We were served by Hailey and Kyle, they are always lovely and give us the best service when we visit, We have some reyt chats and laughs and they always make us feel welcome. Great team

came for the bottomless tapas deal on in january, half of the menu was not available due to a fault in their machines which was disappointing however the food we had was lovely and cannot be faulted. Our server, Domie, was quick and efficient and never left us 5 minutes without food on our table. She was a lovely waitress and we were happy with our service😊

Me and my girlfriend booked the bottomless tapas, managed to get 4 rounds of tapas within 1.5 hours which was great value, our server Aurika was quick to take our plates away once we had finished and order our next round, really happy with the quick service to say only 2 members of floor staff were on

Yet another experience here, food was excellent and arrived quickly, unfortunately no calamaris on the menu today which was disappointing. However, overall a great experience made by our server Shanika who was polite and always had a big smile on her face.

We called in today (Boxing Day) for something to eat quick, we were met by Shanika she was friendly and full of positive energy, she actually made our whole dining experience 100 times better, she explained everything , told us about deals and things that contained any allergens etc , she was amazingly friendly I'd always reccomend that you go here anyway but if you get to be served by Shanika it'll be a 10/10 time for you

Warm welcome from the start, outstanding service from a young lady named Shanika and a gentleman named Michael. It’s been a while since I have received customer service like this in a restaurant. They were warm, friendly. We didn’t want deserts but Michael somehow tempted us and this did not disappoint. They never stopped smiling and were more than happy to make recommendations. (Thanks for the Churro recommendation Michael) I didn’t want to come to Las Iguanas but my friend did, I am so glad I did. I wish the staff I worked with operated like these 2 members of the las iguanas team. Such a joy to meet.

It would be 0 stars. Went for a meal today and my sister has a nut allergy, she was told to scan the QR code to look what was available for her to eat, which resulted is barely any options. When we asked one of the staff for a bit more help regarding the allergies as the app itself wasn’t very helpful she said the manager would have to come over, when he eventually came over, he never helped explain the app in more detail, or what things are available for her to eat. She then decided to go for the enchiladas which she’d stated that by the look of the app it was nut free but wasn’t sure, the manager did nothing to help reassure or check and just wrote the order down. The only thing he said were where the chips were being cooked nuts could’ve possibly been there before and could cause cross contamination. Once again he never helped or reassured my sister with her order and she didn’t feel comfortable risking eating from there. I went to go find the manager to cancel the order as I said she didn’t feel comfortable risking it if they’re is possible contamination of nuts in the kitchen (she is aware in restaurants it can have nuts etc) but most restaurants offer a lot more reassurance when it comes to allergies . When I went to cancel it he just said ‘what’ and stared blankly at me. We then ended up just paying for the drinks and leaving. The mention of any allergy should be taken serious in any establishment and the customer should be able to feel confident and reassured when ordering food in said establishment. We went to TGI Fridays afterwards and ordered there and the service from the start regarding the allergy was taken seriously and the manager also came over to check the order and reassured her. There needs to be a massive improvement regarding allergies as it can be life or death.

Very very disappointed by something which was just meant to be a quick and dependable meal. People seated well after us had their orders taken before us and someone only came over to take our orders after we waved them down. We mentioned the wait and they only said "sorry for your wait", with nothing more and no urgency. She didn't show any empathy and took no clear actions to improve service. Those same people had almost finished their meal when we spoke to the manager to complain about ours not arriving yet - again with staff only coming to our table after being waved down. This was explained as "your starter's still on the table, so your main has not been made", when our empty dish of peppers had been sat waiting to be cleaned up for 15-20 minutes. The peppers we also advertised as "while you wait" rather than a starter. After speaking to the manager about this, our food arrived about 3-4 minutes later. It was far too hot and looked completely thrown together- comparing our food with other photos it looks that way too. It was bland (not that you could pick out much flavour with it being so hot) and I don't expect much from chain restaurants but I'd have enjoyed a microwave meal more. Ive had better prepared dirty fries at stadiums. It was edible and nothing more. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a chain restaurant in a shopping centre. That was fine. The only saving grace was that it was discounted quite heavily following our complaint. We shan't be returning.

There is much competition for customers near Las iguanas. We liked the lunch Menu choices for less than £10each. We had a glass of wine each for an additional £3 each. Very enjoyable meal and would return the next time we are in Meadowhall

We visited on Saturday 23rd November at lunch time. We got a table nice and quickly and the person who welcomed us at the front of the restaurant was very friendly. Our waiter was a young guy with a sort of man bun hair style and his attitude was terrible. The opposite of friendly and welcoming. Maybe he wasn't having a good day but he didn't seem too happy, he didn't tell us things like we could order & pay from the QR code at the table and he seemed like he didn't want to be there. We ordered our food, he read the order back to us and then sort of stomped off. I was going to tell the manager but the way he spoke to us as when he was helping with the plates made me decide not to bother. The service had a feel of being rushed and stressed rather then being nice and friendly. The food wasn't bad, the tacos were absolutely tiny for £8.50 (they should be on the tapas menu). We won't return again.

I ordered a take-away via Uber Eats, patata bravas and it was cold in a brown paper bag which split and all the food fell on the floor. I also ordered Taco of the month hot honey cheese which were such a small portion and tasteless. Rip off at £8.50. Very disappointing and will not be ordering from here anymore

Our table server was amazing. We had never been before and they ran through the menu with us and all of the available offers. The food arrived quickly and was really tasty and filling and the price for the lunch menu (main and a drink) was incredibly reasonable.

Can safely say best fajitas I’ve ever had. Margarita cheesecake was beautiful didn’t get chance to take a pic before eating! Ash Hayley and Michael were amazing and offered top tier service food was quick and they made sure we had a great time. Honestly mad I didn’t choose this before!

My brother and I visited today and Charlotte was our waitress. She was lovely and polite nothing was too Much trouble. Service was fast and the food was delicious and so were the cocktails that were on 2 for 1. I will return again next week.

Sat for 20 minutes after receiving our starters, watching our dishes sit under a heat lamp which meant dishes werent as nice as usual. Eventually had to ask as we had been at the resteraunt 45 minutes and had ordered immediately. A young manager was working really hard to make sure everything went smoothly but our waitress seemed hungover and distracted. Really disappointed as we have had good experiences here before.

1. Went for a bottomless brunch but one of us don’t drink alcohol but on the menu, it was said mocktails are included with bottomless as an alternative. Well, they charged us the mocktails seperately, so I do wish for the menu to be clarified. 2. Asked for sauces mayo and they offered garlic mayo assuming there was no charge since the regular one isn’t. We were charged with that. I do think for future reference that they need to clarify if anything will be additional add ons when we order. I understand its a way to upsell but honestly it’s quite misleading especially if it’s specified on menu.

We was left waiting from the start, never got asked if we wanted any drinks. A table turned up after us and got served straight away leaving us waiting. The food is nice but the atmosphere isn’t. We never been asked if our food was ok and after we eaten we was left to wait a long time again. If it wasn’t for the child’s meal coming with dessert that was promised we could have got up and walked out without paying if we wasn’t so honest. We had to shout someone over to get our child’s desert ordered. Wouldn’t recommend coming here due to service.

Ordered two dishes and beer, the staffs were very nice and helpful, The chicken enchilada was great, and the rice was a bit too simple, don’t get me wrong, it still tasted good, just nothing special. I saw the drink menu. The cocktail looks really nice on the menu, may come back and try the drinks

Ordered the beef burrito and was presented with salad that was starting to go brown a trio of sauces (barely enough for one half of burrito) and the then the burrito itself was very disappointing. The taste was decent but it was half filled and felt I'd been robbed. Bar burrito is fast food and their burritos are far superior for less money. Also the optional service charge that wasn't mentioned was a bit of a kick in the teeth as I didn't notice this until I was given the receipt after I paid.

Fantastic meals and really good, fast service. Would recommend the chicken enchiladas and A Taste Of Mexico - meat. All meals were reasonably priced, however soft drinks were quite expensive and a tip was automatically charged.

The prices are very expensive for the amount of food they serve, the workers are very nice and the atmosphere is very good, they should look a little for the prices.

Lovely food and drinks, however poor service and atmosphere. It is too hot to eat and drink here over the summer months and the service is slow and unfriendly. It also makes it awkward how a substantial service fee is added to the receipt, which I do not think is deserved (unfortunately). Better training is required for the service staff, however could not fault the food or drinks

Well I have to say I’ve now found my favourite restaurant chain…the food was outstanding and there’s also there’s a great cocktail menu which is abit expensive but it’s buy one get one free…staff are super friendly and polite…looking forward to our next visit very soon hopefully…

We sat inside, it was boiling, no air con. We ordered food. The waitress delivering the food was lovely. The food was nice, not amazing. I visited the toilet to find one was completely blocked and not clean. No one came to clear our table after we had eaten. No one came to ask if our food was OK or if we wanted to order anything else. I had to shout to ask for the bill. The restaurant was not busy at this time. It is overpriced.

The staff in here are amazing 👏 the food was top quality (100%recommend then popcorn shrimp and calamari) , but a miscommunication lead to us not getting our mains - when we told the staff member (so sorry i didnt catch your name) he was straight on it and went above and beyond,; we had to cancel the order as we had tickets to the cinema booked. When we told the staff member he gave us a burrito to smuggle in 🙃 we will definitely be back here again. The food was good the drinks were delish and the staff so lovely.

Portia was absolutely amazing I had a really bad burn after the cheese sauce had spilled and she was fantastic!! And brilliant with my children I will definitely be returning!

Popped in once before and fancied nipping back for a birthday meal. Leah was extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Food was excellent and the beverages flow nicely.

Despite it being really busy, Leah made sure that we were really well taken care of and saw to our every need. The cocktails were brilliant, and myself and my family were very pleased with the quality of the meal.

Served by Portia who was absolutely fantastic and made us feel very welcome, even engaging with my daughter really well who often takes time to warm to people. Food was fantastic as ever too.
