Came in for a Sunday lunch. Was third in the queue. After 10 minutes was second in the queue only because number 2 had walked out. Staff were behind the counter doing preparation but nobody dealing with the customers. I gave up as well. Their loss others gain

1-34 Entertainment AvenueBrilliant experiment, always a very friendly service at this branch. This is the third time we have been served by staff member Kaeshan, she has been absolutely amazing. Today was my son’s birthday, she has gone over and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. We will definitely continue our custom at the 02 branch, also highly recommend it. Great service, super quick, accommodating staff and most importantly amazing food and cocktails.

The O2, Peninsula WayI attempted to dine here before a concert but despite a number of enquiries about our order our food never arrived. I had to leave and was assured I would have my bill refunded in full 3-5 working days later but now a month on I’m still trying to get my refund with no response from GBK. Terrible service.
