Bucharest Shawarma & Grill in East Staffordshire

Whenever I have fish and chips always use Edward St. Fish Bar. Great people, lovely shop

£2.99 order of small burger and fries. Took over 10 minutes to be made. The restaurant wasn’t busy, they had only a handful of meals to pack however there was one member of staff doing the packing and training another team member. The girls in the middle making the burgers had nothing to do as no more orders were being placed. Did they show any consideration to their team members and help out? No. Did they consider the service they were providing to the customers? Only if they were trying to entertain the customers whilst they waited as the girls were too busy dancing to Flo Rida in clear view of the customers to help get the orders packed quicker. One girl did take a break from dancing sometimes so she could sit and play on her phone (and then failed to wash her hands after).

This McDonald's is slowly going downhill. Possibly a load of new staff. But the overall communication and customer service is dreadful at the minute and really needs addressing

I broke down here when my car ran out of battery whilst charging my phone and listening to the radio (I didn't notice my lights had been on for over an hour). Amy 'The Manager' offered to come out and jump start my car with her jump leads. Really helpful and would reccommend. If you see this, give the woman a raise!!
