Burger King in Bassetlaw

Ordered 2 X Whoppers with cheese and a chicken royale. Got home , a few minutes drive , the royale looked nothing like the pics , hard on the outside , like cardboard on the inside with one lettuce leaf and a dollop of mayo. The Whoppers were luke warm and just not appetising . Very disappointed .

I had an XL double bacon burger meal. The burger was really dry,bacon very fatty and not much on it. It had been left to stand while they waited for our chicken burger to cook. The chips I think we're just the dregs of what was left. It was bad, certainly not fresh off the grill as advertised and cost me just under £22!

It doesn’t matter what you order - you WILL be sent to the “bay of death” Every time we come here the food is never ready despite pre ordering on the app AND the restaurant being empty!! The bays are always full of cars waiting for food. It’s ridiculous!

Called for a burger after a trip to the theatre as we were starving. No one in the drive through but told to park up and they’d bring the food out. No one in the place. After 10 mins sat waiting, my husband went inside to get it. Took literally 2 mins to drive home and the food was clap cold. Tasted like an ‘old’ burger. Just awful. Ate half and threw rest away. Feeling a bit sick at the moment…. First and last visit.

Really friendly service every time we visit. The staff always have a good conversation with us and the food is great. I love the new vegan nuggets
