Leaving a Review as i shouldn't have to go in and ask for more, Paid extra For a Large, thinking that will feed two people, get home open the Box and I can See i was Given about 80% 20% Ox tail aswell which mostly Bone. I didnt pay extra for extra Rice. It may be a one off, but im disappointed, im not rich like most people in the area, o when we go have a Treat its to be looked after.. be going up the road next time. By trying to shave $ you lose more, most people are tired of it,

Rude, awful service, absolutely standard Caribbean food, bland as hell. Shop was filthy too.

The place was filthy. Not sure how he has a license to trade food. The food was cheap ingredients but not cheap to buy. Very plain rice, cheapest chicken drumsticks with no flavour, no sauce, tasteless and not at all good value for money. A tiny portion. The bloke serving was rude. Made it very clear he didn't want to be there, or to have anyone else there either.

Such a dirty place! Not everyone want to listen loud music at night!! Disrespectful animals!!!

Visited today. Owner greeted me with a huge friendly smile. Bought a few dumplings as I was in a rush, delicious ,huge fried dumplings. Very tasty.. will visit again . Great service with a smile. This is the only Caribbean restaurant in Bristol that is friendly

Love the food here, it is authentic and the guys serving are great. The portion sizes are decent. They do forget my side orders every now and then, so always worth checking before leaving.

Bought the soup on Tuesday afternoon for my boyfriends mum. She is Jamaican and was not impressed. Asked me to go to Cleos next time.Also intimidating men congregating outside the shop which is a little off putting.

Curry goat far to many bones.....dry...Not great at all.. Not a great size portion and over priced.. Need to learn to make the slaw... will not recommend..

Every time I've eaten from here (takeaway) the food has been so good. Enough to wanna lick the plate. The portions are decent and so are prices. The oxtail and curry goat is always my favourite.

The food is overpriced and completely lacking in flavour. Dry chicken and rice... the only redeemable part of the order was the curry goat. First and last time ordering from here. Do yourself a favour and order from Mama Cleo Kitchen instead. I have never left a review before but I was disgusted by both the quality and the quantity of the food.

Joke terrible service driver turnt up with wrong order after calling up to get it resolved they told me they will re take and deliver my order again after waiting another hour called back to be told if I wanted my food to come get it my self and they wouldn't refund me

Brought Peppered Steak and white rice, it was full of bones. I am not a dog I will ever eat there again.

Delicious goat curry, steamed veg & plantain. Nicely spiced tender meat, added a little pepper sauce for my liking 😉 Worth a visit (or have delivered).

Possibly the best Caribbean takeaway in Bristol. The food is very well cooked and tastes absolutely delicious! Cannot believe it took me so long to visit them as I live in the area, the problem with easily being able to order on apps! Cannot recommend them enough!

Curry Goat and Rice was absolutely lovely!

Amazing food. The saltfish ackee is one of the nicest dishes I have tasted and the chef was enthusiastically explaining when I asked about it which shows how much pride they have for their cooking.

I ordered some peppered steak today with some veg. Absolutely delicious!! I Definitely recommend this. Thks guys 😘

First meal from these guys tonight and it was absolutely banging! Had oxtail.... tasty and plentiful. Will definitely be ordering again soon

the staff are very miserable and got gloomy face when you place your order. one guy who works their who is very chubby and always wears a hat tried to charge me nearly £4 for slice of cake I haven't been back since. I would not recommend this place.

Just ok. Food was alright but £6.60 for small jerk chicken and rice is too much I think. Not particularly friendly service either.

Just visited their new restaurant in North Street, Bedminster and all I can say is I am glad they have decided to open up by me, it saves me the journey across town! The food, as always tastes beautiful. I didnt have time to sit in the restaurant but I will when I get chance. The portion sizes are good and the staff are always welcoming, cannot wait to go back. Thanks for opening up in Bedminster guys!!

High quality Jamaican cuisine that always taste fresh plus the rice and peas reminds me of my grandmother's which is the highest of compliments.
