Burger King in Hillingdon

did put salat on the burger and no cheese 🤔

brought a strawberry slush and it came half full. really? getting worst

I've paid for an extra patty. But its not there

Portions are ridiculously tiny for what you pay - the fanta drinks weren't even half full. Not worth the extra cost.

Quality was good but chips where nearly cold Burger wasn't hot but was very warm and warm enough to eat.... Overall good enough still enjoyed it.

I never received the food and I still got charged and just eat didn't help me to refund me the money they told me after 30 min waiting for my food that I got charged for cancelling it 15 pound without even receiving the food very bad service I will never order again!!!!!!

Normal flies and halloumi fries with two salty also why did the delivery driver have problems getting into me? Nobody else has had a problem apart from that it was alright. I’ll give it a 7 out of 10.

Completely forgot one meal on the delivery order. Can’t be reached by phone and cost me a second delivery charge online to stop my son being upset. Zero for customer service. I can get the cost of the missing food back but not the extra delivery. Another company that feels it doesn’t need to care now that delivery is outsourced. Second order took over an hour to leave the “restaurant?” I won’t be back

The delivery from Burger King Ruislip was incomplete and missing 2 bacon cheeseburgers. I rang the restaurant and they were most unhelpful and wouldnt fulfil the order. I was cut off on the phone and they stopp3d answering the phone. Donot use them

Order was incorrect, I ordered apple slices for my child's meal but was sent child size fries. However there was more salt on my child's fries than on mine

Not please had to ask for a refund I don't like mayonnaise & clicked onto no mayo on my chicken burger meal but they still put mayo in my burger and I had to throw it away. I hate throwing food away ... Delivery time was fine food was very hot.

Very kind staff, the manager was very helpful. We asked them kindly to change the sauce for the crispy chicken and they did it. Much appreciated!

I recently visited Burger King and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to the behaviour of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them, and any questions I had were met with curt, unhelpful responses.

I had an estimated time of 20-35 mins when I ordered at 18:02. The food was collected at 18:14. The max time from this restaurant to my address would be around 15 mins. The was also cold. The Sharer box was missing a chicken nugget. NOT HAPPY!

I recently placed an order on the burger king app and accidentally ordered it to the wrong store. Once I realised my mistake I called this Ruislip store and spoke to the manager called Warren. I explained my mistake and he was very professional and kind enough to help and resolve the situation by calling the correct store to get my food.

Seriously had enough of this branch of Burger King sending single instead of double whoppers. How are they able to get the toppings right but not the actual burger. At least this time the cold drinks came in a separate bag so the food was warmer this time.

ordered double cheeseburger and fries times two, only one burger turned up with fries, tried to call but no answer. Had to make a claim. via website they will look into it! Ended up getting a KFC thanks Burger King.

got my food, bag was ripped open looks like the delivery driver has eaten some fries out of both meals.

I pre ordered my meal and thought I'd get my order on time.

Normally you can’t beat Burger King but unfortunately chips were cold and burger luke warm. Perhaps is if the couriers didn’t do so many multiple drops with peoples orders, food would arrive at a higher temperature.

I only got 6 chilli bites istead of 9.

I absolutely HATE that they put the cold bottles of drink in the same bag as the food!! I mean WTAF!

Accepting orders on Uber eats at 20:45 - restaurant closing at 22:00. Never delivered the order, courier was waiting for it to be ready for so long. I have never received it and in the end Uber eats cancelled the order as restaurant closed.
