Over 2 hours late food was freezing cold

All delivered hot, onion rings could do with being cooked a little longer.

Again another awful experience from Just Eat - Burger King Eltham. I made the order at 20.51 and it turned up at 22.07!!!! It’s ridiculous. The food was cold AGAIN and had to throw away a lot of it. I would like a full refund and have my credit back from the previous compensation I received from the last bad experience at Burger King!

I'm sure the food would have been good as it usually is when I order here but the delivery guy was a joke, on the fone for twenty minutes walking walking about with my cold food.

Bacon Cheese Burgers are super tiny and bacon is missing in the 3 meals

I would not order from here again, food took two hours and that was after calling the restaurant! The man I spoke to had very poor English and hung the phone up! Food that should have arrived at 7pm arrived gone 9pm! The time kept getting pushed back! It was cold and definitely not worth the high costs! Tried to cancel but couldn’t find the option or contact details for just eat! Emailed and they will reply in 7 days! Not really helpful!

The manager has got the place running smooth, efficient and great. Noticed they were wearing gloves in other BKs they don’t wear gloves.

Took 55 mins and seems my food went around to house to get to me and when it did it was cold. I had to heat it up which I shouldn’t have to go. I prob better just doing my own

I didn’t receive part of my order, restaurant called me requesting my personal details. When I declined giving these, I went through the app to request a refund for item not received. Had to ask for whole meal not just my item back as it was added onto a meal deal and Just Eats awful app wouldn’t let me select that item or leave a comment. They are now refusing to refund me my money even though I didn’t get part of my order. Beware!

The Burger King Eltham is nearly always empty when I go past, but yet they still manage to mess up my order and forget to put multiple items in. Absolutely shoddy service and food arrived stone cold

I ordered a bacon double XL cheeseburger meal and got the small bacon double. so was charged more for a smaller meal that I did not order

I ordered fries. And they had more salt then the sea have. Very bad experience. So disappointed to be honest. We didn’t even touch. And i have to bin 4 portions of fries!

Driver was lost and delivered late, he was on the phone to us in the end and we had to direct him to us?

By far,the best Burger king I've been to,been coming here a few years now,and they are always consistent,great service from all staff,the food is always fresh,highly recommend.

I received a burger with bacon inside although I ticked the option for no bacon, my dietary needs request was not even considered although there is an option to opt out certain parts of the burger.

Delivery was fine. I have no idea why they keep putting a fridge cold drink in with the food bag, especially when the journey will take more than 10 minutes to deliver, why can't they even wrap the drink with a few tissues. the food arrived less than luke warm due to the coldness of the drink. I'm pleased however this time they read my food preference. the food itself is nice, but a cold drink in with hot food?

I ordered 2 meals on Sunday (30 June 2024) and I specifically let them know that I wanted it without bacon. They’ve made me wait because there were some confusion in their kitchen. I came back home and yet I still received one of my meal had bacon in it. There should be a system in their ordering system so that this kind of errors won’t happen again. Or perhaps the staffs need more training.

I'm really not a take out fan but I have to say,.BME have converted me. Food was warm and tasted lovely! Delivery was on time. No cold fries!

Good delivery time but some of the food was wrong - they put chilli cheese bites in a kids meal instead of chicken nuggets…

Food was delivered to a neighbour, by the time we got it back it was stone cold plus there were items missing. Chips were undercooked with no salt.

the driver decided to ride the wrong way (opposite direction) stayed still for about 5 minutes and then began driving. The lower points is for the driver who delayed the delivery hence food less than lukewarm upon arrival.

Ordered the Kings Kick off Bundle, which is meant to have two sides with each meal. But!, and this is a big but!. The only choice you have is another two large fries, or fries with toppings. Meaning you get four large fries and onion rings. Doesn't really make sense as have thrown two lots of large fries in the bin!. Who could eat 4 large fries. 2 whoppers and 6 onion rings!. Also Burger King have changed their fries once again and not for the better!. Do not like the new fries at all, loved the old ones. Will I be ordering again?, probably not!.

Again, enjoy the food but today fries were lukewarm due to the packer, putting the stone cold ice cold drink in the same bag as food sitting next to the chips. Shame.

Food was great. BK forgot to give our drinks to the driver. They called us right away and sent another driver to bring our drink. We’ll done BK Eltham. Brilliant service

driver had multiple drop off with no way of keeping food hot, by the time he left the restaurant my delivery time was 19.38, my food was on his bike fir more than 20 minutes. my food was cold. I might as well have just put £30 in the bin because that's where the food went.

Food was stone cold as the driver parked up for 10 mins likely waiting to pick up another delivery & they packed the cold drink next to hot food!

Wrong order delivered and we didn't like anything in the order. Apparently some poor family have our meals and we have theirs. Nothing burger King can do as driver delivered wrong orders. Perhaps had he not been talking to my next door neighbour he might have got the orders correct.

The food was nice and hot and was so amazing

Unfortunately parts of my food was cold as they placed an ice cold drink unwrapped, inside the same bag as my food. However, the food was enjoyable. I would buy again as yesterdya they gave the drink in a separate bag, so imagine today was just a careless thing by the person on duty. Quick service. Why haven't I ordered before now. I don't know, but will continue.

Possibly the worst BK I’ve had! wrong order slimy lettuce and undercooked rock hard chip. I normally like Burger King but it’s got to be one of the worst. What a waste of £30.

I ordered a Ben and Jerry's 465ml icecream and paid £6.49 but only received 100ml icecream.

Suggestion to restaurants allow couriers to learn route you deliver too. Flintmill Crescent was built 52 years ago apparently Sat nav took your courier to Kelbrook Rd, courier tried to deliver when order clearly says Flintmill crescent if uber eats can find it I chose to support just eat however that's twice we've waited McDonald's just eat waited 2 hours

I’ve said this before but I thought I would try again. It is always cold when it arrives.

As usual, Just Eat sent the driver off in the opposite direction to make another delivery first, meaning that my food was cooling in their bag for over 20 minutes. It should be one driver one delivery, full stop.

when it arrived it was cold and only live 5 or 10 minutes from eltham when looking at map the driver deliverd some were frist was know were near me I will not be ordering any more from there its not the first time it's been cold

Though the food was picked up in time from the restaurant, the delay in delivery caused the food to get cold by the time the delivery was made.

Drove past my house multiple times and food was stone cold

Very nice, but when you offer a third burger patty and I ask for an extra burger patty, then PAY for an extra burger patty - Be quite nice if I actually GOT that extra patty, wouldn't it? Sadly, what SHOULD have been a triple whopper turned out to be a rather more expensive double whopper... Why offer the choice (and THEN charge me!) if you are going to ignore it?
