Really loved the atmosphere in the shop especially the time I arrived with my family. Very busy am sure because of the Coventry game but got our food in good time and the correct food as we ordered. Great work guys keep it up.

The food was fresh, the staff polite and helpful. A completely different experience to the truly awful branch at Central Six retail park. Will definitely be back.

Ate in here and ordered a whopper with no onion. Good job I checked the contents and that I'm not allergic as it came with onion. What's the point in being able to customise your order if they just ignore it anyway? Order number 5 wasn't picked up but 1 customer who had already got his food decided he would be dishonest and pretend he was order number 5 and go and collect it while looking shifty. Staff didn't ask him what was in order 5 (a sure way to check he was genuine as he'd have known what he ordered), but just gave him the food. Really wouldn't recommend and won't be returning. Wasn't worth the money.

Came cold, an hour later than what the receipt stated… absolutely awful.

Food was cold and no straw for the shake which was in the same bag as the so called hot food no wonder the food was cold .

If I didn’t have to give a star then I wouldn’t. Awful service. Tried calling the restaurant twice but no answer. Had to wait an hour and a half for my order. Turned up cold and half of it was missing. Not happy at all!

I took over an hour to get my burger and chips,when it was delivered my burger and chips were cold and the milkshake had thawed out

They said 12:15 then changed so many times it’s come and my food is all freezing cold it’s not even edible the chips are hard for my toddler to even chew

Came here on the 24th with my girlfriend. Before this visit, I hadn't had anything to do with BK in a decade. Whether it was nostalgia, I don't know, but the food was lovely. It was warm and tasted fresh. Atmosphere was so so as there was nobody in there so difficult to rate. Definitely priced higher than your McDonald's, but in my opinion, it is worth the extra money.

The place was incredibly filthy when we came in. We wanted to eat in but when we saw the state of it, we decided to eat in the car instead. Wrappers, food, sauce packets all over the floor, tables and chairs. There wasn't a clean space to eat in the whole place. 🤮

order was accepted at 17:45, didn't arrive until 19:04 and it was stone cold

Minus stars for every thing , food cold , chicken royale had nearly a whole bottle of mayonnaise on it ,delivery took over 2 hours

My order was wrong no loaded fries only half a share box and the burger was wrong the drink was wrong

Food is good and tastes like a proper fast food burger shop not too similar to mc Donald’s but tastes good would recommend. Staff are friendly but the shop is usually quiet which is good for bringing small children. Not always the cleanest but usually fine. Overall a good Burger King.

Went to Burger King and the staff seem to actually have a good chemistry with each other, the food was fresh and the store was actually clean too to bottom. My food took only 3 mins to come and I will deffo be coming again. So happy with the service. Sally was a star wonderful customer service.

From ordering to delivery on a Friday afternoon 13:00-14:00 I never received it it until a hour and half later. Food was stone cold and the loaded fries was laughable, never again will I order from Burger King again. I used to prefer it over maccies now it’s shown how far it’s fallen. My friend referred me to Burger King arena park. It was a such a nice experience. Food was so tasty and hot. Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely will come again.

Absolutely disgusted. Waited an hour. Was told and tracked it got delivered at 9.05pm. Messaging you at 9.40pm and it still hasnt arrived. Attempted calls directly with Birger King and call inbox is full, not answering. WHAT DO I DO HERE? Never again
