La chica que tomaba órdenes era seguir yendo asumiendo que estaba haciendo órdenes como las estaba tomando. Me enviaron a la bahía a esperar por comida como todos los que estaban detrás de nosotros. Conducir a través no es adecuado para su propósito y claramente con personal insuficiente. No volveremos a visitar ya que es totalmente ridículo el tiempo que tienes que esperar y los precios son demasiado altos teniendo en cuenta el servicio que recibes. 10 minutos en una bahía esperando una hamburguesa en casa del whopper Es un poco embarazoso

The whole place is filthy with not a clean table or area available. Various Spillages on tables and floor and rubbish and food scattered around. Had to use a dirty table. Your forced to use a digital stand to order as they don’t card at the till only cash , but they do take card on the drive thru and that card machine is 4 foot away, When you’re paying for more expensive quality food the basics need to be right for those prices. Totally unwelcoming and undervalued as a customer. Thanks

Cooked perfectly and really enjoyed. Considering the storm outside it was still delivered rather hot and on time, and with a smile. I only wish id tipped the delivery driver more considerating the terrible weather and treacherous driving conditions

Ordered bottle of coke didn’t receive it with order when questioned driver he ignored me and has also ripped up receipt attached to bag won’t be ordering again for your staff to rob me and treat my property with disrespect utterly disgusted!

It took the restaurant over an hour to make the food, which was cold by the time we received it. Delivery driver was good but the restaurant was terrible. Unlikely to order from Burger King again.

Hi iam really unhappy bout my order, the original delivery time was 12:45, food was delivered at 13:40, i am currently at work and got in trouble for eating outside my allotted break. When the food arrived it was cold and soggy, really dissapointed

never revived our 2 happy meals we ordered seems its the drivers fault as weve rang the outlet and they explained to us that everything was in the bag that was ordered so must be the drivers who are taking food

About what u expect no issues better than McDonald’s

Quite good customer service today here. Unfortunately as no customer is able to use the provided bin, a lot of rubbish is cleaned up by the team members. Unfortunately that resulted in my food being cleaned away whilst using the toilet (not taking my food to the toilet). However the site team happy to replace the discarded food no questions asked.

Missing food items there was a tick list attached with the food items I ordered, they didn’t reference their own list. It’s so frustrating when some of us have no food to eat! Its simple get it right.

I haven’t had a Burger King for years due to a terrible meal we had at another Burger King but I would like to say we have been today to Ryhope Burger King and the food was amazing so tasty and the service through the drive thru was very quick with lovely staff, you have definitely restored my love for a Burger King meal.
