Burger King in Guildford

Arrived very late on the evening of the 2nd, as I was staying at a Hotel, which was in close proximity to this venue. Popped in, just prior to closing, for Two Veggie Whoppers and Large Fries. Staff were, as always, pleasant and fastidious, and all the food was good.

Well managed restaurant, it was clean and welcoming. We went for a lunch and order around £40 meal, it was fantastic meal. Freshly cooked fries and burger were juicy. We enjoyed our lunch my kids enjoyed eating Burger King. I had a good experience on this restaurant. Well trained team, they were smiling every time.

The staff were so friendly and nice. Bless them all. They were angles. The manager there arbin Gurung was a sweetheart on how he greeted me and help me with my order. I had difficulties what to order cause it was my first time trying it. But the lovely gentleman guide me through the menu. The atmosphere was amazing and food was incredible. Definitely be coming back soon. I love you Burger King Guildford. I really recommend coming to BK in Guildford. It’s a vibe !!!.

It's one of the best burger kinds I've been in . The order was correct. Food was piping hot. The staff was very polite. Restront was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately very disappointed with our experience. Slow service, minimal communication from the member of staff serving. Our food was luke warm to cold when it arrived.

Decent couple of Veggie Whoppers. Large venue which was very tidy and clean. Service was rapid and staff were all totally fine.

Struggling to find much positive to say about this establishment. Clearly, after many years of waiting, the premises has had some investment and at least the ordering and drinks machines actually work. Staff could be forgiven for being about as friendly as a tax inspector when they work in this environment. But making me haggle for a sachet of tomato ketchup is frankly ridiculous. Burger utterly tasteless with mustard smothered and chips half cooked. If food were dispensed with value and nutritional content in mind, Burger King would be amongst the first to close. Why do I subject myself to this?

Go elsewhere… Had a steakhouse chicken meal. The food was cold and seemed like it had been cooked ages ago and just left, especially the fries. No atmosphere inside at all. The staff were all miserable and unhappy and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Food took ages to get to me, despite it being cooked and seeing it ready to be bagged up (probably the reason it was cold when I ate my). It wasn’t busy. Don’t come here, save yourself the time, money and effort.

I am vegetarian but I don’t like any of the vegetarian options available here. Every time I got to Burger King I always ask for a whopper but without the beef so just the bread and salad and sauce. This is the first time I’ve been to this particular restaurant. When I asked for this I was laughed at and when the lady serving me told the gentleman making the burger he also proceeded to laugh. Manager done nothing.

False updates good delivered cold

The royal meal was fresh and hot. The customer service was great. The manger anil was good at customer service. Dining area was clean.

Ordered take away this evening and found my order was incorrect when I got home. We went back into the store and the Manager Anil resolved the issue with good customer service. It was very much appreciated after we had to drive all the way back there again. Thank you Anil and team.

For fast food is fine, lots of seating, nice toilets convenient parking outside

What a lovely set of staff, Dean is an absolute treasure and a credit to the business, he went above and beyond for me I couldn’t appreciate it more. He’s got amazing people skills and this is my second time being served by him and GMT’s has created a great customer experience every time! Thank you again!

the three burgers were to cold when they got delivered to my address they weren't hot at all .

I went to the place at evening after a long day at work, to get some food. But the environment here was horrible, there was one lady employee who was loudly arguing with her colleague, I think she was arguing with her manager. Her voice was so loud and was literally screaming.This really ruined my mood and I just went back home without ordering, I don't think will be visiting there anytime soon.

Bad experience I ordered food online it took 3 hours no delivery and no explanation no one was picking up their phone neither I think I will never go there again I prefer the one in Aldershot

The food is never hot, generally actually cold and the manager has no interest at all.

Driver went to 3 different addresses first before our house, food was freezing cold on arrival & dry.

Worst burger king ever...we will never order from here again. First of all we ordered food for take away and they put everything on a tray which was fine ,we asked for a bag. Young lad throw two little paper bag to us while 4 or 5 colleagues just standing next to him doing nothing just watching us. It shows very poor customer service. So we put all the food in the bag and left the restaurant. It was our fault to not to check the order properly because we realised at home that something was missing from our order which cost us -6 quid and it wasn't the first time that we didn't get the food what we're paid for...Always double check specially if you have a bigger order just like our was.

I found Maggots and flies in my burger when I was already half way. Called them and off course they did not answer. Spoken to Uber eats and will see how they resolve this but I’ll be taking this to food safety on Tuesday for a full investigation of this store. Absolutely revolting! 🤮

We used the self service machines but didn't have to wait for long. Chips hot and burger nice. Drinks machines were low on options and the buttons didn't work. Toilets always the same, smelly and dirty and lacking toilet paper.

Very good Burger King. Great food, it is at the quality you'd expect from them, and we were served nice and quickly with all alterations to our order met perfectly. Decent cleanliness and plenty of places to sit and eat in. Fairly easy to get to off of the A3 and back onto it after as well. Will likely stop here again.

The screens where you order your food are very clunky. Be patient with them they do work but it takes some getting used to to.

It was very tasty and delicious as they have wide range of food. The staff was clearly stated the number. Lots of chairs and tables which has enough for people eat in.

Every since Burger king was able to deliver to my house in Albury we have been using it since and every time we have the food was good and the drink are a little warm but who cares about that cause the delivery service i have no words for. As soon as i pay online and see the delivery time for example between 6pm and 6.15pm i ordered it at 5.30pm and the food is at my door at 6om on the dot thats just really good service.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! The staff messed up the whole order , then laughed about it and was hysterically laughing when they handed me back the burger ( they obviously find allergies funny) … obviously I then didn’t want to eat it as it seemed like they had done something to it. When you ask to order at the till, they tell you no and send you back to the machines which not everyone is capable of using. An old woman couldn’t work the machine and they just kept pointing back to the machines refusing to take her order at the till. In the end she left! Absolutely awful service and would AVOID at all costs!

The actual food itself was fine but we went into the store today and ordered 3 milkshakes all which had a horrible metallic/cheap taste that completely spoiled the meal. It was absolutely disgusting and had a horrible mix of bubblegum flavour and metallic. Disappointing to be honest.

I went there today and had a meal with my mum. We both customised our orders at the till The employee had no idea what we were saying, the Manager helped take the order and the food still came out wrong. I went up to the till to try and explain. They weren’t very professional about it, and they kept laughing at me from the kitchen. I managed to get my order in the end but it seemed quite a fuss with just a customise order

Food was what was expected, its the service of lack of thats the issue. Refused to serve us and said we had to use the self checkout service, But couldnt as had a taste card.. Multipe people after just walked out as they want to interact with a person not a machine.. they are doing themselves out of a job, give it a couple of years and ity will be like Sushi, where your order is on a convaer belt and you have zero contact with humans!

Bottle of coke clearly did not come out of a fridge, it was also put in with the food which made it warm. Could not drink it with my meal, had to put it in the fridge. Delivery driver drove right next to my house, but walked up the road wasting 4 minutes of time. I even wrote on the notes that my house was a new build property, but the driver got out his vehicle near the 4 new build houses and walked up the street towards the older builds which are clearly an older style of housing.
