Excellent little Burger King, the food was standard takeaway stuff, service from the staff was very good Not much room to sit inside only 5 seats with another 8 seats outside.

Burgers seem smaller every time I use the place

Always enjoy the burgers there and food arrives quickly. The fries are the best part really. Had to fight my ferret to be able to eat the burger, odd as he normally is not interested in fastfood

Fantastic service and amazing food.

Two employees were so lousy. I didn't get a bacon double cheeseburger that was plain. The rest of my food was fine, though. I didn't really see the machines before my order was taken.

Idk burger was kinda small. Ordered kids meal with apple slices.

Ordered via deliveroo who did not know where my address was and also stole the drinks, when spoke to the manager was told to claim for the drinks to be refunded.

We walked in and out here 6/08/2024 as I messed my order up and so the two young ones at the till started sniggering about me and made me feel too uncomfortable. Will stick to the Yarmouth one where they are always helpful and pleasant.

driver was rude, took food to the wrong address and when I finally found him, then told me my address was wrong. Which it isn't. Showed him on his own phone how he was in the wrong place, and he still maintained it was my fault. The levels of literacy of just eat drivers is just pathetic.

Waited 2 hours and then it never came.

The ice creams I ordered had completely melted because the delivery driver was 20 minutes late and was on a bike, the rest food was cold and dry the chips were cold and the burgers needed a minute in the microwave. I’m absolutely shocked with the quality of the food i wont be ordering again!

Have had great experiences at this restaurant have eaten with them several times - staff always friendly and professional and restaurant always clean. Easy to order and food comes quickly. Good work guys keep it up 👌🏻🤩

Delivery driver tried to deliver to wrong street, despite cler instructions. Food was luke warm. Chips were soggy.

I ordered on just eat at 16.30 , for 3 and a half hours waiting and trying to find out where my food was just eat was no help whatsoever! I even drove to burger King in the city after phoning and confirming I can collect my order so after paying for parking I then got there and they wanted me to pay another £32 I said no so got refused! so go to cancel my order and it states its been delivered but in burger King it states waiting for driver so couldn't cancel so lost money and had no food😡😡😡

Ordered over £30 of food through Just eat. When it arrived most was missing. I called the resturant and was told I could come and collect the missing food myself or apply of a refund online which can take several days. As I live several miles away and paid extra to have it delivered this is terrible customer service.

I received the wrong drink and burger. Should have been peppercorn special with no bacon. It was just a burger with normal onions, no sauce and green salad. Not a happy camper 😔

I rarely leave reviews but just needed to leave feedback about the incredible service I received whilst placing an order via deliveroo with this place, with no option to customise my item I called up, the girl who answered who sadly I didn’t catch the name of was polite, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I was honestly blown away by her kindness and the attention to detail, it was really touching

Tasty, filling and arrived quick - as always!

Absolute joke, wrong item sent out yet again and after working a 14 hour day all I wanted was something to eat and as per usual got the wrong item and restaurant wouldn’t do nothing about it so yet again going to bed hungry because of dumb and inconsiderate people not able to do their job their paid to do!!!

It was stone cold, the food was preparing for a long time. I don’t know how long it was sat around for before it was given to the delivery driver. I’ll be honest Just eat has been delivering cold food a lot from various locations. I’m going to make an effort to scale down my fast food ordering for that reason.

this is second time I've ordered from here again the food was cold and I didn't receive drink, I ordered a meal at over £11 I expect the food to be at least warm, after first bit it was horrible I tried to feed burger to my Chihuahua and he refused it definitely won't be ordering again
