We were seated upstairs with a baby and had no where to put the buggy next to us when there were available seating places with space , we managed to take the the carry cot and put on the chair or we would have been holding him whilst eating Service was really slow It’s really expensive for what you get I feel the steak wasn’t that big and the lobster hardly any meat on it and mine cost over £40 and just a small steak small half lobster and a bit of rocket leaves Wifes came with more and it was £29 Ribs , half lobster coleslaw and beans It says kids eat free for January and we still got charged for a kids burger and chips Also a lift you have to hold the button to go up that goes really slow and staff saw me standing waiting for the lift and went in it to carry glasses instead so I carried the pram downstairs I don’t recommend this place at all Staff were slow Food was not worth the price for how much you get so not value for money We won’t be going back £107 3 meals and 2 cokes Definitely overpriced The chefs did well though , they cooked it beautifully

Wonderful time. Maggie was superb and made the evening special. Highly recommended, and if you get Maggie, you are in good hands. She was very efficient, patient and so sweet.

Bug easy is usually a hit and miss on service and the food. When it's really busy it's very hard to get anyone's attention, however Oliwia in Stratford was super attentive and the service was great.

Had a dinner date with friends here. We enjoyed our meals, even the kids enjoyed the food and cleaned the food off their plates. The staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was lively with country music playing in the background. Looking round, the other diners too seemed to be enjoying themselves. We loved their milk shake - cappuccino, vanilla and strawberry. Will surely visit again. We had a great time dining here.

Great quick lunch time meal, we had the £11 deal you get a main and a glass of prosecco option to add a starter or dessert for £5. Ebin served us he was very friendly and extremely attentive. The bbq wings were delicious and the burger very juicy and moist. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Portion size was small for the amount of money paid. Also, they have a problem with the heating. Most customers were sat in outdoor jackets, hats, and scarfs. Told management they were unable to resolve the issue, unfortunately. It may have been a fault on the system therefore another day may not be so cold.

Had a lovely time and Oliwia was absolutely lovely, made my birthday special. Food was amazing.

I visited this restaurant on New Year’s Day with the family and we did not regret it! I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they have a pretty good halal option. They also had a really good vegan option (as tasted and confirmed by my sister)! Bravo to the chef!! Really enjoyed our dine out!

Had a lovely meal at Big Easy in Stratford with a friend. The service we received from Oliwa and Luisa was excellent they both very helpful and so friendly. Our meals were delicious and very well presented. We will definitely return.

My steak came out overcooked, however this was replaced and came back cooked perfectly. Overall the food was nice. Service began slow, until a lovely waitress named Maggie started her shift. We were on the bottomless brunch and Maggied topped up our prosecco without being asked. She was sweet and attentive. The place seemed quiet but music was at a good level.

Maggie is great, the service before her shift started wasn’t the best we waited over 20 mins once seated to have our order taken, but then when Maggies shift started she was so attentive & keep our bottomless drinks refilled too. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the food the lobster was so juicy, And the steak humm just loved it, the atmosphere was very nice the music everything was on point me and my friends had a lovely time.

I’ve wanted to come here for awhile but it ended up being such a disappointment. Started out well because the cocktails were delicious and I enjoyed the country music and live band. But initially I went for lobster however the waitress when asked for a recommendation on lobster didn’t feel me with much hope. So I went for the shrimp, ribs and chicken - it was awful and overpriced. I personally didn’t like the flavour of the shrimp but that could have been my preference so I let it go, the ribs again weird flavour (not your typical Smokey/sweet flavour) but they were soft and falling of the bone which is what you want. The chicken was dry and flavourless (didn’t taste like it had been marinated) - after a bite I couldn’t eat any of the chicken. The beans and coleslaw weren’t great either. The spicy steak was a bit better, a charred flavour rather than spicy which was fine but the steak was unevenly cooked, medium in some areas and well done in others. Chips were hard. The starters were had were jalepeno poppers and voodoo shrimp - both nice but very small portion filled out with prawn crackers and tortilla chips. I wish I’d gone with the reviews that I had seen previously but thought the more recent reviews were good so would give them the benefit of the doubt. Food was overpriced for what it is. Expensive meal when you hardly touched it. Maybe we chose the wrong things on the menu but this is my honest opinion. If you want a smokehouse or lobster go elsewhere.

I never write a review before because I work in hospitality. A friend is mine a book a table 3 weeks ago for four people we asked nicely to move us to another table because Of the live music and was a plenty of table on the first floor empty Manager come to us shoutinghe was very, very rude The way you speak with us No manner, no respectand we decide to leave. Saturday night at 19:30

Decent food and service. Beware it is cashless.

We had ribs for starters which were tough. I had a burger for mains which was delicious. The staff were pleasant. The service charge 12.5% was already added to the bill.

The food was really nice and plenty to choose, the staff were polite and helpful.

I am Italian and this evening I came to eat with you with my daughter who lives in London, a very positive experience. The waiter James was very good, friendly and professional. 10 and praise.

I've eaten in the Canary wharf branch many times and can't fault it but the stratford branch is really not good. The food is ok but the service is terrible. Staff just don't care and if you want a drink or dessert good luck getting anyone's attention. My brother was visiting from Ireland and really enjoyed the Canary wharf restaurant, but this place was a sorry disappointment. My sister has a Westfield 10% discount as she works for Westfield, which is supposed to be for all a la carte items. We ordered starters, main courses, sides and drinks all off the a la carte menu and we're told the discount only applies to main courses but this is not stated anywhere, and the manager told us that she decides how to apply the discount. She was rude, frankly. We decided to let it go as it was clear she was ready for a fight. We declined to pay the 12.5% service charge as a result of the rudeness, and this is something I never do but we felt the staff were just incredibly rude and aggressive. Will absolutely not return and my sister will report this issue with the discount to Westfield. Furthermore both the male and female toilets were very dirty. Staff in this place do not care about customer satisfaction or cleanliness. AVOID.

We booked a table for eight to celebrate my daughter’s birthday today Sunday 2/12. I’d eaten there once previously during the week for my birthday in October and food was great. On this occasion we couldn’t have been more disappointed! Some food was cold and one person’s went back twice & still wasn’t warm on second occasion. She opted just to eat the chips. There was confusion over what drinks could replace the declined Prosecco so we ended up paying for these! To be fair we didn’t mind where we’d intended to order cocktails but this was not always the case! Two orders of lobster rolls definitely didn’t look like what was online and I’d happily post the comparative photos but doesn’t appear to be option to do so! Manager’s response was they didn’t have any of those! Although he did speak to us, he seemed uninterested and when told some people’s food was cold responded this is an American vibe & they don’t serve cold food, when we’d we clearly showed him that they did. There were 7 adults and the original bill was £300+ with service charge. They said they’d remove that and didn’t do so fully. Food the manager agreed to deduct wasn’t. The starters were nothing to write home about either in portion size taste or standard. My share of bill was over £100! I don’t mind paying if the food is great but this was extortionate for a very poor standard and what was worse not only spoiled a birthday celebration but it felt as though staff thought we were simply trying to avoid paying the bill! It was so disappointing that none of us will return and I felt the manager didn’t empathise enough or acknowledge their poor standard. I had to apologise to the whole party as I’d told them how great the food was. Never again! I had the half lobster with garlic, it was overcooked and chewy and that was the same for 3 of us who had that, at £28.50 each definitely overpriced! I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this place! Over priced and over rated! Was really a shame!

The restaurant was nice but very cold so had to eat with our coats on. But the service was excellent despite the cold. The food was enjoyable and affordable. The management was kind to take the service charge off our bill because of the cold. Thank you. Overall, a good experience.
