Gervita nos atendió en esta cena y fue fabuloso! Muy servicial y siempre tratando de ayudarnos a la hora de decidir nuestras comidas y con todo lo necesario. Somos una familia de España, pero si tenemos la oportunidad de visitar Londres de nuevo seguramente volveremos a verla. Gran música, platos y servicio!

Es una lástima que solo haya tenido que darle dos estrellas a este lugar porque creo que tiene muy buen potencial. Visité este establecimiento dos veces durante dos fines de semana. Mi primera visita fue con mi pareja donde reservamos una mesa para ver un partido de fútbol por la tarde y nos dieron servicio de mesa donde pedimos bebidas y compartimos un entrante y algunas papas fritas. Tuvimos una gran experiencia tanto que sugerimos a nuestros amigos que volviéramos a visitar el establecimiento el fin de semana siguiente cuando habíamos planeado un día en Londres juntos. Desafortunadamente, nuestra experiencia fue mundos separados del fin de semana anterior. Del mismo modo, reservamos una mesa y pagamos un depósito en la mesa de £ 10 por cabeza (£ 60 en total). Cuando llegamos, encontramos nuestra mesa y nos sentamos un rato sin que nadie viniera a saludarnos para asegurarse de que estábamos la reserva en esa mesa o para darnos menús. Esperábamos que alguien viniera y tomara un pedido, ya que eso es lo que experimentaríamos la semana anterior, sin embargo, terminamos preguntando, ya que estaba tomando un tiempo y nos dijeron que necesitábamos subir al bar para ordenar. Fui al bar a pedir algunos menús y me entregaron dos menús sin que me preguntaran qué tan grande era mi fiesta. Decidimos visitar Bonds debido a la excelente oferta de almuerzo de un sándwich con papas fritas más una bebida alcohólica por £ 15, que es una oferta tan brillante en el centro, sin embargo, no puedo decir que volvería a experimentar esta oferta ya que el servicio realmente lo defraudó. Cuando la mitad de nosotros subimos al bar para pedir no estaba claro cómo se retiraría el depósito de las facturas y la persona que nos atendió tampoco sabía que teníamos un depósito porque no había manera de hacerles saber cuál era nuestro número de mesa o si teníamos una reserva. A pesar de pedir consecutivamente con la misma persona la comida de dos personas en la mesa tardó en salir tanto que el resto de la mesa había terminado de comer para cuando llegaron sus bocadillos. Uno de los miembros de nuestra fiesta también intentó pedir una Mary sangrienta que habíamos hecho el fin de semana anterior y nos dijeron que no podían hacerlo y no quedó claro si no tenían los ingredientes o si simplemente estaban ocupados y no podían ser molestados. Después de esta experiencia, no nos sentimos obligados a pagar el cargo por servicio y cuando fui al bar a pedir la factura me dijeron que no podía quitar el cargo por servicio, ya que esto tenía que hacerse cuando se abrió la pestaña por primera vez. Pensé que esto era extraño y pregunté si se nos había dicho sobre esto cuando abrimos la pestaña por primera vez, pero antes de que pudiera obtener una respuesta, la persona que me atiende le preguntó a su gerente si estaba bien eliminar el cargo por servicio y luego se eliminó. Sería genial que el servicio mejorara en este establecimiento, ya que está en una gran ubicación con un entorno muy agradable, especialmente alrededor de la época de Navidad, sin embargo, después de mi visita, no creo que vuelva pronto.

Having worked in Bond Street in the past, I always frequented Bonds for sporting events. However they now seem to let in anybody, and security is very poor. It is not the Bar it used to be. I am not a snob and drink in all manner of pubs, but I have noticed the clientele change, and not for the better.

Came for the semi finals of the euros, wicked atmosphere, great seat, good view of screens, great sound on the tv’s, dealt with ques for drinks very quickly. Very accommodating when booking when sold out via email too!

An all round wonderful experience! Fantastic meal, delicious and beautifully presented, we were spoilt for choice. Attentive staff and wonderful ambience for a memorable family meal... We'll be back!

Came for a friends birthday and we were served by Harry, we had excellent service and lovely drinks, would definitely come again

I came in to watch the Olympiacos game. The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Ieva! Drinks and food were great - would recommend.

I came across this place with my friends after shopping and the vibes were good, there was some sport on with lots of people watching but we were in the quieter area with a few pints. Bonick was very friendly and helpful with us, I highly recommend anything on the bar snack menu.

Has great screens for sport. Ryder Cup was on and the icing on the cake was Harvey's Best on tap. They usually have Tribute (St Austell) which is very good but Harvey's is off the scale. They clearly know how to cellar their beer.

Used to be a regular here back in the day. Now it caters to an overly rowdy central London type for sport and the food/service has gone downhill. The food is so basic and the tables aren’t numbered which is weird because the surly staff got moody because I couldn’t tell them what number table I was sat at. Has a bouncer on the door which tells you about the crowd. It’s a bit of a flash dive bar thee days which is a shame.

Had a quick lunch here while we were having a shopping spree in London. The service was good, even though it was busy, and the sandwiches arrived quickly and were very tasty.

Was trying to find somewhere for a light lunch whilst out shopping and came across Bonds and it was lovely, just what I needed for refuelling for my shopping trip. Very well priced for central London, I got the sandwich and drink deal, good portion size and arrived quickly. I would go back again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice lunch spot! Staff were attentive and efficient too!

I have loved Bonds for a number of years now, brilliant place to watch any sports. Great atmosphere and the staff have always been brilliant. Drink prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend paying a visit.

I met a friends for a few pre dinner drinks, on his recommendation. It’s a great bar with a good range of drinks. There was a big screen so would be perfect for watch a game during the Euro’s. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I will definitely return.

My partner and I visited bonds to watch the football! Atmosphere was great. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and to say how busy it was, the staff were always at hand to get your drinks order or food! Great place

Quite frankly I do not know why it has taken me so long to review bonds?. I guess I feel I became part of the furniture there at times. But this bar / pub in my opinion is easily the best bar when consider the staff and drinks selection. Do not even start me on the sports entertainment and place for those casual shoppers after a hard day spending in Oxford street or regent street!. What a fantastic location & the team from Ieva the manager, Mo, Martin just to name a few of the overall staff members, this is different class to other place you may frequent in Londons west end. This is superb group of staff.I would not hesitate to take anybody from family and friends to this place ( and I have done) and I will continue to do say thanks to the team and everything that makes it a fun afternoon/ evening out. I cannot wait to be back there when 2021 settles down. .

Great place for a lunch break from work. They offer sandwich and a drink for £8 which is very good for Central London area. The bar is very clean and staff very polite and attentive.

No podía creer que encontraría un lugar como los bonos. De compras en Oxford Street, tenía hambre y buscaba un lugar para comerme un sándwich con una pinta. ¡Bonds era el lugar! ! El anfitrión fue increíble, el servicio fue excelente, rápido y sonriente. Finalmente me quedé 1 hora porque no quería salir de allí. Hablé con el gerente y obtuve una tarjeta de contacto para futuras reservas. ¡Absolutamente un lugar increíble en Mayfair! ! !

Bonito lugar, recién reformado, elegante apariencia. Ubicación 8/10Comida sabrosa, bebidas bien hechas, no 3/4 de hielo y 1/4 de alcohol, bien equilibrado, buenos precios. Menú 8/10Gestión meh: éramos un grupo de 6, reservamos para cenar a las 6. 30 pm, tan pronto como llegamos allí, nos dijeron que la cocina estaba cerrando, y ya estábamos impactados, así que tuvimos que acelerar y hacer un pedido. Los amigos que nos contactaron más tarde a las 7 pm no lograron pedir nada para comer (la hora de cierre es a las 10 pm en las redes sociales y google). Después de las bebidas y algunos platos que pudimos pedir, nos dijeron que el pub cerraría más temprano a las 9 pm, así que nuevamente aceleramos para terminar a tiempo. Al momento de pagar el gerente - ya nervioso - probablemente quiso cerrar lo antes posible, le gritó al camarero que estaba tomando el pago para ser más rápido y no cometer errores, frente a los clientes que hacían cola para pagar (lo sentí mucho en ese momento) . Así que el servicio 7/10 (los camareros fueron muy amables y amables) pero la gerencia 5/10

Llegué a Bonds por mi error cuando me encontraba con un cliente en un bar cercano que estaba lleno.¡Fue el mejor error que cometí! El personal fue muy amable. ¡Mención especial para Sabrina, quien nos preparó algunos de los mejores martinis de espresso y martinis de estrellas porno que he probado en mi vida! Ella fue tan amigable cuando pude hablar con ella y definitivamente es una de las razones por las que volvería a los lazos. You can find everywhere cold pints or good prices in London.But you cannot find so easily this team spirit.I was alone because of shopping in Oxford street.I found that place just to have a quick drink.And Finally I stayed for 3 hours because staff was so friendly and so experienced.If you are in oxford or bond street just have a look on that bar and you will understand what I Mean!!! Extremely disappointing last night.This is the first review i have ever done... I attended to meet friends for dinner and was refused entry at 6pm with my fold up brompton bike. The security staff on the door continued to shout and point at me. I asked why i couldn't bring my bike in as i have never had this problem in any pub/diner in London. It is the same as having a hangbag or a suitcase. I am a regular customer who attends during lunches and to be quite frank after last night, cant see myself going back soon. The staff member was so rude and aggressive and led to a complete change in plans with my friends.Regarding the fold up bike, please can you send me your policy or advise where the signs are to say these arent allowed? As i say, i have never experienced this across the whole of London ever before.

Have been visiting bonds for years as I work above it, but had not been since the refurbishment. Went today with a friend and her child for a quick lunch and I can honestly say there has been an improvement. Food was so much better. Only had a fish finger sandwich myself but was very tasty. Staff were attentive and the decor is alot cleaner. I will be back

Had an amazing night here for some work Christmas drinks. All the staff were so lovely, the new decor was so fresh and beautiful and the whole booking process was made so quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

This place looks amazing after a brand new refurb, we had a Christmas lunch here which was great value for money and tasted delicious... Not one complaint from 20 of us! The decore is cosy and elegant and we will be returning in the new year. Thanks to the wonderful staff that looked after us! r

Had an impromptu late lunch 2 weeks ago. The bar/restaurant is beautiful. Serve was great also. Food was delicious. The chicken and brie pie was awesome!

I have booked a table at this bar for our xmas do, although I have paid for the deposit I have received no confirmation or receipt.. Having lost count of the amount of failed attempts of calling this establishment, I have now had two unanswered emails.. I just don't really know what to do? Surely I shouldn't have to physically go there to ask a question?!!

Last Thursday - Whilst on a 2 day Shopping / Birthday visit to London, my girlfriend and I decided to eat once again here as we did a year ago as we rather enjoyed it.

Un sitio muy agradable para tomar algo, comer o cenar. Recién inaugurado, con un servicio rápido atento y educado. Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios en londres, y muy cerca de las mejores calles comerciales.

Bonds acaba de renovarse y ha hecho un trabajo increíble. Este lugar está a la vuelta de la esquina de donde trabajo y, para ser sincero, parecía un poco cansado y necesitaba un poco de trabajo para liberar todo su potencial.

The Food, staff, ambience all great. Happy to come back again and again. Brilliant new look and decor, worth a visit.

Our first starter was scrumptious, the mac and cheese we split afterwards even better—it came with a yummy salad topped with avocado slices!—and our two mains were fantastic! And the service was amazing: more than enough reason to return soon!

Sehr nettes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Gastro-Pub in der Nähe der Oxford Street mit sehr empfehlenswertem "Lunch & Softdrink"-Angebot um günstige GBP 7,95 (gegen Aufzahlung von 1 Pfund kann man statt des Softdrinks ein Glas Wein, einen Pint Bier oder Cider haben). Wir hatten einen Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich und einen Shawarma Chicken Sandwich (beide werden mit Fries serviert), die sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend waren, um satt zu werden und sich im Anschluss erholt und gestärkt wieder in den Shopping-Wahnsinn auf der Oxford Street zu stürzen. Es gibt aber auch Scampi and Chips, "Half Pizza and Half Salad" oder Burger (Beef oder vegetarisch) - alles zum selben Preis von GBP 7,95. Obendrein war die Bedienung äußerst nett und aufmerksam.

Reservamos un área el día de la final de la Copa y lo pasamos muy bien con muchos amigos bebiendo y comiendo bocadillos desde las 2 pm hasta las 7 pm. El pub está situado justo al lado de Oxford Street, tiene un par de áreas diferentes para beber y comer. Aunque no es un bar deportivo, había un par de pantallas para que pudiéramos ver el fútbol. También hubo una serie de áreas libres de fútbol para aquellos que no estaban interesados, ya que también celebramos la visita de mi hijo en una visita de los EE. UU. Son tolerantes a los niños, así que pudimos tener a un par de adolescentes de la familia con nosotros por la tarde. Los baños estaban bien cuidados y limpios.

I came to the bar for lunch, and I found the service to be quick and efficient. The staff made sure to give me multiple options of sides that I could have with my meal and when I mentioned that I did not want tomato’s in my food they made sure everything was to my taste. On top of that the staff were bubbly and happy to help, I will definitely come back here again.

In the late evening Bonds is a loud music bar with a happy jiggy crowd. On a Friday night they usually have a DJ on the corner of the bar. They also do food.

Me an my work colleagues use to go to this place a few times for few drinks after work and we usually do our leaving parties here. they have a really good space for big groups. never had a problem with the service or anything in this place. If you passing by definitly recommend to pop in for a drink.

had a naviation to drink. the bartender did not do one drink in his life. he went to ask his colleague for help, who explained him how to make it. It tasted horrible, and wasn't done properly plus they charge 11 pound for that. I work in a bar myself, we make our drinks properly and are all trained to do so and we do not even charge that much money.

Bonds is such a great location. I went there to see the France vs Uruguay World Cup game and experienced such nasty and rude service from a server called Johnny. I wondered whether it was racist. Before this, there was such a lovely lady who served us on the table.

Bonos para la visitamos Liverpool v Partido de Roma la semana pasada. La mesa estaba reservado con antelación y estaba preparada para nosotros a la llegada. Julie llegó a introducirse a nosotros personalmente, que era preciosa como ella ha sido reserva nuestra mesa para nosotros las últimas semanas y que fue bueno para poner una cara a una voz amable!

A este lugar por casualidad una tarde de sábado en enero. Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa como aunque había sólo pocas personas dentro, casi cada mesa estaba reservada.

Cada vez que estoy en Mayfair me gusta pop en bonos. Bar es normalmente abarrotado, pero te da todo el ambiente bullicioso del centro de Londres. Bebidas son buenas en bien de precio, la comida es deliciosa. . . Normalmente me. y amigos ir para compartir fuentes de este combo es lo que quieres después de compras. Un poco de todo.

This pub should be great. Its a great layout, in a great location. For a beer with mates easy and no problem. If you wanna sit, eat or have any amount of politeness come from the staff - MOVE ON!! Went for lunch yesterday - the staff were miserable sour faced girls. one could not even make eye contact, let alone look like a happy person. the other two take equal second place in the miserable awards. The 'customer satisfaction' side 0/10 - They clearly don't care so this comment should come as no shock. Food - Flavourless crap. And I mean it. I am not particular about my food but it definitely didn't come from well grown produce, nor was it made with anything but a mediocre kitchen. Conclusion: food 0/10staff attitude 0/10go back VERY UNLIKELY. So disappointing.... easy changes that will never happen.

Was passing by and fancied watching a bit of football. My wife fancied a cocktail.We ordered a original Mojito made by a female staff member. Ice was not fully mixed in with the mint and lime! I had a release the karken which i was gobsmacked by! Literally pour three spirits in a glass and mix it with the straw! Thats apprently a cocktali!! Felt staff was not bothered to make a proper cocktali! Considering the prince for two drinks at £19, I was better off sticking to beer!!Not coming back here again!

Pub sympathique, traditionnel, près d'une rue très chic et pourtant avec une promo attractive : un très bon prix pour 2 repas pris ensemble, soit 11 livres les 2 menus! On y a très bien mangé par ailleurs, et on avait encore assez d'argent en sortant pour continuer notre shopping!

We ate here early Wednesday evening &amp; to say the food was bad would be an understatement. Mac 'n' cheese had none of the latter, Hunter's chicken was cooked to within an inch of its life, goats cheese was subbed on the "tapas" by stilton &amp; halloumi without asking. The only thing that had any flavour was the garlic bread. Avoid at all costs. Even the beers are pricier than across the road.

Nous étions 4 et avons mangé en 3 services. Dommage car si nous mangeons au restaurant c'est pour manger ensemble. bon rapport qualité prix et bon environnement.

Superb service from the barman and waitress. The food was good, not brilliant, but good. Value for money was very good for the location. We would visit again.

土曜日11時過ぎに訪れた時、人は疎らでしたが、13時過ぎには満席状態。地階利用で階段途中にもソファー席があり、雰囲気は良かったです。食事は小皿のサラダ、身が締まった？固い？鶏肉のグリルにグリンピース、フライドポテトがメイン。デザートにチョコケーキのキャラメルソースがけ。ものすごく甘かったです。人気はあるようです。
