ordered different dishes also found themselves needing to add salt and pepper to enhance the taste. Service (3/5): Service was average. Although the food had been pre-ordered, most guests received their meals promptly while mine arrived last after I had to ask multiple times. Atmosphere: The ambiance is dimly lit but visually comfortable, with clean and well-maintained premises.

We as a group of 10 had booked prior for a table, staff welcomed us nicely, but the let down was we had call several times for assistance, it wasn't forthcoming, simple items serviettes, knife & fork, a drinks. but will were a bit scattered. Some were late arriving. The food was good. We would go again, hence the 4 stars 🌟.

The food is incredible. Especially the grilled seabass is amazing. They provide fresh and quality food. Also the service and atmosphere is appreciable.

Greeted warmly by Polina, she was very attentive and friendly, as the place wasn’t too busy during early evening we were guided to the selected space. Ordered food and drinks arrive in good time and tasted fresh and delicious. This was followed by our Mint Shisha, Adil took good care of it and kept changing the coals at required time. We had a good experience and would recommend to enjoy food and Shisha there!

Owner misbehaved with us. He literally insulted and humiliated us when I along with my friend went for Shisha. We left the place because we felt disturbed and he was not sorry for being rude at all! I will never ever go there again!

The customer service is appalling, we were four of us went on last Monday evening to have dinner, the lighting was very very poor, we could hardly see the menu and we've requested to switch on the lights but we were ignored, we then we switched on our mobile phone lights on to see the menu, and we ordered our food, when the food arrived there were no forks and knives and tissues were given to us, we requested and one of the staff came with one set of fork and knives rolled in the tissues paper, we all got so annoyed that we almost left the place without eating the food, but because we all were very hungry and continued eating food. The food quality was good and tasted good but the customer Service was appalling. I rather go to Gokyuzu in chingford, excellent customer service and food is excellent

This is our "usual" place to meet up with girls, became a tradition already. Food is nice, prices are reasonable and the place is quite spacious. Big thanks to Polina for always being friendly, smiling and kind.

firstly there was no Shisha secondly they don’t even let you finish your plate, they constantly come to your table to take your plate even though you are still eating- i understand it’s super quiet but ppl don’t just go to eat, they catch up and talk. taking the plate means you want us to go. it’s super quiet i understand but that doesn't mean you have to keep eyeing us like every two seconds. i couldn’t eat in peace. every second i get stared at, it was so awkward.

Absolute rip off, how could you lie to people on new years eve that you will have belly dancers Dj and so on, but then close the bar at 11pm… absolute disgrace to customers, will never return and recommend friends not to

Sunny and Cataline best service and atmosphere possible I’ve never been to a better place with better service they’re star employees at this place and make it enjoyable.

I was excited to go here, but what let it down was two things, the food and one of the female servers. I'm not sure if it was the time of day of me attending that had an effect on the food (11pm) but the wings were bland, and the prawns were over cooked drenched in whatever sauce it came in. The only thing that i really enjoyed was my sweet potato fries. One female server acted like she was hard of hearing, and when we did get her attention, our drinks order wasn't even placed. 😒 (I really don't understand why people work in industries like these to do a rubbish job). Big up the shisha guy, he was 10/10; I say this because we picked a shisha combo that he was iffy about, and he took his time to explain that he didn't think what we chose was a good mix, so for that, thank you 🫡. I'll probably retry this place at an earlier time just to see if the food is better, but for now, no rush.

Had a excellent night there. Food is good. Service is exceptional. Shisha has lot of flavour combinations. The waitress brought wrong pasta but changed it immediately after we informed her. Closes at 1 PM, but could be open a bit more since they have shisha.

It's a fantastic place to be, I go there because of such a polite staff, especially Paulina. She is kind and polite. All staff is very professional kind and cooperative. I would recommend this place to anyone for Shisha and food.

This was a quick pitstop before heading to a friends BBQ. The mushroom bruschetta exceeded our expectations. Creamy with Lots of flavour. The staff were also really friendly. Cannot wait to go back for a full meal.

Very rude staff. Not sure what the waiters name is, but he was a tall European looking man, he spoke to us very rude. The staff seem to be telling us different things and they’re not sure on rules themselves.

2nd time I have been here, they definitely deserve this 5/5! Customer service was on point, everyone was welcoming, kind & helpful. Food/shisha was great. Please keep up the great work. Great restaurant with good environment. food was great and the shisha is the best part. We ordered a shisha the cheif approached us suggested a shisha and boom it was the best shisha I ever smoked. I asked him for a sweet shisha he gave me that and he also gave me us a special light on the house. As a shisha lover I suggest you guys it is best place blackmoon and I would visit it once again :)

We was a group of 5 that visited the restaurant at 7pm with an reservation. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the waiter took our orders. He got couple of drinks order wrong which was rectified quickly. Then 2 main courses came out and we was waiting quite long for the other 3, only for them to be wrong dishes! Waiter put through 3 lamb shank orders instead of lamb chops and tried to convince us it was lamb chops. A waitress had to step in and solve the issue. We had to wait an additional 40 mins for the lamb chops whilst in that timeframe 2 of our friends had finished their main courses and we were super hungry. Waitress lady apologised and gave us free round of drinks for the inconvenience & bad service. We then went to the lounge were we continued our night, the Shisha was nice & service was good from the Asian brother.

The food is so tasty!!! We tried Angus Sirloin with mushroom and peppercorn sauces as well as grilled vegetables! All was cooked very well! The coctails are definitely worth trying! Special thanks to Laura for the great service!

Not sure if I enjoyed the atmosphere. Place was booked but no proper welcome or seating made available. Tables were improvised kindly but near the door, a lot of draft, not able to enjoy the place.
