Burger King in Watford

Poorly Managed, as soon as they have more than 2 orders they crumble.They also keep clearing the screen and saying peoples orders are ready when they aren't and drop everything to serve uber and just eat drivers literally while a customer was ordering his food

I’ve tried to pay with an offer with cash, none of the staff are having it telling me to go to machine then moaning at me saying that that I can pay cash at machine when I clearly can’t , but you hire workers who cannot work cashier machine I would never come here again .

By the time the food arrived it was cold. There was minimal cheese on the fries and the packaging was damp and crushed. The driver apologised in some way by saying they were very busy but not for the delay or poor quality of the food.

ordered in advance and still managed to deliver an hour and a half late. second time this has happened. said on the app that the courier was at the restaurant. for over an hour. my partner had to get in the car to drive to the restaurant because they weren't answering their phones. need better communication with the customers. don't accept an order if you can't fulfill it.

i have placed my order at around 11:30 am and it arrive an hour and a half later, just before 1pm. They packed the drink with the hot food so my drink was warm and my food was cold when arrived.

When I ordered my food, it took just over an hour to arrive due to Burger King not processing my food earlier.

The worst experience of my life trying a burger was when I went to King Burger in Watford.

Order collection was early but tracking showed it made multiple collections before my delivery. So food was cold

My experience at King Burger was truly disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes for a cheeseburger with two extra cheese slices, I received a completely cold meal. The burger looked nothing like it should have—there were over ten slices of cheese just piled on haphazardly, with no care for presentation or quality. When I opened the box and saw how it looked, I lost my appetite and didn’t even try the food. Additionally, I wasn’t given any utensils or napkins, which I expected as part of the service. I hope King Burger considers improving the quality of their food and service times because this experience was far below any standard I would expect from a fast-food restaurant.

food was very slightly cold, heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was really nice. They didn't pack my dip so it wasn't perfect but I had a few requests (no onion, added bacon and cheese) and they followed it all with no issues

Disgusting service, order placed at 6.35pm estimated delivery was 7.45pm this kept changing for over 2 HOURS! The food finally arrived at 9.15pm stone cold! Receipt on the bag shows it was ready to be collected at 7.50pm , disgusting!!
