Burger King in Brent

we ordered food via deliveoo. It was not good at all and frankly after a couple pf bites ended up in the bin. The double cheese burger meal serves two very small burgers , one had bacon on the other did not . The organ Royal burger for my veggie sister was also not good and went into the bin. I will not use Burger King again . Waste of money and is expensive once you add service and fees , plus delivery cost . no value for money and certainly not up to expectations.

I went into Burger King Cricklewood high road. And noticed the staff where not wearing gloves when handling food. Nether did they Sanitise their hands before this when confronted staff was extremely rude. Burger was cold and did not taste fresh at all I would advise anyone to David this place altogether.

I went with my daughter, we had 2 burger meals. The meal was ok, regardless the tomatoes I’m my child burger were green. We wanted to use the toilet which had a sign “out of order” yet we’ve seen people using it, we used it on a previous visit. I asked the manager to open it and she refused, saying it’s not working. I said someone just used it, her response was “it was the staff toilet”. If they have a working toilet why would they not allow paying customers use it especially for children??? Disgusting customer service

I ordered a combo of two burgers with fries and soda and we were very disappointed the burger was very small and tasteleIn The meat was dry and with little flavor and cold the fries I will not order again in burger king I do not recommend it

Never been to a place where stuff was as rude as in BK of Cricklewood, there was a lady with red hair who was serving customers like she was doing them a favour, she provided me with a cold service ! Well that was ok as when an old women came in she started shouting at her and speaking to her in a rude way ! While the women was just trying to eat and she had money ! A guy spoke up for her and others got involved and even paid for her food !

Soy un empleado en esta sucursal y ha mejorado mucho. Ahora tiene un nivel de higiene de alimentos de 5 estrellas que es muy bueno! ! El personal ha cambiado casi por completo. Caras amables y servicio rápido.

Acabo de pasar 27 libras en 2 comidas y 2 hamburguesas xl, además de otra comida real de pollo. . . . Nos pide no los pepinillos en una de las hamburguesas, que logramos pasar dentro de cada uno de ellos, mientras el director estaba usando su teléfono sin supervisar cualquier proceso.Ha servido como pena de esto en un tan grande de la marca.

Poorly run, window's broken, dark inside, needs a total refurbishment. Didn't order food because it was so bad.

Para mi este local de Burger King fue una muy buena opción en Londres y así poder comer algo rápido y seguir recorriendo la zona. Las hamburguesas ya sabemos todos que son buenas y la atención fue correcta.

Pior Burger King que eu já vi. Uma pessoa para fazer tudo. Lugar feio, com aspecto abandonado. Parece uma lanchonete perdida no tempo. Sanduíches deixaram a desejar. Não recomendo
