The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Their full English breakfast named the boss breakfast is out of this world and their pancakes are the fluffiest pancakes I have ever tasted. When it comes to drinks I love their mocha especially when Tom makes it he somehow takes a five out of five coffee to six out of five. All in all its an incredible dining experience with relatively affordable prices

Boston Tea Party is quite nice in that they sell breakfast pretty much all day. We quite often come here after a weekend lie in, when it’s really lunch time but we want breakfast. The menu is quite customisable on the app, so I can change my breakfast order to poached eggs and no butter; it makes it a bit better for Slimming world which I’ve been doing. The sausages are nice and they usually have a guest coffee too. The staff are friendly as well. A decent breakfast/brunch chain. They have various breakfast hash options - usually something different each time we come. At the moment, chorizo hash. I always go for the full English, though hubby likes trying something new.

Such a lovely place to get brunch and in a nice location too. Reasonable prices in Bristol and the iced latte was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Has a range of vegetarian options such as the mushroom and pesto toastie as seen in the picture.

The Hash browns are the best we've ever had!! A busy vibrant eatery - with a good selection of food on offer We all chose from the brunch menu. You log on via a QR code - and order it to your table. We were told the wait for food was about 30mins - but it came far quicker. Definitely worth the walk up the hill to get here, the food (and drinks are delicious) and the staff are all very friendly.

Big shout out to Jess, who took care of me from the moment I walked through the door with a 6 month old baby. Nothing was too much trouble, from helping me up and down the stairs, washing the baby’s dishes, checking on me regularly, and all with a friendly smile. What an asset to the company she is. Coffee and breakfast were great too!

Great spot for a lovely brekkie, fast service and really decent portion sizes. The staff were all very attentive especially Taya, Maisy and Soumeya.

Really lovely food, good coffee, friendly staff and a nice environment/atmosphere. We had the blueberry compote and yoghurt pancakes which I would absolutely recommend. Would definitely go back again.

Ordered breakfast muffins off of Deliveroo. Waited nearly an hour for it to come and when it did come they'd missed a whole person's order. I'm leaving this review because when we contacted Boston Tea Party directly, as this was their error, we got no apology and a "there's nothing we can do". Great. Cheers then.

We were in quite late in the afternoon, so they had run out of some of the nicer cakes, etc, but we managed to find something to eat! It was a case of ordering online, and then they brought it to the table, which worked well.

After a long night with the most bizarre people I visited this charming breakfast spot that exceeded all my expectations. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, from fluffy pancakes to perfectly poached eggs, each bursting with flavor. The highlight of my visit, however, was our server, Taya. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. Her warm demeanor truly elevated the experience, making us feel welcomed and well cared for. If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast and exceptional service, this place is a must-visit!

Taya is wonderful as the general manager of this beautiful eatery. I turned up with four new friends at 8am after having been out clubbing with them and we ordered lovely breakfasts. The staff are wonderful, Taya is a great host and is so friendly and positive! We will be back! Love you BTP

Didn't know what to expect, had the shakshuka and it was amazing. They unfortunately didn't have another item in stock but allowed us to have a more expensive item for no additional cost because of the inconvenience. Really appreciate their service

Honestly a wonderful experience as always with Boston, first time coming to the park street chain and I’m glad to say that it lived up to my expectations with a nice and perfect vegan hash, 100% coming back for the small cozy cafe vibe and lovely team!

Came here for breakfast we both had the chorizo hash - absolutely delicious. The tomato sauce was wonderful & we had a side of hash browns which were great. Coffee also excellent including the decaf option which is not always the case. We would highly recommend.

Had a really nice pesto mozzarella sandwich, great vibes, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The space is really light and open, and the barcode system is easy to use to order (you can also order at the till).

A girl called maya was really kind and helpful bringing me sauces and napkins for my food and helping to show me where the bathroom was. Food was hot and my drink was tasty thanks for great service!

Came in with a friend for brunch and was given such incredible service by Sumeya. She was so bubbly, full of life, and made us feel right at home. Despite being outside the building, she continued to check we were satisfied with our meal and made sure we were topped with with drinks. Incredible host! I can't wait to come again and receive this service

Charming little cafe run by a great team of friendly servers who create a lovely, chilled, comfortable and chatty environment, especially the waitress Anna who brought us milk and who made us all laugh! The milk, by the way was very nice and the Lemonade, milkshake and blueberry blondie we ordered were delicious! Definitely recommend, I will be coming back soon!
