Order did not arrive. Just eat delivery driver drove to the top of my road to take it seem that he had delivered it but he called me to say that Burger King didn’t give him my order as it went to someone else. Just eat are refusing to refund as the tracking shows he was at the top of my road but he didn’t come to my house!

Completely the wrong order delivered, then you need to order again to get the food you originally ordered. Yes I got a refund for the wrong order but was left waiting 1.5hrs for correct order.

Food was cold when delivered and chips not fully cooked-hard. The chicken royale burger was awful and had hard lump gristle in middle of it!! Very poor food tonight.

Whilst the taste is better than other competitors, the overall experience below standard. No care in the appearance and the store, messy tables and a chicken burger meal where the bun is bigger than the burger. Not what you expect when you pay £10+ for 1 meal.

Great Food, Great Delivery On Time.

Ordered a family meal for delivery, when it arrived, they didn't bring the kids meal, missed off two fries from two of the main meals including the upgraded caesar loaded fries which are quite expensive in their own. We were offered no compensation whatsoever, I had to give my daughter my meal. Shame the service is shocking as the food is usually good.

Atmosphere? It has none. A smile from the woman serving at the counter would have helped a lot!

Don’t waste your money, the food was collected at 13:31 and it was finally delivered at 15:36, absolutely frozen cold and the box’s were battered in the bag, all went in the bin. The burger looked like it had been slapped together with no care, the bread was rock hard.

Honestly, pleasantly surprised at the service in this Burger King restaurant. It was organised and tidy, clean and efficient. The manager was very competent and seemed to hold a good relationship with his staff, making the staff team work well together. The food was recieved by myself, exactly how I wanted it, no issues at all. Well done guys. Probably the best Burger King branch I've visited. The managers name was Aidan if I remember correctly.

Visited Burger King Bridge St Warrington on Saturday. Must say received a friendly welcome when I entered the restaurant. Was impressed how clean the place was. As I hadn't visited the restaurant for a few years and saw this as an improvement from last time, so couldn't complain. Got a prompt service with the food I had ordered for my friend and myself, which was was hot as expected and the correct order. Thanku to the lovely staff working there. Shall be happy to visit again in the near future 😊

The manger Aidan was very helpful as I was in a rush to get my food as I had to return back to work and he made sure I had everything I ordered and I had it fast. Lovely staff, very quick service, food was amazing! The food came out hot! Had very good food options. Easy access to the toilets. The toilets was spotless. Would definitely come back.

Had a Steakhouse Angus, really enjoyed it, tasty and meaty. Staff service was great and friendly. Only a short queue so was quickly served, Macd's across the road had them queuing to the door and looked like a zoo in there, much less hassle getting served here at BK. Will go back again.

A very busy Burger King. A manager called Nathan took my order of chicken royale meal.He is very polite. Foods is hot and delicious. The dining area is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place to those people who want fast , hot and tasty food.
