Burger King in Wakefield

I’d like to tell you the service I received today was fabulous. My order was done very fast and the young lady called Lauren that brought me my food was always smiling and very helpful. Give this girl a raise

Ordered 9 nuggets expecting the dip that comes as standard. Didn’t even get asked which one and none was put in my bag (TA). There was a man in the back sorting food, fries etc and he had a big bushy beard, definitely should be wearing a hair net.

Came here recently on a Saturday afternoon to treat my stepson, expected it to be pretty busy but there was plenty of seating available and only a few people in the queue. Once I eventually got served the food came really fast however unfortunately there was no clear sign as to who was serving as staff members were scattered across the till area but only one was actually taking orders so I got missed out for a good 10 minutes. Popped to the loo whilst in there and was pretty disgusted, there was wee all over every toilet seat in the ladies toilets however can’t comment on the mend or disabled, Whilst I don’t expect them to be perfect due to the amount of traffic in and out I expected more than that, no signs anywhere stating when they were last cleaned either. My stepson enjoyed his food so that was the only plus point to this visit I’m afraid!

Ignoring Customer Requests.” Pending review David S (2 reviews) Called here for my lunch, I ordered chicken royal meal with cheese, pickles and heavy mayonnaise. Had noticed that the kitchen staff hadn’t put on the heavy mayonnaise as requested, so had to ask again to put it on. Overheard staff member complaining to another staff member about my request and suggested that I use mayonnaise sachets, why should I? Then I asked them to do it again as he basically tickled the bread, I saw him do this. If a customer requests certain ways to have their burger, the customer SHOULD be allowed it not moan be aide it’s too much of an inconvenience for the staff. Get your act together and do your job properly. Date of visit: November 2019

Came here for a quick lunch with our Grandson. Order was taken quickly and when food arrived it was hot. But it's far more expensive than other fast food places, over £25 for two adults and two kids.
