Una vez haciendo cola, que no fue por mucho tiempo. Una vez que entramos en el restaurante, era bastante confuso si hacías cola para comer o te sentabas, era si asumían que lo sabías. No había descripciones de la comida que era realmente molesto - por lo que tenía que preguntar a la mujer en la caja lo que cada plato implicaba. Cuando pedí el pollo, la mujer de la caja me advirtió que eran trozos muy pequeños. No fue una experiencia relajante, ir a disfrutar de la comida. No volvería a ir. La comida estaba bien, pero era caro. El menú necesita una descripción. No es profesional en absoluto - muy sorprendido.

Comida encantadora, personal y ambiente. Noche ocupada pero la espera no se hizo esperar. Buena relación calidad-precio también con porciones considerables. ¡Volveremos por el ribwich!

Halal barbacoa Brisket: Una experiencia encantadora Tierno, ahumado y perfectamente condimentado, el brisket de barbacoa halal era una delicia culinaria. La corteza robusta y la salsa barbacoa robusta complementaron la carne de maravilla. Generosas porciones y hermosa presentación añadida a la experiencia. Ideal para los amantes de la barbacoa y los comensales halal, este brisket es una necesidad - probar.

Al azar nos encontramos con este lugar en las redes sociales y tomamos nuestra oportunidad de probar sus carnes ahumadas y acompañamientos hoy. Definitivamente vale la pena desplazarse allí aunque no es un barrio muy turístico. El servicio era excelente, la comida era deliciosa y el ambiente era genial. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar a todos nuestros amigos y familiares en los Países Bajos.

We went on the off chance Friday at 6pm and literally walked in , no que but busy inside , hostess very friendly and really helpful , explained the menu and answered any questions as it was our first visit. You get given a table order at the counter they take card payments and cash The food - we had a mix , beef brisket , tacos , sausage, barbecue lamb coleslaw and soft drinks , portions a good size and you can go up for more if you want to order extra . We thought the food was really nice and good quality , fries were really nice , definitely will go back . We saw others having burgers and beef brisket toasted sandwiches and they looked great. As we left the que started to get a little longer but the staff keep it moving . Like the concept of the place , nice vibe , lovely selection of food , real casual dining.

We had a great experience but we deliberately came bang on 5pm on Sunday. We loved the food and thought it was very reasonable. It was our first time going and we will be back again. Staff were also very friendly and helpful with the ordering.

This smokehouse serves delicious food, but since I had food from there a couple of months ago, the prices have gone up and the portions have become very small. There were only 2 pieces of spring land in the portion that I ordered which cost £9.50 and the birds (chicken) was 4 small slices of chicken. Staff should explain or there should be pictures up of what you get. Tasty, yes, but check the portions first!!

Best smokehouse in London. Definitely try the brisket ribs and beef taco. Be prepared for a bit of a wait as usually busy.

10/10 for customer service, met with the most polite lady in the queue who detailed everything and got us inside and on our table in time to break our fast! Great service overall! Travelled from Birmingham and will be down again soon!

Always have the best time here. Love it a lot. The lamb can sometimes be a bit too fatty. The chips are great. The ribwich is our fave! BYOB too. The front of house staff are always lovely too.

Great friendly service, advused a good selectionnif the food to order and share. Melt in your mouth confirt food, meat was awesome, especially brisket sandwich.

A hidden gem. Best beef smash burger full of flavours and delicious in taste.My husband had Ribwich which had juicy meat and crunchy cabbage very flavoursome. Coleslaw was delicious and creamy. The only slight disappointment were the chips they were a little bland and soggy. Would highly recommend going there and will be returning again ourselves. Not to mention the lady at the door managing the queue (Curl hairs) was very welcoming and friendly.

I'm not a big meat person, but this food was incredible and the lady who helped explain the menu was very helpful too. The lamb and pork both amazing, can't recommend enough!

Was at the top of my places to visit when I was down in London recently and it did not disappoint. Fantastic service and the food was delicious! Be sure to try to ribwich!

Was an amazing little place. A lady came straight to the door , asked how many there were of us and told us there would be a 15 min wait. Let the little ones ,in as it was a bit chilly outside. It was our first time there so she told us what to do and showed us portion sizes on her phone so we knew how much to order. We were seated in around 10 minutes , went up and ordered and food arrived about 5 mins later. Every was really lovely, the brisket was just amazing as was the ribwich. Couldn t stop eating the chips and the coleslaw was one of the best I've had. The gravy beat KFC hands down. Would I go back again, defo . Service and food were spot on. Thank you Hamira and team for an amazing evening.

Stood outside waiting for a table for 2 hours, then eventually got sat down and waited 2 hours for food. Staff were friendly and offering complimentary chips and drinks due to the wait but still found the whole experience a let down. The food itself did not live up to the hype. Don’t be fooled into takeaway as the wait was still 1.5hrs. Loads of complaints overheard due to missing food.

I called up earlier in the day and the lady said they open at 5. I got there at 4:15 and people were already sitting down but not eating ( weird ). Me and my partner sat a table and then got told we need to line up to make an order. They told us this after more than 15 people who didn’t have a table were lining up, so we joined the Queue. After 20 mins we were served. The female at the till was very kind and generous and was explaining how it works etc which was very helpful. My order arrived after 20 mins. They forgot my chips and smash burger which I had to go up and ask for. The mac and cheese wasn’t nice at all, way too much cheese sauce and the pasta was very soft, the sausages and brisket were cold, the lemonade I do not recommend, bring your own drinks from outside, the chips are a rip off, comes in a very small portion for £3.50. The smash burger and chicken is hands down the best thing to get. Would I go again, maybe not. It’s not worth the hype.

This is a new place just recently opened when we visited, and it was busy with lots of customers sitting down and taking out. The order was taken quickly and served within a few minutes by friendly, polite staff. There were just 8-9 choices on the menu, all barbecue meat except one veggie option. It is flat and level to the street so suitable for wheelchairs and limited mobility. They didn't have an alcohol licence when we visited but there is a brewpub just a couple of doors down so we popped in there and walked along to Burnt with our pints in hand. Recommended as a great place for brisket, birds, and other meats. The food was hot and tasty and the portions were generous, so all good. My only downside point is that all the plates and cutlery were disposable, and it would have been nicer to see reusable china and steel, even if it means a bit of washing up for the staff!
