BLT All Day Food Delivery for Falmouth & Penryn in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Ordered online, was told it had been delivered so rang up and was told it actually hadn’t left the shop yet (this was nearly an hour after ordering) then for my order to arrive to have a full English missing, fruit pot missing, and special instructions not followed so one salad box couldn’t be eaten due to allergies. Super disappointing and couldn’t have been worse to be honest. Called up to say we’re missing a full English and the guy on the phone apologised but just seemed to find it funny as was laughing the whole time. Don’t order from here.

We ordered the breakfast delivery via Deliveroo. The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive , it was supposed to take 1. When I tried to call BLT to ask where our order was the phone number didn’t work . When eventually the food did turn up it was cold and missing items. Very disappointed and wont be ordering from them again.

they forgot my drink and i think this has happened before plus their breakfast menus is active on other websites but not this one. what?

Order took nearly 2hrs to arrive, and when it finally did it was luke-warm at best. I ordered their sweet waffle which came with none of the fruit or yoghurt as advertised and the wrong flavour of ice cream (which had also mostly melted by the time of arrival). Honestly don’t know how this place is still in business, please don’t bother wasting your money here..very disappointing…

Our food was perfect, the only downside was that the pepsi was forgotten from our order.

Sent me an entire order of wrong items, every single thing was cheaper than the equivalent item I actually ordered. I ordered ~£18 worth of food and they sent me something that costs just under £10. Not only did they get my order wrong, they conveniently forgot to place a receipt into the bag anywhere. No receipt in the bag means the idiots at Uber eats support will not refund you. Total scam.

Food was ok. I think an option of thick or thin fries should be offered and a complete choice of salad or no salad in the meals as i recieved burgers and wraps with salad items i dont particularly like and ruined the meal for me.

Food was late, soggy and cold. Had to reheat it which dried it all out. Will not use again.

The burger was good. However an option for skinny fries or chunky fries should be given as i prefer skinny over chunky fries. Also editing the burger should have every ingredient option to remove or to keep on. Some items i wanted to remove but didn't give the option. However a very nice burger and good delivery time

I waited more than an hour for my food to arrive for it to be cold and disgusting. The cheese was horrible and the chicken was cold, the chips were soggy and had no flavor. I used to love this BLT but I don't think ill order my lunch from here again. Their breakfast on the other hand isn't bad so I recommend having breakfast.

Forgot our sauces in our breakfast baps! Couldn’t get in contact to order over the phone with food allergies. Also would be nice to choose milk alternatives for coffees online (if available). However food was good and still hot on delivery.

I ordered food via the delivery service. When it came the salad was missing, he forgot my coffees when he brought them to me they were cold. The ice cream was melting and to top it off the chicken in the burger was stone cold. The delivery chap said he would refund me which they haven't. When i got in contact with the delivery service there response was £5 credit which is totally unexceptable. Have tried to call the restaurant several times with no answer. Will definitely not be using them again. Appalling.

I had ordered a chicken burger which was stone cold. The 2 coffees i had ordered he forgot them when they reached me they were also cold. And my salad with Caesar dressing was missing. And to top it off the ice cream was melted. I have tried to call them but no answer. Don’t think i will be ordering again. Extremely disappointed.

Good food, however I didn’t get the desserts I ordered… good customer service though, when I rang up they said they would send the driver back or I could have a refund :)

The food itself is delicious, it's just a big let down when the food arrives because it's really cold. Putting it in the microwave will obviously heat it up but still, they need to fix that issue

Been in Falmouth for a couple of days and didn’t fancy going out out again so decided to try Uber Eats. Ordered a couple of burgers from here and we were very surprised with not only the speed in which it arrived but the outstanding quality of the food. Not every day you can get decent tasting burgers and proper chips, but these guys do it by the bucket load, can guarantee we’ll be coming back to eat here again, and anyone reading this should do the same.

Mixed bag. First time I ordered from here, everything came and was very good. Second time I ordered, they forgot chips from my order. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. Third time, they didn't deliver a burger and chips within the hour (the estimated delivery time) so I called up to inquire. Was told it would be another 40 minutes at least. Had to cancel because no matter how good the burger was gonna be, it was not gonna be worth the near 2 hour wait. The staff were genuinely apologetic, so I do have to give them props, I'd imagine they got backed up and couldn't cope. Nonetheless, I would be very careful ordering from here because when the food arrives, it's pretty good, but whether it arrives in a reasonable timeframe or whether you get what you ordered seems to be a bit of a crapshoot. EDIT: 13 days and still no refund. Didn't respond to my messages. Down to one star. Gonna ring up Datman Ltd. and see what they can do and if that doesn't work, I'll be doing a chargeback. Bit ridiculous now...

My food has still not arrived! I have a problem with my phone number so I can't call or receive calls. I am in self isolation and can not get it fixed for the time being. So, I am unable to call the restaurant. I am so hungry , please deliver on time!

I’ve been ordering food from here over the years to my workplace About 5 miles away. The food is always tasty, it’s pup style grub. The delivery service is great, the staff were polite and helpful when my order was delayed due to my delivery address, she came straight back up with my food and it was delicious.

BBQ sauce was missing from the chicken strips, bacon lacked colour and was too big for the baguette, and the onion rings were overdone and not crispy as promised.

The actual food was quite enjoyable, but took over 40 minutes longer than it should’ve to arrive. I tried calling the restaurant using the number on the app and it didn’t work. Googled the correct number to ask about the food, and I had to call twice. The staff weren’t welcoming and were quick to shut down the conversation. Overall I’m not impressed with the location.

Food was Luke warm at best upon arrival, chips were hard and undercooked, shame as previous experience was good!

Had an issue with delivery wich resulted in us having to return the food for a refund which was all agreed on the 6th of the june. We where told we would receive the refund in around 3 days still waiting for the refund and they have not replied to my last to message's. The refund had not been made as early as the response below states one delivery have only received notice of the refund today (21 of june)

They are based right beside the uni. So if you are living on campus and need a comfort fix pop an order in on Deliveroo. Quick and hot, could selection burgers to salads, juices to beers.

Horrible. We waited for 2 hours for a food that was supposed to take an hour. After we phoned the restaurant multiple times, we were told that the driver shouted the name and then went home. We were on an open space and constantly looking for the delivery, there is no way we could have miss that. We were not contacted in any way. Couldn't be more disappointed with this service. The restaurant didn't seem to be very apologetic either.

Awesome portion size. Food came before delivery which was a pleasant surprise given usual delivery times in Falmouth. Highly recommend raze stack burger it’s delicious. Will be ordering again!!

there was a milky white pebble in my burger, the onions in the onion rings were burnt and bitter and the chips are dry

The food was delicious, and the delivery service was swift and very friendly! We didn't interact with the restaurant directly but no reason to give them less than full marks. A little pricy but definitely worth it, we'll be ordering again for sure!

You gave me the wrong ice cream which is my least favourite flavour. Chips are nothing like advertised.

Food was cold when it got here after being an hour late. When I phoned they were very unapologetic and rude. Never ordering from this awful place again.

Ordered food at 21:17 but did not receive food till 23:19 ... Phoned 3 times the lady was polite but we were told there is only one driver working ... When food arrived was disappointed as it wasn't to the usual standard. As though it had been reheated multiple times due to the wait. :-(

The Mozzarella sticks were shocking, stale, not hot and cheap. It was like cheap supermarket rubbish. What happened to your fresh ones? The banana milkshake was warm! Yes warm and was like drinking froth. The worst milkshake I have ever had. On top of it the food was cold. And took 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive when I live 0.5 miles away. And also I ordered at 2:25 on a Sunday which is hardly peak time. I am very unhappy. And feel let down. Some compensation is needed.

My food was delivered an hour late and contained pasta which I hate! I opted for couscous which in my opinion is the lesser of two evils I would rather have just salad. But I got pasta yuk!

I ordered for at 11:23am. And it was expected to get to my house for 12:30 - 12:50. I then got a notification that my food had been delivered but it had not. I then proceeded to ring BLT twice and both times I had no response. The money had come out of my account and I was unhappy with the lack of communication from the company. My food then turned up at 1:30pm and by this point I decided to have food at home. Very annoyed as I always order from this place and usually love it!! Just lost a loyal customer...

Food was basically cold and it arrived 2 hours 20 minutes after I ordered it.

UI rang chasing my order after i found the correct number online, as the number on my order wasn't correct. I was told that only 1 person doing deliveries, so running late, even though I had a message 30 minutes before saying it's on the way. When it eventually arrived it was cold. This has happened on several accasions, but gave them the benefit of dought, but let down again. Martin May

The bag wasn't even sealed. It happened before but did not complain about it because I'm a tolerant person. However, I have a feeling that my food order was touched. To be honest, I couldn't eat it...

Best Burger of my life. Waited about an hour but it was well worth the wait, I also got an amazing milkshake and a whole 1.5 leitar bottle of Pepsi included in the drink deal! The burger was amazing too, nothing was greasy or cold, just tasted amazing, recommend highly

Took about a hour and a half to arrive maybe slight longer . All got thrown in the bin pretty much. The 2 x loaded chips was cold . Onion rings was ok & the wrap . Very disappointed to say cost £29 and only ate onion rings and abit of wrap !

The delivery time was already over an hour from order, it then took another hour on top and by the time the food was delivered it was cold. I phoned BLT and they told me different things each time about where my order was, they’d clearly forgotten it. Not a good experience.

Paid for an extra egg but didn't get one. Sausages were way too overcooked.

Was honestly the worst take away I have ever had. The burger was dry, tasted awful and honestly just had to throw away after one bite. The wraps were also disgusting. The chips were good thankfully, but didn’t make up for the rest of the food being so bad. If had in a restaurant would have sent it back. Cost us £30. I want my money back.

Spot on customer service and food. We gave the wrong phone number so the driver couldn't contact us. The woman on the phone was polite and they redelivered and make us a new coffee. Everything was bang on and hot. Biggest portion of hallloumi fries I've had

Currently working away in Falmouth and to get a descent meal is being a bit of a nightmare had enough of subway and chippy seen these guys on just eat and must say the burger is to die for! Chunky chips wasn't soggy as they normally do when in plastic cartens still crisp 👌 definitely recommend One down fall the halloumi cheese which was seperate was little cold but I know they don't hold heat well and it's bloody freezing outside Definitely recommend!!! Will be back!!!

Not a fan. I ordered a chicken wrap and had to pick out the chicken because the texture was tough, flavour was not there and the chips were greasy but okay.

it took ages to arrive, and though the food was delicious as always, they forgot the sweet chilli dip with the mozzarella sticks :(
