43 quid for 3 whopper meals ,a rip for sure

I've just had the most disappointing meal ever from Burger King it was cold even the burger.

My mate ordered a smoked crispy cheese chicken burger then I ordered the same and they said there isn’t any

Delivered an hour and 45 minutes after ordered.

Ordered our food at 6.45pm and arrive at 8.45pm the food was cold had to out in microwave to warm up and the chips had gone hard they were so cold.

Food was cold and also missing both my large fries wont be using again

It's so unpleasant to go somewhere and most of the food is not available for sale. Why don't you close it then since you don't want to make all the food? It gives the impression that they don't want to sell the more affordable food and the children's combos.

Extremely busy, horrible service, no kiosks work, and refuse paying in cash. Would not come here again.

The food was ok in general but the chips were way too salty / uneatable. I left the comment but heard nothing back. Will not order again. The driver was on point!

Honestly, the Food tasted good. Its not often that you get well seasoned food these days from takeaways, so plus points for that but the time it took for the food to arrive, everything was lukewarm at the very best. In fact The fries were close to being cold. Luckily I have an air fryer that I could warm everything up in, but we don't pay for cold food, and the hassle of heating it ourselves, do we!!?

all the food I ordered was missing the cheese on both burgers I ordered extra cheese and also ordered extra bacon on one got no bacon food was cold not happy

Abysmal service from the delivery drive!! Went to the wrong address and then messaged to say he’d just left the food on the doorstep.. ended with me driving to the other address only to find him sat outside on his phone not responding to my messages

Ordered bacon and cheese fries for one of the meals and got plain fries.

said there was free 6 piece side on orders over £25 but no way of adding / didn't receive anything.

Awful. Only delivered our chips. So we went back and explained this, they said ‘we don’t believe you’. Yet our 2 burgers were sitting in the bags behind them. Absolutely shocking service and you should be embarrassed. We spend a decent of money to have dinner so you should learn a bit of respect and common decency. Will not be going again. Appears to be under new ownership.

Gave us the wrong order and can’t get in contact with anybody to get our order

I had a stomach pain after I ate there. Not for first time but definitely for the last.

The food wasn't well done. I had such a stoma h pail after that.

I must say that I am positively surprised, the burger was exceptionally good, well put together and not broken as is usually the case in this chain. They didn't skimp on the additions either, the sauces were in good quantity and seasoned just right. I rarely have such good experiences with restaurants of this chain because there is always something negative. The service is also trouble-free.

Double Whopper with cheese is still my most favourite burger

The tables were as dirty as the floor. The burger had been cooked some time before as it had the look of a model of a hamburger rather than a real one. Cola tasted weak, warm and flat.

No longer do blue light discount, but does not advertise this. On the app it says all burger kings. Coke was flat and warm as they apparently had no ice but did not inform us when we ordered. Hot chocolate was very watery and did not taste much like chocolate. Portions of chips were smaller than normal. Burger was okay. Paid £10.29 for a hallomi chilli burger and a smaller chips and rubbish hot chocolate- not worth the money.

Order got 2 missing Angus burger. They don’t answer the phone and no money has been received as a refund. Can’t reach them, can’t complain.

Typical motorway stop off. Very busy but the food doesn't suffer. Sunday afternoon meal was very welcome on our way home from Somerset.

I visited Burger King Ely last night, wow what an awful experience, firstly I asked a disinterested employee about an order "oh if you are paying by phone, you have to use the screen only" anyway I got my order the picture on screen certainly isn't what arrived. The onion rings were okay, but the burger was the most insipid burger i've had in a long time. It was lacking any flavour, but the price wasn't £8.50 for a burger onion rings and water, it's about time these companies stepped up instead of ripping people off! A proper price for what we get!

BEWARE SCAM ALERT . I see from other reviews this has happened before . I placed my order at the self service platform & pay with card . I then get a receipt saying payment has been taken but was unable to process order & instructed to go to cashier. I did this & the cashier said i had to repeat the order again on the terminal in front of him . I told him i had already paid but he was adamant that i would not be charged twice . I WAS ...as i found out the very next day when i checked my now visible statement. Sadly i live too far away to return but PLEASE PLEASE be aware that this seems to be happening a lot at this particular BURGER KING

Awful service and food! The woman who was serving was rude and abrupt. There was only one vegan option but someone else had it before me. No explanation why. I asked for a large chips, I received a medium, sub-standard very tough, dry and cold chips. I asked for sauce, she said I had to pay for the one I wanted, but didn’t charge the person before me for the same sauce?? She then proceeded to throw the sachets on the table rather than handing me them? Awful attitude for a customer facing job! Avoid!!

I normally enjoy an occasional BK burger but not so much on this occasion. I'm wondering whether the menu or recipe has been changed. There certainly seemed to be more references to vegan and the usual vegetarian option my wife prefers wasn't available. The meat in my burger (Steakhouse Angus) seemed to be more finely ground affecting the texture.

Shocking attitude from just eat Ordered meal without cheese (as I've an allergy) it turned up with cheese, something I couldn't eat.. Just eat replied with.. "As a gesture of good will" they'll refund for the burger!.. Nothing like sorry we got it so very wrong.. A gesture of good will.. Pfft! How about they screwed up the order and we'll absolutely refund the whole order.. Will never use again.

Kiosk ordering, a few tables - mostly dirty. This outlet doesn't accept using your app - so you can't earn or spend points, nor can use any app offers. You can't select onion rings as an alternative to fries when ordering a meal. Very much feel that they're using (abusing) the fact you're at a service station and hence a 'captive audience'. Shame they don't operate as a standard Burger King outlet.

Not at all impressed. Two members of staff stood talking, personal conversation, nothing to do with work and watched another member of staff do all the serving, even though there was a queue. Thanks were dirty and some not cleaned. Before we left, the one person who had been serving came out to clean.

Extremely bad coustemer experience we bought a fry for our daughter my wife went to the casier when our number has been called . We asked for an empty cup so we can put the frys in its easier with children they wanted to charge us 3£ for an empty small sized cup and when my wife just picked up the back and said this is a nonsense that cashier just reply are u sore that's your fry .

Tuesday 2nd April, I made an order and got a receipt saying they could not process it, the receipt said I would get a refund at the counter. Well I didn't the extremely rude man at the counter turned his back on me when I tried to ask him the reason why. I have sent an email direct to Burger King customer services requesting they refund me, let's see if they have more manners than their staff. Totally disappointing service. Can't comment on the food as I didn't get it!

Disappointing overall. If the menu I ordered is the "large" one, the medium one will not even be seen. Also, the glass of cola filled with ice. It doesn't matter if it is to take away or to eat there because they will deliver it directly to you in a bag. I didn't see trays

We had a call from the driver to say he was at number 19 when our order clearly states number 1. He would have been around the corner but never delivered to us. We can’t get through to the restaurant as it’s just an answer phone so now with 2 small children we have no food. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Oh and of course just eat have a large number of queries so can’t come back to us. Ridiculous

We stopped on the way back from Stansted Airport to charge our car and everyone’s Burger King food was very good and definitely exceeded what we expected from a motorway service station .The atmosphere in the services was as good as could be expected but it was pretty clean and at least there was daylight from the glass roof!

Fast service and good hamburger

It's a service branch, don't expect too much. Food was ok, fries were kinda bland, good shake thou. We both got Chicken Royale which was just ok as well, not much taste. Nice and quick service, they have machines to order.

Been to Birchanger mall outlet, order was quick on order board , outlet is beautiful and well maintained... Food was quick n tasty as always Loved the food.

Took 5 mins to order our food as we went to the desk, the guy behind the bar was on the phone and not wearing gloves while touching the Fries and things. We got food poisoning / diarrhea and throwing up that evening.

My order was cold it was horrible we had to go out and get our dinner the only thing that we had is the diet cokes it was really not nice threw the order in the bin terrible

This burger king is not good. The only thing they gave us were problems, we had to return for missing items 5 times. They used unprofessional language and were extremely rude to us. The burgers were almost cold and only thing I could taste was the bitter taste of disappointment. I left feeling worse than when I arrived.

Service was terrible, there was no one on the front counter for 15 minutes, food was building up from the kitchen. Food was just warm when finally served, no apology. Hot chocolate was tepid and basically brown water- avoid! No ketchup! How can a burger place not have ketchup!! Terrible experience, which I would have feedback using their website but the details required from he receipt were not valid, what a surprise!

I ordered it for an elderly gent and I believe it was late about 30 to 45mins late. i never noted the time I ordered. It may have been about 4.30 pm when I rang him to tell him I had ordered it. It arrived around 18.05. It was just barley warm.

been today 2 junior woopers 1 milkshake £12 milkshake Cold 2 Burgers Cold . they tend to get big orderd done so yours is cooked and ready sitting on the warmer but they busy filling up 12 drinks for bigget orders so yours get cold before they give it to you and £12 is a rip off. best go in stansted drive through Mcdonalds or carry on till Harlow Junction for another Drivr through Mcdonalds also got my order wrong so had to getv a refund AVOID THIS PLACE

First Burger King for years, and it was not enjoyable. On top of this, they served the worst latte coffee I have ever tasted, undrinkable!!
