Burger King in Middlesbrough

The food was discusting and tasted bland and like it has been warmed up!

food was lukewarm, chips over cooked only good thing was the drinks were properly sealed

All meals were cold. Coke and sprite was the worst I’ve ever taste.

restaurant took ages preparing the order. feel sorry for driver stuck there waiting the entire time.

delivered to the wrong address, so now im 16 pound down because I didn't change the address driver said he can't come to right address

Standard Burger King. Service tends to be slow. It's in a shopping centre, not really atmospheric.

Bigger greasy not the best had the smoky bacon double wopper grease dripping from it. Chicken frys ok but look very cheep not recomended

the driver drove past me once, I left instructions were the building is because its in an alley. After not being able to find me, he then phoned me & was shouting at me down the phone in his frustration. I waved at him when he was talking to me so he then finally seen me bit I felt uneasy when he pulled after because of him shouting at me

Just came into this Burger King and was surprised with how good the customer service was, very polite and helpful. The food was hot and was impressed with the fast service. The seating area had loads of room and was very clean. I do recommend going to this Burger King.

Food missing from order, what we did receive had been packed in the same bag as ice cold drinks so food was freezing cold. Disappointed and hungry!

food was delivered by bicycle, upon arrival the food was cold and one of the drinks had leaked in the bag and ruined one of the meals.

Burgers really tasty, only downfall is that the chips are always quite cool by the time you get them

Twice I’ve ordered food from that was delivered by Uber Eats. Both times the order have items missing. Never using Middlesbrough again and never using Uber Eats after I watched their park up at Aldi for fifteen minutes. Both are bloody awful.

Couldn’t find the entrance then drove straight passed, food was cold, chips were soggy, chicken nuggets hard and over cooked

Shocked how this place is being ran, it is being ran on a shoe string, hardly no staff, toilets filthy too.

I ordered bacon caesar loaded fries and all I got was normal fries after I paid the extra to get them

2 hours late! Not impressed food barely warm and not one apology from the driver

Never received my order and when i checked it stated delivered at 39 mins after i ordered. Whats the point of having an order number if its not being checked on delivery! Now im left with no food and no money to buy any.

All Angus meat burgers not available. In disabled toilets all pull bars covered with dust and makes you question hygiene in other parts of restaurant. Also no sweetener available only sugar. Not good for diabetic.

The food tastes old as if its been reheated or left out for ages even though our delivery time kept being pushed back. Really terrible quality compared to how it usually is... probably wont order again.

I popped in for 2 whoppers and a drink but the young lady only placed 1. After receiving my order l explained to the young girl that l ordered 2 and 1 plain with no sauce only lettuce. Was told that she couldn't understand what l was saying as she called another young one and they started whispering and laughing. Rude and disrespectful young girls serving, bad customer service, wrong cold order l was served with sauce whilst l had mentioned, long wait as l confronted the young girl about it. The stuff will need to be changed and well trained. Atmosphere is not pleasant.

Spilled my drink all over my meal...

This is a bit like McDonald's was, years ago. There's no electronic ordering, so you have to stand in a (not very long) queue for ages to order, then go and wait about while they complete the orders in random order. Very slowly. The food is ok. Nothing special, and certainly not worth the extra money compared to McDonald's. Horrific wailing "music" blaring out all the time. It's all a bit rundown. Fortunately, we didn't need to use the toilets.. On a positive note, at least it wasn't the bombsite KFC on Linthorpe Road lol!

I love Burger King, but not this one. I ordered the double bacon xl. I've never had a drier, more cardboard burger in my life! I think it was probably sitting there for hours before I got it. Couldn't finish it. Go to Mc Donald's!

Food is always good from BK but my recent order had items missing and had extras on the sandwiches missing. Wouldn't care to write a review like this but when you're paying BK prices you're losing value when they miss things out!

I waited 1 hour 15 minutes from leaving the restaurant. The food was freezing and the burger was like rubber. I couldn’t possibly eat it. I had to throw it away. I’m very disappointed

Called in Fri afternoon at 2.25. Couple of young people serving. Very friendly Bought a coke. Went to find a seat and not clean table. Was rubbish everywhere, food on floor. Tables that didn't have rubbish on them were filthy. Glad I only got a drink. Went to the toilet and it was blocked. Floor was slippy and covered in water and toilet rubbish.

Cheeseburger was cold but the tea was very nice as did not sell latte

Missed 2 whopper burgers off my order

If I wanted food that tasted of Fanta I would have poured the Fanta over my food myself. To open the door to the delivery lad holding my order sideways and the drink leaking out the side was great. Chips tasted of Fanta. Bag was dripping wet. And the drink had a mouth full left. Amazing service not

My burgers weren’t ‘hot’ just about warm. My fries were cold and some weren’t fully cooked. I tried the new chicken fries for first time they were alright and hot but taste wasn’t for me as the seasoning seemed to be clumped and too salty. I preferred the original chicken fries.

The two meals had their cokes spilled all over the burgers and fries. Managed to salvage the burgers after drying off and microwaving. The dogs enjoyed the soggy fries but missed out on the cokes. Drinks should be packaged separately from the food.

Wrong order and the food was freezing, the delivery driver probably drove all round boro before dropping it off, will not be ordering from just eat again!!

Don't appreciate my food being thrown onto the tray because the server doesn't want to walk the 2 steps it would take to place it. Located in such a way that it's always cold and dirty. I do like burger King food, but I use this one really infrequently.

Driver spent 10 minutes at the end of my street before driving off rounf the roads to come back and walk down the ally before coming to my front door, at wich time he gave me my cold soaked food before having an argument.

Food was barley warm. Expensive for the amount you get. The toilets were disgusting. No toilet roll, it was all over the floor. Dirty toilet bowl, spit on the toilet seat. Will never go there again.

Food tasted awful, it arrived freezing cold and 20 minutes late. I wouuld have called the restaurant to complain, but at that point I'd had a stressful day and just wanted to go to bed. Absolutely horrendous service

On Sunday 29th October, the two girls working behind the counter had literally no customer service skills at all. One was so quietly spoken it was difficult to hear what she was saying. The other was rude and dismissive when telling me that they didn't have any mayonnaise. Totally unacceptable service. The restaurant was clean, but is looking a little tired in places. I was hoping that the (grossly overpriced) food would make up for the poor first impression. Sadly, everything was lukewarm, bland and unpalatable. All in all, a big disappointment, and certainly not recommended.

I want a full refund for my order the food was cold especially the fries and I also did not receive napkins or a straw to go with my drink with the order and it was very late.

Forget cheese bites once again A holes

My wife ordered an xl bacon double cheese, which was displayed alongside several others above the servery, (all showing crispy bacon). When it came the bacon was almost raw and looked revolting. It looked absolutely nothing like advertised. On asking if they could cook it properly we were told no, I said you must have a grill or micro wave or even put it in a fryer for a minute. No that's how it comes. Disgusting attitude from staff, makes a hamburger barrow look like a Michelin restaurant. Will not be using again.

The vegan royal was horrible, the chicken had what all I can describe as lumps in it, made me wretch so I had to leave it, wouldn’t recommend 😖

No coke even though charged me for it. Sent teo capri sun instead. Not happy.

I stopped by this small outlet in the heart of Middlesbrough town centre for a quick bite on a Sunday lunchtime. It was very quiet, so I was served immediately by a very friendly young woman. I ordered a medium Bacon Double Cheeseburger XL meal. Despite it being very quiet, I had to wait longer than I expected (10 minutes). The restaurant itself is very outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. The seats are torn and uncomfortable, and there is a self-service machine lying out of order in the corner, which has been there quite a while. My food was warm but not great, I have had better elsewhere. My fries needed more salt as they were tasteless. My burger was very dry too. Overall I don't think I will be visiting this restaurant again 😕

Well just after the delivery driver pass me the bag the bottom of the bag give way and my food and drink fell through the food was fine as it was wrapped but our drinks covered the passage floor this was because the driver had already split our drinks and the bottom of the paper bag was already wet and ripped and to top it of the driver seen it happen and just got in his car and left and to top it all off the food was stone cold so we have paid £20 for and cold meal and a coke stained carpet thank you very much Burger King

Went to the drive through. Very expensive for a cold burger it was given to me as soon as I ordered so obviously had been stood awhile. My first and last visit they need shutting down in fact I've reported them to food inspection as shouldn't be serving food that been stood about. There wasn't one other customer in sight should have rung alarm bells as McDonald's was very busy . Overpriced rubbish
