Very fast service, I even got a free hair! This place is hardly ever clean either...chips under each seat...woo free chips!!! Food was cold though, no wonder it was fast, they forgot to cook it.

I will never order from here again. ordered 18:28 arrived 20:48. good was cold. bag was ripped. drinks were shaken up. burger felt like it had been sat around for hours (which it probably had). charged a service charge and delivery!? burger king used to be decent but never again will I be using this branch or justeat. couldn't cancel it either as the app is so useless. just don't bother, have some cheese and toast and be thankful you didn't waste your time.

The food was absolutely disgusting! The burger and the chips were dry.. my one year old son didn’t even eat the food and that’s saying a lot on how bad the food actually was! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here. Very disappointed

I asked for one of the meals without pickle and ketchup - but it had ketchup in it - it took me ages to scrape it out. not good. if I say no ketchup expect no ketchup

Ordered the food and was given a delivery time. Every time I refreshed the tracking it had added on more time. So from it's original 20:10 the food eventually arrived at 20:35!...food wasn't even hot!..literally not worth the delivery charge!.

the journey for the delivery was to far for a push bike, meaning the food arrived cold.

this order was over 3 hours late and freezing cold and non edible it was disgusting and this is against all trading standards, I will be reporting this to trading standards . this cost me £25.87 and I have to work hard to earn my money, I do not order takeaways often due to the cost and this is so upsetting to be sent this bag of cold non edible food, it is still here if you want to send someone to collect it. I am requesting a full refund for the total amount of £25.87

This is the second time on the bounce that my order had turned up cold. The first time I let it go as hadn’t happened before but now I doubt I will order delivery from BK again. Seemed to take an age to be delivered so I am not sure if this is down to the restaurant or the delivery person.

We’ve found BK better than its main rival in many ways. The food tastes better, it arrives on time and is still warm/hot, the order nearly always arrives intact and as ordered, and the burgers don’t look like they’ve been thrown from one side of the kitchen to the other and into the box. Thanks BK, keep it up and we’ll keep ordering from you. 🍔🫡

Every time there’s something missing from the order I thought McDonald’s was bad but Burger King your total rubbish

Very dirty, waited 23 minutes whilst ordering and being in the store no one came to clean the lobby at any point. All tables had trays on them, floor was disgusting. It wasn’t busy at all, 3 other people were there when we attended.

delivery time said 7:25, receipt says food was collected at 7:10 but didnt get our food until 8:10. was stone cold and actually innedible

Food, customer service is excellent but the entrance not pleasant and door is difficult to open sometimes. Staff are fast with others ready to help with any issues, food is served at a good temperature ready to eat.

Whoever delivered must of done a wheelie or whacky racers drink spilt all over the food bags completely ripped only took to take a picture so angry completely spoiled idiots

Odered 2 whopper meals on burger king app. It seemed like the person serving us wasnt botherd because it was food orderd off the app .Waited 10 to15 minutes or more for food. When food brought to table the burgers looked liked they had been recooked and the fries were digusting. The person serving us needs to learn some manners and go on a customer training programe . Avoid this burger king !!!! U HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

What’s annoying about my order is watching as the delivery time keeps changing and getting later and later over half an hour added on to the original delivery time just because the outlet was busy with clients walking through the door instead of setting a time for the takeaway delivery and keeping to it!
