Fantastic food, great service, made my Birthday Special... very high standards.!!

The customer service here was absolutely excellent. Everything came in good time and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant interior has an amazing ambience. I ordered a lamb damask and garlic naan, and they tailored the spice level to my tolerance, and I have to say it is one of the best curries I’ve had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place

Food was absolutely delicious. Presentation was impeccable. There was a certain waiter whose service was absolutely delightful. He brings in a positive presence to the restaurant.

The best Indian food I've had for a while. Nice crispy onion bhajis, tasty korma with just the right level of creaminess, and super sides aloo ghobi & sag aloo! A good price and a friendly waiter. What's not to like?!

both curry was not hot they were loke warm as was the pain rice i orderd from you a few time and it was ok but this time had to zap it in micro wave

The food was delicious, I asked what the hottest dish available was, and I received a Phall, which was not mentioned on the menu. I was not disappointed, the heat from the spices was amazing, but yet delicately balanced with flavour to present a wholly delicious meal, especially when paired with the chili naan! This was, however too much for me, as I'd sampled the samosas for starters, and left (almost) no room to eat everything served to me. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waiters were attentive, well mannered, but never intrusive. If you want a decent curry, get yourself to the Bombay Spice Lounge!

A friend had heard great reports from many people going back almost 20 years from when it was the guru restaurant I give the place 10/10 fir everything service was polite no hurry hurry like a lot of places The food was out of this world fresh just cooked none of this microwave rubbish which a lot of restaurants are using and the beauty of it all is they gourmet nights which for £15 the meal was exceptional Highly recommend you pay a visit your won’t be disappointed I know that now I’ve tasted it it will be the go to place for a great service even better food and the atmosphere you bring Well done to all staff and chef needs a knighthood I’m cookery 👍👍👍

Restaurant full of Indians Movie And Culture painting just for show off.Food was So Poor.couldn’t see Any Good Way To serve.Very poor Service at Restaurant. That was Sunday Evening just one waiter for whole Restaurant.Curry taste is all Sweets. No flavour at All.water glasses are not clean.tables are quite Organised.But Very Bad Experience. We went For Birthday Dinner.we Bought our Own cake.they Don’t have any Arrangement for celebrations.we took our Cake Back Home and we cut the cake at home. End Of the Dinner We Got Bill hand Written that I didn’t understand. Not a single Proper thing In Restaurant. Please don’t Use Name of Indians cuisine for Business.

Deleted my old review as cannot believe it. Not ordered since March, thought I would get a cheeky curry tonight.....same order as 6 months ago...only 27.4% higher in cost.... seriously.....£10 for a mixed starter and £20+ for a King Prawn curry. What an utter let down. Previously the best take away around, but those prices are utterly stupid.

Sadiq and Suton were fantastic, we had a wonderful evening, they were really attentive and personable- fabulous!

This was my second time eating here and I specifically came back for the sag paneer but found that the recipe had been changed. But after speaking with the very friendly and accommodating staff, the cook remade my main with the old recipe at no extra charge. A few items had also been removed from the menu but at request were still available. Also can’t recommend the honey bhajis more.

My wife and I came to dine here for our first night out alone following the birth of our baby, hoping to have a lovely evening with good food and great service. I can absolutely say that is exactly what we got; our host was very welcoming, nice and chatty, and he ensured that my main course was delicious and creamy, as that's how I prefer my curries. Very satisfying food and service, and two very satisfied customers. Will happily return for another meal someday hopefully soon.

Ordered take out amzing quality food. Had the naga curry, spicy garlic chicken curry and kids had korma. All very tasty, and perfect size portion. This is my new favourite Indian. Highly recommend

We got food from this restaurant for an event and it was amazing food! It was delivered on time, cooked fresh and tasted delicious! All the guests said how great the food was. Will be ordering from here for future events.

Very unhappy - 46 minutes late & when I asked for partial refund was refused saying driver was stuck in traffic! Now we are roughly a quarter mile from restaurant so this is untrue- then when food arrived there was no apology & food was without its normal condiments of mint sauce & salad for the tandoori dishes - the food wasn’t very hot either - this is unusual as it’s normally great - but why treat a regular customer like this? Should have just apologised & offered a discount next time

Curry chicken tikka jalfrezi was very tasty. My friend had lamb vindaloo, a bit too hot for him. Tasted okay to me. Not many people in restaurant on a Friday night, plenty being delivered.

First time visiting. Was very quiet for a Thursday. However the food was really lovely. Probably one of the best curry houses in Hemel. Well worth a visit and will definitely go back.

Just had Family meal for eleven of us and what a lovely meal it was couldn't fault it will definitely be returning.

Really disappointing that the vegetable curry was just made with mixed frozen veg. The quality was sadly not good at all.

Best food I’ve had for a long time. Chicken tikka madras was delicious

All in all the food was not bad but The Saag Paneer was dessert level sweet and the naan for some reason was also sweet. Sorry guys wanted to make it four stars but we waisted the Saga Paneer.

Me and my family went out tonight and we have the king, prawn curry, sizzling, lamb, chops, butter, chicken chips, mushroom bhaji, numb breads. It was absolutely beautiful best around fresh food and hot well recommended best in Hertfordshire for a fact I will be going there again. Very nice best Indians I’ve ever tasted for a long long time
