Quick service friendly staff would come again

Food was great and fresh. Staff all polite and the atmosphere very wholesome…!

Excellent service and friendly staff, a positive atmosphere. Ate in and the restaurant and tables were clear and cleaned.

Looked like 6 members of staff working. Customer service shocking. Ignored at the collection/till area for at least 5 mins until I asked for service. 3 members of staff had already walked past me at this point. It was not busy. Myself and one other family. I asked for the table to be cleaned in preparation for my meal. The lad did this and then my number was called. My food ready to go in a takeaway bag. I queried as to whether it was my order, the girl looked confused. I told her I'd ordered to eat in. No response. It seems the young generation have lost the ability to communicate with real life people. They avoid it or do not know how to.

Great restaurant i just use Macdonald's more because later opening hours but the food is definitely better from Burger King

Extremely annoyed with this place! Had to wait which you expect but the food turns up wrong and not even my order. The driver wasn’t helpful in the slightest and didn’t have a clue. Blamed the restaurant. I rang the restaurant to get to hold of Lawrence the manger that wasn’t helpful either. Needs to work on his customer service as much use as a chocolate tea pot

It’s disappointing that so many people only post negative reviews when something doesn’t go their way. This creates an unfairly obstructive narrative of places that are otherwise great to visit. I’ve been coming to this store regularly while studying at university and have never been disappointed by the food, cleanliness, or service. Yesterday, I visited with my family during a busy time—6 PM on a Friday. The crowd was expected, and the high customer volume reflects the quality of the restaurant. Despite placing a large order, I only waited a few extra minutes. I was served by a friendly team member, Josh, who ensured everything was as we wanted. The restaurant is smaller than most Burger Kings nationwide, which can lead to higher foot traffic, but my food has always been served on time, hot, and of a higher quality than many competitors. Overall, this location is a pleasant spot to visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This place is so slow 🐌 staff look very unhappy and lots of unhappy customers as lots of orders are coming back wrong hope they get my order correct if I ever get it !! Oo update its arrived after 39 minutes ☹️🤔

The food here when eating in is amazing, you can't fault the food at all. Every time I have visited here to eat in I have not been disappointed. Delivery is as expected, not as fresh but that's to do with the delivery itself, still nice but not amazing. The restaurant is ok, not amazingly clean and not many areas for your family to sit together like other burger kings have, space is very limited. Toilets are horrendous. I try to never use them but having little ones it's sometimes difficult to get away with it.

This is not just a review of a place but a person. A man. Josh had me dreaming the entire length of my visit. "Yes I would like fries with that Joshua" anything to see that beautiful smile that makes you just want to spread him on a Whopper. The mince is soooo juicy - the burgers are very nice too. Believe me when I say Josh's milkshakes definitely bring all the boys to the yard. How can any other chain compete with those delicious, mouth-watering, succulent and scrumptious buns. Would definitely recommend to a friend as I'm sure Josh can handle two at a time.

wasn’t too sure about this place, but was pleasantly shocked. i was served by a girl by the name of aimee, and my goodness was the service excellent! not even in any of the fancier restaurants i have been to have i been served by a friendlier, kinder person! 10/10 recommend

First time coming to this place, the staff overall were lovely however Aimee was super helpful and gave me some good recommendations on what to get. She was very polite too. Would definitely come back again.

The food here is a bit dry but is very nice. I got served by Aimee and she was a lovely girl with a great smile and fantastic service. She’s was very helpful when it came to my order as i wasn’t familiar with the menu.

I recently visited Burger King and was served by Josh, who truly elevated my experience. From the moment I walked in, Josh greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I felt welcomed. He was patient as I took my time deciding on my order, answering my questions about the menu with a great attitude and clear knowledge of the options. The order was taken accurately, and Josh ensured it was prepared quickly despite a busy time. When it came to special requests, like no beef in my burger, extra pickles and a no-salt on the fries, he made sure everything was spot-on. It was clear Josh genuinely cared about providing excellent service, checking in to see if everything was satisfactory. Overall, Josh was personable, professional, and attentive, making my visit to Burger King much more enjoyable. I’d be happy to be served by him again – a great example of outstanding customer service!

I took the whole family here for a tasty burger or 6 and we were certainly not disappointed. The lovely young chap behind the counter, I believe his name was Joshua, informed me that I could add two extra patties to my Chicken Royale – how delightful! Safe to say, I jumped at the opportunity, as did all of my nephews, and we proceeded to feast. The food was stupendous. Joshua even showed us where to find a high chair for my drooling toddler Ben, who’s little tum could only handle a capri sun. A lovely meal out capped off by wonderful service from a stellar young man. Gives me faith in this new generation!

Went for a cheeky Whopper™ after a heavy shift for GeogSoc (Southamptons premier football team) and was served by a handsome young man called Joshua Venables. Absolutely class service, a credit to the burger king force (raise? 👀)

lovely food! went there for a quick lunch and was pleasantly satisfied with the food and service. i was served by a splendid girl called Aimee (ironic she has the name as me). she was great though, made sure i was served quickly and had a smile on her face.

Wow, I mean where to start! My server, Josh, was absolutely incredible! I mean I have never been treated with such kindness and respect before! It was my first time and he was so caring ! He really listened to all my needs. The whopper he gave me was sooooo good!!!! 10/10 would recommend!

Found the food good but nothing special. service was good. The girl at front was very helpful and smiley she had blonde hair I believe it was amelia or Amy.

I have never received such tender and juicy meat in my life. The incredible experience my server, Josh, gave me left me wanting more. I asked for an extra piece of meat between my buns and my server ensured my request was supplied. I will definitely be returning especially because of the service from Josh, such a personal touch.

My whopper was splendid! And the experience was enhanced even more by Josh’s stupendous service and inter-personal skills. I have been back at least 3 times for Josh to give me his whopper!!!

Great service. The girl who served me called Aimee had lovely manners and was very friendly. She made sure I received my food quickly and was lovely to talk to.

My server Josh was incredible. He gave a friendly greeting as I walked in and was so knowledgeable about the full extent of the menu. He considered my allergies (as I am incredibly deathly allergic to peanuts) and made sure to directly pass this onto kitchen staff. He was so amazing I truly felt like I was being cared for in a fast food chain for once.

I was extremely impressed by Josh during my recent visit to burger king, he was polite, fast and extremely helpful as I had trouble with my order, however he dealt with it calmly and efficiently. I will definitely be coming back and hope to receive this wonderful service again.

Hair in food and when complained no one seemed to careless or be wearing hair nets ! Tried saying it was mine but I have purple hair and very long . This hair is not mine! Service is rude and quite frankly appalling , managers don’t know how to handle situations properly! The hygiene in this place is disgusting , no sorry or anything ! Expect better when paying £25 for food to be done properly !

Good experience at Burger King in Southampton. The food was tasty, and the waiting time was as expected. The only downside was the limited seating inside, so we ended up enjoying our meal in the car park. Overall, a solid visit! Thank you Team :)

I've only ever used the drive through, a majority of the occasions I have visited I have been left waiting at the order point before a voice asks me what I would like. After this point the process is somewhat smooth, I can't really complain about the quality of the food, my only criticism is the chips could be warmer and fresher. The staff are pleasant and orders are correctly fulfilled, overall the place is good.

I recently grabbed a bite at Burger King, and it was a solid experience. The Whopper had that signature flame-grilled flavor I love, and the fries were crispy and hot. Service was quick and staff was friendly. I’d definitely return for another Whopper fix.

Stopped here around 14.30 no customers in, still had to wait quite a while. Food not great, fries were cold. Not very impressed

Only 2 tables so atmosphere is N/A. But service is poor. Order was doubled up partially. Menu on show not clear and drinks very limited. No milkshakes, no milk. And very expensive

Best burger king in town. Sometime service is slower but to be expected when busy. Always very clean and nice tasting food.

This place was my lunch for many days of my vacation, sometimes dinner. I've never seen problems with food, or service. Actually sometimes you get free ketchup if you get an extra nice cashier (even though cashiers are nice) . Pretty good area, but quite small. Love the burger king app too.

Staff were a bit vacant and I had to wait for a while to be served when no-one was there in the queue.

As I entered the establishment I was hit with the joyous aroma of whoppers. My mouth started to water as I imagined all the possibilities of the menu, I just couldn’t wait to get my hands on those delectable fries. I used the kiosks which made it much easier but I missed the opportunity of a great convo with appealing staff. My meal was made extremely quickly which I was pleased to see, a manager named Jamie passed me my food and he was extremely kind about it, telling me to enjoy and have a nice day. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to be served with just as much pleasure next time.

Nothing spectacular, onions rings were doughy and tough, burger oily but cheese bites were great.

We love Burger King and thought we would pop in here on the way to Isle of Wight. Jesus what a dive, we arrived at 11.30am found one clean table whilst stepping over the remnants of other people's food on the floor. We ordered and the burgers were a limp mess and the coke tasted like dishwater, I politely asked a staff member to tip the drinks away with not even an offer of a refund or to try to find out what was wrong, utterly disinterested. An uninspiring hole to be avoided at all costs.

Really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Food was lovely and the staff that served me were really nice. I would visit again!
