Blue Coral Fish and chips in Aberdeen City

Though I've used it before, sadly, I won't be using it again. The order was wrong, and I had to wait for the rest to cook. Whilst the 1st part lay 10 minutes wrapped in a hot cabinet. Needless to say, 1st part was only warm. Also, at no time did I witness the gentleman wash his hands whilst preparing mine or 15 other meal preparation of salad on burgers,lifting chips into containers with his hands straight from frier basket,but did wipe them on trouser legs and a dish cloth. Paid £18 for this pleasure. Don't like giving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. No other help as the woman had finished, then the delivery driver arrived and started helping prepare meals, again without witnessing him washing his hands. So not again.

First ever order from here and we will most definitely recommend!!! Lovely hot fresh chips ,fish was beautiful lovely crispy batter.. tatties fritters crispy and not too greasy .. also I love a battered pizza and nit many chippers do a nice one so thanks !. Out first visit after deciding to change from our normal as it's let us down a bit recently .. was a gamble that paid off well ! Thanks 😃

Good range of tasty food, cooked quick by friendly staff for a good price. Couldn't ask for a better go to takeaway, my son is very picky about takeout normally but he loves Blue Coral.

The standard fish are massive! I wish the batter was more crispy/traditional style but the fish is of very high quality.

Got charged £4 more than the price it says on just eat and their menu online the food was basically raw and freezing cold I’m unsure if it was actually cooked at all. And apparently so I was told when called to complain that pakoras are suppose to taste like a fish supper. Will never return

Food take half an hour longer than they said it would to be delivered, some of it was missing so we had to phone them back and tell them. Batter soggy, and the ‘red puddings’ tasted and looked more like battered smoked sausage. Only positive was that it was hot. Would not go back

we went to blue coral 11/7/20 and actually went into the shop and ordered blue coral special for my wife totally inedible , and a fish supper which stank of fish (bad sign) we collected and it was still cold, my advice food temp meant dangerous and one more more word apart from grease (inedible).

Love this place became my regular king kebabs great sos the fish and chips great food great price :)

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Order 4 standard haddock suppers, 1 standard haddock and a portion of tattie fritters (10) the batter was so stale and soggy. First time here and certainly the last, I walked in at 16:22 and the food I ordered to collect was ready and with no one else in the shop it took until 16:40 for it to get packaged up meaning it was look warm by the time I got home.

Inedible! two fish supper that had clearly been cooked in oil that was not hot enough. mounting of oil soggy un cooked batter, and chip swimming in grease :(

Lovely food. Prepared fresh and huge portions. Will be back.
