Lovely experience there such an incredible atmosphere! Food was life changing to be honest, my tastebuds felt like they were floating. Brilliant staff, however one particular woman there called Amelia by far outshines in the service department. She served me the most biblical whopper I’ve ever had with such grace and elegance. 5 stars to Amelia and the whopper ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always my preferred place to grab some fast food. However, this is where it drops one star for me. The drive thru is soooo slow. And it's not a 'one off'. It's like it everytime I visit. The food is tasty and the onion/salad element of the burger always appears to be fresh

I took my three grandchildren for tea here after school and was greeted by very happy staff ,all very welcoming it was very refreshing. The food was cooked to order and was great

Always phone ahead to see if they are still serving in-store and not directing customers to the drive thru. Arrived several hours before closing to be told no in-store service and the website shows different opening hours for in-store and drive thru by the manager. BK website shows no different hours.

I don’t know what your management/team training is at this Burger King but someone needs to assess this and correct it ASAP. The staff looked absolutely miserable, not only were they slow on EVERY single order made but when they weren’t tending to necessary food orders I watched them stand in the drive thru window area cross armed like they were sick of the customers. There was not a single peep out of any staff the entire 45 mins my husband and I were in that restaurant, no communication from anyone including the manager. They had a constant line of delivery drivers blocking the ENTIRE counter waiting for the pathetically slow orders to come out. Whoever is managing this store has no leadership skills whatsoever and everyone else in there acts like emotionless drones. For the love of god it also doesn’t take much effort to clean the dining room. That was disgusting! If I’m gonna see staff standing around behind the counter with their arms crossed looking bored then I’m sure they could tidy up in the front area to fill their time. Saying as a fellow hospitality worker; if you find yourself with nothing to do then something is wrong…

Ordered through deliveroo..£35 order. Deliveroo only brought my drinks, no food. I rang burger king direct to be told it will be packed for delivery, waited an hour 2 calls later still no food now literally ignoring calls. Absolutely disgusting service. 3 children going without thanks to your error and lies. Tried blaming deliveroo.... they only deliver what you give them # fact

Wait forever to get a meal that tastes of cardboard and a drink that at best has a hint of the flavour it’s supposed to. Don’t waste your money on this trash.

You would have thought they would be ready for half term. Half the order screens didn’t work so caused excessive queues just to place an order. One of the drinks machines didn’t work so again another queue. Food cold. By the looks of it they didn’t have enough team working as the bins were overflowing and tables not being cleaned. Very poor experience for the price and the brand. Disappointed with the visit is an understatement.

Great place to go if you want a burnt dry burger, cold fries, non fizzy drinks, no ice and rude staff

After my shocking visit to MC Donald's this was well needed. Proper burgers ,fries and some serious flavours to tease my palette. Got through the drive through easy and went to pay. Took out finance for 3 months to pay for this meal and it got excepted 👍 . Fries were good, whopper was banging, Chicken Royale was tender and juicy. Nothing beats shooting your load while enjoying a good meaty burger or boyger if you're from the states. Will I come again. Hell yeah both here and in my pants! Just gonna wait until I've paid the finance off on this meal before I get another. 😁👍👍

A very depressing impression The burger buns were barely warm. Even though there were hardly any p eople inside, almost all the tables were dirty. The sofas were tattered and needed to be replaced or repaired. The trash cans were so full that I couldn't throw my trash away. The toilets were also dirty. 5 or 6 of the staff were standing in the kitchen area and no one was going to clean up.

Very quiet for 6pm was surprising. One of the drinks dispensers weren't working and turned out the other one had no syrup for mixing the drinks. No soap in the toilets, which after everything everyone has been through last couple of years is absolutely vile. Not one smile or one thing mentioned... number ___ left on countertop, then left it.

We had an amazing dinner at the venue Burger King. The staff were fantastic warm and welcoming. The food was impeccable, delicious and well presented. The music was fun and the atmosphere was convivial and inviting. Definitely going back and highly recommend the double whopper which is not only delicious but full of protein and nutrition.

I enjoy the whopper, whopper meal, jr whopper, double whopper and triple whopper, I was able to make it my way!

Went in to order. Ordering machines didn't work. Ordered at counter. Explained alogies and modified order. Drove home to find order had not been modified. Was inedible. Tried phoning store for half an hour, no one answered. I now lost half an hour, £30 and still have nothing to eat. Waste of time, money and effort. Avoid.

It's a Burger place.....not top but midrange...

Over 5 visits I can remember to comment, all round really clean and spacious. Happy with the seating arrangement as there are booths that feel reasonable private while eating. I really like the drinks machine. You can pick a brand then a flavour followed by how much ice, if any. Makes a meal knowing you can pick your drink to a tee. Never had problems. Years ago I even order a whopper with 13 patties in it. It was a customised order which I obviously never finished but it was funny paying £18.50 for a foot long burger.

Quickly service inside restaurant (better than drive thru). Good quality products and new tasty veggie options of burgers.

Had the new vegan whopper and thought it was the real thing, definitely recommend using the app aswell they have loads of offers

They should allow people with learning disabilities to pay with cash as most of them are not allowed to use cards

Lovely and clean. Only thing was customers didn't know where to queue, there was a mess of customers wanting to order and waiting to pick up orders.

Always enjoy burger king. Great food, very tasty and great service with helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a morning visit for the crossiantwich. Xx

Waiting for ages just to be served and food was cold!

Waited 45 minutes to be served and to get our food. Burger was stone cold but could not be bothered to complain and wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. Staff were overworked and very stressed, they kept on snapping at each other.

Due to being a service station, the prices are allot more expensive, and when ordering on the kiosk, the 10 questions after you order trying to sell you more got a little annoying, I just wanted my burger.

Burger king food is standard quality. The sevice wasn't great (seemed a burden as there were two employees talking that had to eventually stop when I approached). The eating area was dirty and tables needed clearing and cleaning.

Does Bristol not have even one decent burger king left? This one was utter madness, burger was not great at all, order was wrong, wasn't given a tray for dining in, wasn't a selection of juices at the machine and a sign that says you're not allowed to go back for a refill, even if you're dining in??? Never going back, was an absolute waste of money, they should be shut down

Probably the worst bk Iv ever been too. The management was absolutely awful. I ordered on the app,went to get my order,they refused to give me the order because there app was down,so I lost out on £6.00 and they still refused to refund me. I will be be taking this further,don’t go there.

went on friday had amazing ac kept us all cool as we enjoyed our hot food, didn’t have to wait too long as it was prepared quickly and the drinks were just icing on the cream as they were freshly carbonated and cooled us down

Absolutely diabolical! We ordered at 6pm on the 18th April 2024 ... Service was awful took 20mins to get 2 meals for the chips to have been sat waiting the whole time, stone cold by the time the order was done! Dining area was disgusting!! The customer service was terrible, no apologies, no update when waiting and when we finally sat down we were saying it was bad to eachother, the young boy who was putting the chairs up on the tables was rolling his eyes and giving filthy looks! The man cooking the food kept wiping his hands on his clothes the standards are appalling and if I could 0 I would!! Filthy, overpriced food and terrible service!!

Worst experience I had in a burger King, burger had barelly any sauce and only in the middle, they give no sauce for chips or onion rings bought as a meal and ask 30p for it, drink is tasteless and place was full or rubbish with only 2 tables cleaned. In France you get asked what sauce you want and they make sure the burger is worth the money.

I was served by a lad called kieran, his name badge said assistant manager. The most Kindest person I've meet was very patient, I came in Tuesday best service I've received in a long time food was fast hot and definitely worth the money

First time visiting this Burger King. I was very impressed with the layout. It's definitely a nice restaurant. Enjoy going to a Burger King as you get a decent meal for a fair price, especially the Whopper and Royale deals. The only thing that was a letdown was the toilets. They are very outdated!
