It’s a very lovely and cozy place. We had breakfast with our 5 year old boy , he liked the pancake too much and the English breakfast was delicious. Mr Sid is very friendly. Thanks a lot for this nice breakfast and atmosphere🙏We strongly recommend✌️

Was really hoping to love this place after hearing great reviews but sad to say very disappointed. Staff were not very accommodating and became rude upon leaving. My dish was inedible after mentioning I had dietary requirements. Drinks also never made it to the table and we had to walk up to the till to ask for the bill. Food looked good just a shame they were unable to cater for my needs and made me feel very uncomfortable when pointing out that I was unable to eat the meal. The meal was sent back but was then brought back out to me with the waiting staff advising that there was nothing wrong with the dish. Would not recommend to anyone with dietary requirements or allergy’s.

We had a lovely birthday meal at Bill’s Baker Street, but wanted to leave a review on here for our waiter Sid who was covering from this branch. The service was amazing and he so friendly! The manager on shift, Damien was very helpful too. Would highly recommend, the food was amazing! We’ll come and visit Hammersmith next time.

Sid was by far the best server and kindly gave us a 2 for 1 burger deal. The bottomless pancakes were such a good deal and the burgers were very tasty.

A friend brought me there for dinner and since then I went back every time I come to London. Nice food variety also for vegetarians, nice atmosphere inside and attentive service. Renars took care of us this time and it went all very smooth. Will keep coming back!

Arrived for tea and something sweet on a cold day. We experienced a friendly greeting in a busy venue. Our server Sid went out of his way to help us secure a cream tea - even asking the kitchen if they could extend the deadline for us slightly! He also recommended just one pot of tea with 2 cups which was just as well because the teapots are GIGANTIC. Lovely food, friendly and helpful service. Thanks so much for a really pleasant afternoon tea.

Had brunch and breakfast here and loved it. Their meals are very tastefull and skillfully made. The gardenplate had the best grilled halloumi and was so well seasoned. A feast. And their staff is amazing! Angel, Kerry and Maria as well as the others on the team made us feel so welcome and are genuinly warm and fun! My friend is vegan with allergies and they made absolutely sure she was comfortable and had as good a meal as anyone else. I myself have a disability and they were great with facilitating me with the seating. We had a great time and will coming back when we visit London again.

Very happy with our visit today. The staff were very attentive, polite and happy. We were aloud to put 3 suitcases to the side and put the way so we weren’t cluttered at the table. We were served food and drinks in a good timely manner. The food was fantastic and the place is lovely and clean. Thank you to Angel and the chef for cooking my your tasty Fish Pie, even without it being on the menu! We appreciate you going above and beyond, doing this for us. Thank you!

Delicious food, with perfect dessert

Yesterday the staff (including the manager) were all working their absolute socks off to get everyone seated and fed, on what was an incredibly busy and packed Saturday evening - Absolutely blown away by the service! Upon arrival, a busy member of staff took the time to acknowledge us and let us know they would be right back to seat us, which was lovely because this doesn't always happen. We were then greeted by the lovely manager who explained that there would be a slight wait time for food, checked we were happy to still be seated, and kindly made space for us on one of the high top/bar stool tables. Our food and drink order was taken soon after, by a great server who did mention the wait time, and reassured us our food would be with us as soon as possible. We had arrived late into London but needed to eat before heading to the Apollo - Our food was delicious and arrived with plenty of time to head to the venue! Overall a great visit, and we can't wait to come back when we can spend a bit more time ☺️ Thanks Bill's Hammersmith!

Outstanding service, great atmosphere and decent food. We had a huge group come in for lunch, and it just so happened to be a Friday, so there was £5 bottomless pancakes, which was an absolute treat. I also paid £4.50 for bottomless hot drinks too, which were all made to perfection. Thank you Angel and his team for the excellent service!

Great service throughout! We were a big party and we went spontaneously. Despite the circumstances they were very welcoming and attended to us straightaway, even on a Friday morning!! All the staff especially Angel were very hospitable and attended to every need. We were never lacked of anything. Thank you so so much for catering to us. Top class service!!

I went there for lunch with my friends. I had a fruit pancake, which was very delicious. The service was very heartwarming and attentive, especially 'Angel'. He was very friendly from the moment we walked into the restaurant. And he was very informative for offer. Bottomless pancakes offer was great to enjoy and fill up. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Stopped by to have a light lunch after a long bus trip from Heathrow. Had a buggy & 1.5 year old. Everyone including our server Damian were courteous, jovial, friendly, kind & really enhanced our experience. The food was delicious! Toddler ate SO much from our plates which was cool as we are all on a tight budget..will be visiting again in warmer weather but thanks to all the guys who interacted with us, made our day!

The food was superb and couldn't fault it. The waiting staff too, especially the manger and the waiting staff were top notch and couldn't be faulted. However, all was not perfect. We were seated by the door, which despite the heavyweight curtain, didn't stop the cold air. There is nowhere near enough space to welcome visitors inside the door. My daughter didn't want to create a fuss. Then the pricing, £4.25 for a dish of a dozen olives. I know we're paying restaurant prices, (more on that below), but please don't dress up the menu to sound like we're getting an amazing dish of 'Halkidiki Olives', when all it is a few olives on a small dish! The biggest gripe was the so called 'optional service charge'. Charged at 12%, which can only be removed by asking your waiter. We had to pay via the QR code fixed to the table, with no way to remove the 'optional charge'. Then to add insult to injury, the payment method asks you to add a further percentage 'tip' for the waiting staff! Err, excuse me, but what is the 'optional service charge' then? It felt like we the restaurant were using every trick it can to squeeze more money from the customer! (We didn't challenge it as we had to get across the road to the theatre, and again my family didn't want to create a fuss). I wish I had now. All in all, nice food, great staff, but the premises could be better and the pricing and additional charges, (no doubt courtesy of Bills UK's) are an absolute joke. I shan't be going again.
