Most disgusting freezing cold delivery ever. First time and last for me. £32 for 2 cheeseburgers and fries with 6 onion rings. 45 degrees. Should legally be 72. Nobody gets back to u. Atrocious

Went to this burger king in my town Eastbourne around the time it first opened up in 2023 the fanta slush drink fries and chicken nuggets was good but the negative is that service is slow and its hard to find seating in this small burger king i do prefer the burger king in Hove.

I said no Mayo and there was no tomato and it was a single burger,waste of money that’s for sure very poor.

Cold food. Burger king need to source some other packaging that keeps food warm. They way they are doing in so obviously not working. it doesn't help when the driver has numerous orders to deliver on one route.

Time kept being pushed back from original time, once it arrived the two bottles of coke were in the bag with the food squashing it and making the food cold. Had to microwave so not enjoyable.

awful customer service, order was incorrectly delivered, called restaurant to try to sort and told to order again to get correct items, unhelpful and useless customer service. No apologies from restaurant, told I should have checked the delivery not them before giving to delivery driver.

I loved in eating in burger king today, it would have been nice apart from it was full of screaming kids, there should be a couple hours in the day where its child free, that would make it so much more enjoyable

Ordered food and was informed of a max 35 minutes wait . Ended up being nearly 1 and a half hours . Inexcusable. Delivery guy was apologetic and explained that there was at least 10 delivery guys waiting for the orders and only 2 members of staff . Not happy . Well done Burger King , you’ve lost a customer

Staff all communicating in own languages with eachother made me feel unwelcome. Nobody seems to know what theybare doing in the place. Mobile phones seen being used around the handling of food. Did not feel as if the place should be functional at all. Would not recommend anyone to go in there at all dull atmosphere no music appalling customer service honestly feel like money would be better spent on making the food at home.

Ordered chicken nuggets but no nuggets arrived. Instead an extra portion of fries arrived. When I called the restaurant, the store manager denied he had failed to pack the nuggets when they clearly had not arrived.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Ordered a takeaway through Just eats and they didn't deliver the burger when I rang Burger king the guy told me to drive 30 minutes to come and get it. No explanation why they forgot it, no refund either. Won't ever order from here again.

Had to wait ten minutes for my meal. The staff were so slow you could see grass growing quicker. My Sprite tasted of soda water instead of lemon as it should have. Won't be rushing back.

The place was a mess so much rubbish everywhere all on the floor and tables and the food was not good the chips where frozen cold and wet and soggy and the burger was so dry and was tasteless the only thing that was good was the lettuce and tomato

I visited when this place first opened and it has come a long way. The food is hot and tasty, the staff are kind and helpful but the atmosphere needs some work, with no music it feels like I'm eating in a library. A little music goes long way.

I ordered the food, waited for an hour and a half, rang the store many times, apparently they were never trained to answer the phone, the food is marked as delivered and I've got nothing. Utterly useless and cheers for wasting not only my time but £19 of my money.

I order 2 burger a large fries and some dip when I got the food only got one burger half the fries looked to have been eaten and no dip I spent money to get what I payed for when I said to staff half my order is missing they said we’re busy right now there was only one other person in the queue looking in the back from the counter half the staff were talking to each other not doing any work disappointing service how is this place still open

Well for a start the guy came with his bag open so my food was just warm also I wanted a diet coke and got a fanta orange instead so not happy.

order was missing two porstions of chips. After ringing and telling them, they told me u had to go to the store myself to pick them up which I can do as I don't drive thats the whole reason I ordered and dint go there myself!

The food was fresh and very tasty. It’s a long time since we had takeaway and we are delighted we chose Burger King, Eastbourne. We will definitely order from them again. Highly recommend.

Food from Burger King as always was great, I love Burger King. The delivery was shocking, clearly didn’t know his way around my town and didn’t look at my address properly. Phoned me up but the fella could hardly speak a word of English and couldn’t tell me where he was so I could direct him. Food was practically cold. From someone who used to do food deliveries in my town, I’d say he was shockingly poor!

Top quality take out food. Gourmet burger is awesome. My entire order today was cooked to perfection and arrived hot. The way Burger King pack their food is so much better than the competition… As is the flavour of all the items that I’ve ordered from them recently. Thank you.

I am a regular customer at Burger King Eastbourne. The staff are amazing and really helpful, kind and lovely. But lately I have noticed there is a new manager in the branch and all he seems to do is walk around with his headphones in whilst on his mobile. I have also witnessed his behaviour towards the staff. This behaviour really upsets me as the staff, as I’ve said, are so lovely! I’m surprised this branch has any members of staff left as if it were me..I would have walked!!! I would never let anyone talk to me in that manner, least of all another member of staff!!

Absolutely rubbish ,been in here a couple of years ago and it was great,don't know what has happened ,the service was terrible,except for the paying part !and the food was absolutely tasteless and nothing at all resembling a real burger ,even tried to charge 40p for a sauce that was always free ,I spent over £20 on two burgers and drinks and felt utterly cheated ,couldn't even bother complaining because it would of just made me feel worse !!! Seriously needs to be sorted out

Hamburger was missing rubbish service and the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone

Filthy, not a single clean table and it was quiet, no excuse. Staff were way to busy to clean or serve customers, because they were chatting and giving away free food to their friends and family. Burgers were cold, chips tepid and general state of the place horrendous. It was a quite time of day, so no excuse. They managed to clean one table for their mates, left the rest of us to clean our own tables. An older female customer asked a staff member to clean a raised bench for her family. The staff member with one hand in her pocket, unsmiling, unhelpful person flounced off for a filthy cloth and half heartily wiped the bench down, leaving the rest of the tables, floors and counters in a disgusting state. The floors had not been cleaned in the last decade. It's a disgrace, avoid at all costs.

My tiny burger was cold, the bun was dry and felt stale, the small fizzy drink was shockingly expensive. Overall, the food was unpleasant and extremely overpriced. Probably my last visit to a Burger King - only went in there because I was with friends who wanted a meal there. Theirs was just as disappointing.

why does your delivery driver keep leaving our order next door our door number is very easy to see I dont understand this as its happening lots of times

The food is your standard burger king, average fast food - no complaints there. But this place is genuinely filthy, tables smeared with ketchup, chips everywhere, rude staff that look gormless and oblivious when you ask for a table to be cleaned, you just get a shrug and a baffled look.

Didn’t provide the drink I purchased, food was cold and looked like it had been put together terribly.

If I could give less than one star I would - one staff member serving, cold food and flat coke - to top it off a 20 min wait for the privilege when it wasn’t even that busy. Absolute shambles

First time going to this Burger King and it will be the last. Half the order kiosks weren't working, all the high value items were available but they couldn't do the basic ham or cheeseburgers??? Once the order was placed they said they had no ice for one of the drinks but they would happily swap it for a cheaper drink at no extra cost. Ordered a 5 piece dorito fries box, staff twice said they were being made. Food handed over and then someone brought down the dorito fries box after. Also had a weird vibe whilst there, hard to explain just didn't feel comfortable.

Don't think I can eat McDonalds again BK is smashing it and the one in town is 5/5 for delivery, food and service 👊🙌

Paid for bacon not cheese....dairy allergy. Got cheese not bacon. The rest of the meal was good.

If there was anything less than one star I would give that, staff impacts greatly on the customer experience, such a mismanagement, not just with us but with other four orders, missing items, order not complete, dirty tables and cold patty! On asking if anyone can correctly give us what we ordered, we were rudely told by the staff that they're very busy. In full honesty, McD is the craziest busy I have seen but here not at all busy, maybe increasing staffing level and train your staff for better costumers experience.
