Burger king in North Hertfordshire

Chips stone cold, chicken royal stone cold. Paid extra to 'go large' and received regular portion size. Lettuce in bun was brown!

Burger King Letchworth is hands down the best branch I've been to! The service here is incredibly fast – I was amazed at how quickly my order was ready, even during busy hours. I was amazed by the quick service by the staffs in the Burger King especially letchworth branch is my go to branch always and I always preference Burger King and I recommend Burger King

Recieved mouldy burgers tonight, do not order the wagyu burgers the buns have mould.

Burger King is awesome! Their burgers are tasty and fresh, especially the Whopper. The service is fast, and the staff is nice. It’s a great place to enjoy good food! If you are looking for some fast food near by Letchworth city, then I recommend this place.

I recently visited this Burger King and the food was very good. Hygiene and taste is maintained very well also making sure the customers are served fast. I really liked the fries here unlike other places as it was very hot and crispy. I would definitely appreciate the customer service in this place making it an ideal place to hang out often.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger King recently! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The Whopper was perfectly cooked, and the fries were crispy and delicious. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were not only friendly but also attentive, making sure my order was right and that I had everything I needed.

Bacon Double Cheeseburger and fries were delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot to enjoy a quick meal.

Took 20 mins to order with cash as the staff couldn't be bothered to take my order at the till, then another 15mins watching my order going cold on the counter as they attempted to keep up with drive thou orders...

Despite these reviews, they've clearly done the place up recently. I've been 4 times in the last few months and each time its pretty good. Actually cheaper than mcdonalds and generally better!

I went to this burger King a week ago, the food was amazing and my fries were hot when I got them (unlike many other fast food restaurants) the customer service was amazing they were patient when I ordered and brought my food out quite quickly. The atmosphere was great the restaurant was tidy and clean and it was too loud. This definitely gets a five out of five from me.

Staff was racist gave there own people from similar countries ketchup for free made me pay for it because I'm white disgusting

Absolutely Awful . You can't place an order at the counter, you have to use them damn screens, which are a pain, so we ended up getting back in the car to go use the drive through, only to be served a cold burger and cold coffee. Seriously, how do they manage to serve/sell cold freshly brewed coffee. Totally disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Do not waste your time or money there.

Overall five stars, the food was amazing and hot when we received it and there was amazing customer service. when I was unable to work the machine a worker cam over and helped me 😀

There must be change of management in Letchworth, their service definitely better than before I have been coming here for past few years! My kids are really happy with their meal. That's why giving 5 star! Well done 👍

I placed a £40 order, and they forgot the two fries in my kids’ meals. I called immediately, and they said they would replace them. When I tried to reorder yesterday, the manager refused, saying it wasn’t logged. That’s the last time I’ll be using this restaurant, and I recommend everyone in Letchworth avoids it.

This is a pretty good place but not the best. It is quite run down on the outside, but quite average on the inside. I got the fries, just for a snack and they were pretty good, so from what I have tried the food is good. The service wasn't bad, but they just gave you the food and you paid. That was it. I would only come for a snack, rather then a full on meal. I rarely see people going in.

Popped in today. Service was shockingly bad due to the ride female behind the counter. No welcoming 'hello, can I help you' so I stood there like a plum as I thought she was still serving the person before me. No 'please' or 'thank you'. She did however ask if I wanted my penny change. Like seriously?! How random!

Can understand why this place is always nearly empty. It's very dirty, even though very few customers. Cost of burgers and drinks far too expensive that's why a packed out McDonalds is just around the corner. Due to terrible hygiene would not eat here!

Good Staff and fast service good atmosphere

This is probably the only time I have ever turned around and walked out of a Burger King empty handed. The place smells bad, like a stale greasy cloth has been wiped over the floor and tables. Apparently the bathrooms were also bad according to my wife. I suppose I should have worked it out in advance, this place was empty and yet McDs about 1/2 mile up the road was rammed and we couldn't get to the carpark because the drive-in queue was so long.

The only thing edible were the chips. Burger was dry and what I assume to be cheese was a tiny runny blob about the size of a 5 pence piece, and what the hell are the chilli cheese bites? No one in the uk likes runny tasteless american cheese. Overall a really expensive and disappointing meal.

Eaten here a couple of times, food is ok sometimes cold, but having used the toilets on my last visit. I won't ever visit again. Possibly the most foul smelling place I've ever had the misfortune of entering.

It currently smells of sewage inside the restaurant. I know this because when I went through the drive-thru, I was instructed to wait in the car pack for them to give me my food, defeating the purpose of a drive-thru. After waiting 15 minutes for my fast food, I had to walk in and ask where it was. I then waited for a further 5 minutes before it was handed to me. Awful experience.

Ordered food from counter staff who looked like he didn't want to be there, chips were in bottom of bag all fell out wrapper chicken burger warm to cold, had not taste, certainly not value for money, one time experience never to repeat.

Haven't been since lockdown, was good to get back and have a whopper meal, service was a bit iffy, but when your wearing masks that don't help 😷 😋😁

Chips cold . Burger warm Fanta orange flat no fizz . Toilet blocked up and smelling needs a revamp and a good manager to sort things out o and you have to pay 30 p for sachels of bbq sauce .. what a joke.19 /4/ 24 time 12.30 this place has gone down !!!!
