Burger King in Medway

Mediocre barely warm food, room temp drink, freshly microwaved burger.£24 on 2 meals, oh you want sauce...30p mate 🤣

I went to service counter on Sun 15th Dec at 1pm to order food at the M2 Templepatrick Applegreen services in Northern Ireland and was served by a young foreign girl with a very poor grasp of English. I was very frustrating having to place my order with the language difficulty. My order number 9 went on the board as being prepared. My wife was having another meal from a different vendor and finished her meal while I was waiting for my very simple plain Burgerking meal for one. I watched on screen as orders placed after me were completed and still I waited. I went to the counter and asked where my meal was and was told to wait by another foreign member of staff. When I eventually got my very simple meal my wife had finished her’s, which is an indication of how slow the service was and they were not busy. Absolutely appalling service from Burger King yesterday. Never again.

Don't accept app orders and staff hide behind the kitchen.

Staff was friendly abd food is hot

Not enough staff, waited and was ignored for over 10 minuted to get some ketchup, gave up in the end. Asked to eat in however it was packed for takeaway.

Ordered through uber!! Took a long time before driver accepted!! Then he took the longest way round!! Large chips were tiny!!! 😡😡

ordering was a problem not all diy screens working, and price of food was as usual for service stations on motorways.

You pay for accessories that are not provided, there is no one and you have to wait to be served, hygiene is under criticism, the tables are dirty. For a BK in England you can't even ask for more, and especially on the road. But BE CAREFUL with the orders.

A motorway Burger King, which I walked past on the way to the toilet. It didn’t strike me as being particularly outstanding.

Wouldn't stop here again. Ordered 2 meals, one was a plain chicken burger. Took over 10 minutes for the order to arrive, wasn't that busy. People who ordered food after us, seemed to get their order first.

This place says that it opens at 7am during the week... Wasted journey coming here because they don't open until 9am... I'm pretty peeved 😡

I have a dietary requirement and so needed to order at the till…. Unfortunately there was a technical fault, so I was told that no more orders were being taken… UNLESS YOU USED THE SELF SERVICE.. Absolute shambles, couldn’t run a bath

Only one person taking orders and giving out the food, extremely slow service. Had to very long for my order.

Hempstead Valley. Ordered Nine meals, six adult, three children, collected from restaurant got home No chips in any meals and one adult meal missing. Returned, All meals reordered and read back to me. Got home large chips given on all meals to say sorry for having to return, but one Adult meal still missing. Couldn’t be bothered to return for third visit. How hard can it be to take an order read it back and then put it all in a bag. If you have Ten fingers You presume Nine meals are possible, but not at this venue. Buyer beware?

Food was not very fresh and taste and looked like it been left out for hours with manky cheese and chips.. 😕

Visited before the busy lunch period so no excuse for being kept waiting so long, I was the only person in the queue and only there because the self service machine didn't have a signal to take my payment, staff didn't acknowledge I was there or say 'will be with you in a moment', so after 10 mins waiting I had to walk away angry, frustrated and hungry

I was there at 22:25 and the guy said that they don't take orders anymore. And the place was almost empty.

Best quality in fast food service

It was a disaster. Two of the prepaymachines were not working properly. Our meal deals, one plant burger, one chicken and the chips were not cooked fresh. My drink was overfilled and when I put my straw in, spurted everywhere including my top! Staff were polite but overall experience very poor. Quality poor and expensive.

Ordered from them only ordered a burger on uber eats and I waited over a hour for them to just cancel my order!!!! I tried to ring them and cant get through... you don't let someone wait over a hour and just cancel there order... out of order!!! Won't be ordering from you again

19th February, my daughter & girlfriend both got food poisoning, the burgers were undercooked. Thankfully my one year old knew better and wouldn't touch his.

Got my order wrong and couldn't do a thing cause kiosks didt have recipe papier.....

Vastly overpriced ,tiny burghers, about 10 chips and no hot drinks. Will not go again.

On the last 6 occasions I have visited just after 9pm they have been closed when I asked the staff hiding behind the shutters why they had continually closed before the times advertised on this site and Burger Kings official site of 11pm, they told me they were short staffed. It is not possible to call them to confirm they are open, so I have recommended this site change the opening to times to reflect the reality that they just don't want to open after 9pm.

Great place to eat but getting people to wear a face covering is challenging to say the least when it's busy you'll be flipping a coin on the health n safety of yourself n whomevers with you

Very slow service considering there were 2 people waiting. No ketchup Machines to order are not as clear as they could be. Didn’t pick up on a kids order or no Mayo in a burger. Double the price as mc Donald’s, don’t know how they can justify it

Good place to stop for some food after a lot of driving

Was kind of a slow service and was given the merchant receipt instead of the customer receipt with the order number on which was a slight pain, food was nice and hot and enjoyed it in the end

Went to burger king yesterday and it was awfully busy. There was only one Kid named Aleena working in the front and bless her she handled the whole situation the best way she could. 5 stars only for her excellent customer service. burger did take a while but tasted as it should be.

Visited late evening and only two staff working, both under pressure as there was a huge queue. Food ok but a longer than usual wait for it due to the volume of people and lack of staff. Burger was nice.

Unbelievably slow service, if you're looking for fast food this isn't it. Haha. As with all burger King restaurants the burger was amazing, everything else was average at best. The coffee is almost undrinkable, the milkshake was tasteless and the chips just simply aren't as good as McDonald's. I wish I could have BK burgers and McDonald's fries. Also it was bloody expensive.

Went there Friday evening as we just fancied a burger king. We had tried one in queensbourgh a couple of weeks ago and were very disappointed in both quality of service and quality of the food. This was a completely different experience. The place was very busy even at 20 30 in the evening. When we arrived and ordered online there were 10 people in front of us. When we were served there were another 10 behind us. The staff were working hard and the wait was 10 to 15 minutes. . The food was freshly cooked and hot. The chips and burgers excellent and well worth the extra 15 minute drive. Well done Burger king.

I should of realised something was wrong when I saw 20 people waiting for their orders. Severely understaffed, the girl taking orders was also preparing meals and drinks. Burger was understandably cold and bun dry as a bone. Staff member said she put tomato and bbq sauce in our paper bags. Wasnt any! Went outside to eat al Fresco to breathe in the fresh fumes and appreciate the superb Views.

It's burger king, it's amazing.

I've of the few places to get your burger fix without getting caught in a drive through for ages. In and out in ten mins with queuing and getting the whopper. Can't complain when I've seen queries go round the block with a standard drive through. Lots of sanitisation stations around. Keep your distance and keep safe. Enjoy the burger!

The Burger King in the Medway Pavilion off of the M2 has fresh, piping hot fries. I felt bad for the guy (his badge read “trainee”) working the register though. There was a steady queue and he was the only person waiting on everyone and filling the orders. There were people in the back joking and coking but he was doing everything on 19 December around 5:30pm. Good effort to the employee but it doesn’t seem very professional.

Just check your take away bag cause every single time they forget to put something. A place only to stop and grab something in case if everything else is closed.

Been here a few times, EVERY time is a 20 minute plus wait even for a single burger no matter how busy they are or how many staff are there. Prices are expensive too.

Always a nice place to eat, helpful staff with a wide menu selection, always prefer to McDonald's, you can taste the difference, well worth a visit

Me and my partner went there. I got a chicken royal and he got a Whopper. He is currently dealing with food poising. Not good at all.

Motorway prices, but always freshly cooked.

No complaints, happy with the service and the food. Staff were nice and helpful. Obviously it's a service station location and I suspect some customers are rude and impatient. The service station building is very dated and needs a massive overhaul.

The customer service was very good and the service was quite quick...Food was hot and lovely .Thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

ALWAYS a long wait and for that matter far too expensive as are all motorway services
