Bulgari Hotel London in City of London, Westminster

We were visiting several times. Last time in December 2024 and it will be our last. After payment for the satay in reception I sat in the lobby , just in front of reception desk. I started order a transport to airport by phone , and while doing this a man came and took my business bag. And all this with all the cameras , security and door man. So I was robbed in lobby. Hotel of course doesn’t want to take any responsibility. Their insurance not converting it. They don’t even do any compensation for the stay. Zero helpful action. You should expect more from 5* hotel. Shame.

Was offered £200-£300 pounds to give this hotel 5 stars even though I've never stayed there. Not a good way of earning reviews.

I was interested in the hotel's quietness. It was calm and upscale. I was confused between it and many other luxury hotels. After I read and searched, I found that it was the most suitable in everything. Glory be to God, my effort in searching will not be in vain. Cleanliness, fast service, and speed of check-in. Going out is the first time this has happened to me other than the generosity in water containers and the addition of drinks. Free daily and sweets, and there are still other nice things I didn't mention

I had a wonderful time; the hotel is stunning, and the staff are amazing, especially Nico and Jeff, who were exceptionally friendly and provided top-notch customer service. The hotel and both of them deserve five stars. Please keep up the excellent work.

I don’t know about this hotel they scamming people to review them five stars in return they give them few dollars 💵 but this is also scam I don’t know hire any team to do this or they outsource this

Fantastic place and Beautiful view

A splendid top notch service all round with a luxurious milieu. It made me feel like I was on my honeymoon, such was the state of the palatial scenery. Highly recommended to all my close friends and family. Definitely up there in the top 1% of hotels in this city. I will return for more.

This hotel is the greatest, hotel staff very friendly

5-star prices , but 3 star service. During my stay, the hotel restaurant was serviced by one staff working her fingers to the bone. Want some coffee? Get ready to wait half an hour. Cost cutting is clearly Bulgari's priority, and it shows. For the service standards you deserve and actual luxury enjoyment, I'd recommend Mandarin Oriental instead.

I came to the cafe and the woman who work there she was so rude . I could wait for a table but the woman attitude was intolerable. So I left

I never regretted choosing Bulgaria hotel .staff were polite and friendly to us during our holiday .though we had only 2days night spent in the hotel but it great I could recommend to anyone who wants to have nice time with family friends . Thank you for your great services 👍

An alley of a hotel passed by all gays and lesbians They deal with you according to your clothing They have a contempt for which it took me two days and I did not finish it. The price is high and they treat you rudely. They treat you with a price tag that is sufficient for the women. To be honest, their treatment is excellent and kind, but the men are barbaric and clownish, so you will fall away from them.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel with Sumit, the food and beverage manager. I lost my phone and was told it was at the hotel and when I arrived, I was greeted with support and comfort from Sumit, who helped me to find the location of the phone outside of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely stunning and luxurious, but more importantly, the service and attention to detail by the staff was amazing. After our experience, the hotel provided us with cappuccinos on the house to calm our nerves. I can’t think Sumit and the hotel staff enough for their hospitality.

Hotel and resort in Nicebridge From the Bvlgari chain of resorts around the world An attendant greets you at the door and has a list of guests arriving for the day Check in was fast The employee asked us if we wanted to drink something and we asked for water, but she was busy and forgot to offer it to us We were upgraded to a larger room The room is spacious, the wardrobe is spacious, and the back is spacious and can be opened They install a bidet upon request They provide hospitality (two pieces of sweets) on a daily basis, an herbal drink in a small thermos every night, and a pillow spray to help with restful sleep. There is a spray bottle and glasses cleaning cloth on the office desk I was surprised that one of the towels was torn and they did not care to renew it

The best place! Very beautiful and delicious cappuccino, perfect toast with avocado, everything is very tasty, nice. Very nice and hospitable waiters, it is a pleasure to be in this place! I am delighted!

The hotel offers exceptional service, with welcoming staff and spacious, well-appointed rooms ( amazing balcony/view). The room service is consistently excellent, and compared to other hotels in London, this property stands out for its superior quality. The team is attentive and professional, and the breakfast, along with the overall facilities, are of an outstanding standard.

Best service provided by the lobby lounge manager Alica. Alice make sure that the in house guest have their tables ready, she take control of the lounge and she maintain good quality service. Been in bulgari hotel as in house guest since 5 months and the hotel staff have been very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing the hotel need to control the pepple who come to use the washroom and sit in the lounge without ordering and they leave.

I always come to Bvlgari hotel in London since it opened and I always choose this hotel in Dubai as well, but the “lady” her name is ALISSIYA or something similar that works in the lobby coffee shop was extremely rude and does not offer the services we are used to in Bvlgari Hotels! My family and I are extremely disappointed that a person who doesn’t suit the place works here! She made us wait an hour for a table even tho there were many tables empty and she didn’t say the truth about reservations because we waited long enough to see no one came! Yet she doesn’t want to accommodate! Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional and ignoring for no reason! How embarrassing for such a big hotel! Her colleague was helpful because he offered a table and she said it was “reserved” but as soon as her shift ended miraculously a table appeared …

I had afternoon tea at the Bulgari Hotel London back in July and wow I can honestly say that this was one of the best I have ever had. The quality of the food was very high and the sandwich combinations and sweets worked fab. All of the food melted in mouth and staff were happy to provide more when we finished. In general the hotel is beautifully decorated and the smell/air freshener which radiates through the building was wonderful. The service from all members of staff was excellent but most important I wanted to thank Ishmael (sorry I might not have spelt it correctly) for going above and beyond and helping me with the booking via telephone because the website was down.

The staff in the lounge are despicable, it seems the regular staff and management has changed. Staff were rude and arrogant and upon reading other reviews we are not the only ones who have experienced this. The services here does not reflect a 5 star hotel at all given the location and affluential guests that visit. In future will stick to the Dorchester. It’s completely gone downhill. It seems that the staff here are so insecure within themselves this is being projected on to visitors through their arrogance. There no longer anything 5 star about this place it could be a lounge at any two start hotel.

This is my second visit to the Bulgari and this time I had a massage treatment and enjoyed the spa. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my time. I’ll be back soon.

I was meeting my partner in the bar and he told me to seat here while he was going to toilet which is i did, There was no one to greet me in the front of the bar so i have to come in, as soon as i seat in this table. The bar tender in the bar shouted at me “hello” in a aggressive way as if i was trespassing and with a big embarrassment when everyone is looking at me as if i did some crime! I feel disgusted!!! he didn’t even come and politely ask me what was i doing in the table. I told him that i was with the person in the table after he heard my explanation he carry on serving the people in the table without acknowledging me!!! Is this the luxury service? this happened exactly 6:45pm on 25th of August. I always cone in here to have a drink after work but this is the first time that staff failed to give the excellent service that this hotel should have. This matter should’ve handle in a polite and good manner way.

I certainly had a very disappointing experience in the lounge. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I finally asked about the delay, I was rudely informed that hotel guests are given priority over non-guests, which was never mentioned when I arrived. To make matters worse, the lounge manager was extremely arrogant and dismissive. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and apologizing for the inconvenience, she made me feel like I was the one at fault for expecting timely service. This is not the level of service one would expect from a luxury hotel like Bulgari. I left feeling frustrated and thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend visiting the lounge if you are not a hotel guest, as it seems you won’t be treated with the same level of respect or care.

Been frequently coming here for quite some time, I mostly visit the cigar lounge where Nico, David and Kit take amazing care of their guests, always going the extra mile to accommodate and pleasantly surprise. For the past few months Claudiana from housekeeping has made a masive impression on me. Always smiling, welcoming and very careful with all she can attend, she’s very professional and remembers a lot of tiny details that make you feel like a special guest. Going out of her way to assist even visitors of the hotel and restaurant not only in house guests. Top notch service from the Bulgari team. Hope the management team will pass on the huge thank you to the team members for all the hard work and dedication they offer their guests. 🤍

This property is fantastic, honestly you could not want anything more. It classy, clean and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are amazing and the restaurant and other facilities are excellent. You are very close to everything you could want in a city too and to a high standard. This hotel is well within its settings because is second to none in my eyes.

AMAZING PLACE...had a spa day with the wife and could not find a single fault with the place ! the therapist was amazing, always checking to make sure I was ok...would def recommend this place. Bumped in to David Walliams (Xfactor/little britian) he was an arrogant p... with no manners after I held the door open for him and his kids

You can book female massage therapists. I will not tell you about the massages and professional procedures that are available. You can use the attached services, such as a swimming pool, sauna, etc. He deserves it and is well deserved. Its location is inside the Bulgari Hotel. Great selection of hot beverages- 'wild chai'. I didn't eat in this time but the food that some guests were having looked fresh enough and made on site. The Head waiter could have been a bit more friendlier. I didn't get a "thank you madame and enjoy the rest of your day" after paying, just a "you can remove your card". The atmosphere was nice enough- pleasant and quiet.
