BOMBA — Great venue, great service, and the best Mexican food we’ve had outside of London or America (we lived on the west coast of the USA for 13 years and enjoyed a lot of Mexican food). Proper stuff, not the lost-in-translation food from other places as the chef must have grown up eating and making and living it. Fish tacos even — a rare find! I had the veggie halloumi tacos which were amazing. 😋 The chef will make GF bowls on request. So good!

Place looks amazing when I walked in and had great music and lighting.We ordered the fish taco from the varied menu and I soon realised it was a great choice since it was delicious I also had some fries and a amazing cocktail I can’t wait to go back I definitely recommend it.

Firstly the amount of rice was ridiculous, secondly the chicken was dry and very lacking in the amount , I’m not sure if this was just because I ordered through the app but this was priced at £4 per meal usually at £13 …. All I can say is it wasn’t worth the £4 … most of it was binned . Wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit Bomba . I thought the idea of TooGoodToGo was to take left overs essentially, when I got there the kitchen wasn’t even open , which makes me think they literally chucked a load of rice in a box and put in some chicken wings which had hardly any meat on them … seems a way for them to make an extra £4 , I’d say they probably don’t have any left overs as there was no one there eating .
