Wow so if you are vegetarian or vegan don’t go here!! The food is horrible. I spent most of the time being forgotten and the rest eating horrible tasting food. Don’t get me started on the service. The staff don’t even dress professionally. Adidas hoodies and T-shirts seem to be what some of them were wearing. They were rude and I don’t mean language. They were shouting and walking away when asked questions which in any country is rude so we can’t chalk it up to that. We had had an amazing day which was tainted by this restaurant and because it had been pre booked and paid for we could even refuse to pay because I would have if I could. It was that bad that we didn’t take any photos although all our phone were out. Also cost approx. £45 fixed menu so not worth it!!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience dining here recently. The staff were friendly, especially Aleena, who made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I particularly enjoyed the green curry, which had a nice, mild spice—just the right balance of flavors. The portion sizes were generous and left me feeling fully satisfied. Highly recommend!

Good place for Thai food especially when you want a short break for your shopping at O2. Shared platter is highly recommended. Good customer service makes you feel relaxed to enjoy your meal.

Mauricette was lovely as usual. Have been visiting busaba since 2022 and personally never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend getting the calamari!! Guava Collins as well!

I was very surprised they require bank details when booking to "hold" a deposit incase you cancel or do not show up. That was rather off putting especially as it was a table for 2 & not for a large group.And loads of nearby restaurants don't do that. Anyways the deco, ambience & was customer services was good. The experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The service was chaotic, with waiters who couldn’t understand English, leading to constant confusion. They brought items we didn’t order, and to make matters worse, there were no apologies or attempts to rectify the mistakes. It was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely not come back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We went to the branch in the O2 and it was just mayhem. The restaurant itself is quite compact and very difficult for staff to move around. As a result, a waitress spill all of my cocktail drink all over me. It was a coconut cocktail so I stank of coconut the whole evening. The other issues were staff were very young and inexperienced. You have one staff bringing the food (who definitely needs a personality transplant), one staff who was supposed to bring the cutlery. This meant by the type your got your cutlery your food was cold. Customers waiting for fifteen minutes to pay for the right bill as two different customers had incorrect bills. The biggest annoying thing about this restaurant is they want customers in and out very quickly. I had to tell three different staff that I was not ready to order yet. Let me at least sit down first. Probably one of my worse restaurant experiences ever!

Really good Thai food. Service was superb drinks served in minutes despite being fully seated due to it being a gig night. Food within 10 minutes. Really friendly staff that were visibly working really hard. All for a reasonable price as well

My son & i stopped for lunch @ Busaba today. We were warmly greeted by Kris. We ordered and took advantage of the lunch discount. The food was amazing! I ordered pork belly which was so tender and delicous, and such a big serving i had to request a box to bring some home! My son chose the chilli beef, which he said was amazing also! For me the highlight of the lunch was the genuine and friendly service we recieved from Kris. He was attentive, chatty and passionate about the food.

The food was honestly horrendous. They served instant noodles for their duck with fried noodles. It came with a duck that was so overcooked....for £16, instant noodles is crazy. The chicken pad thai was really bland and the chicken's texture was really wrong. Would not recommend. .. everyone looked so sad when they tasted their food. Tables and people around us described it was "can eat but not enjoyable"

Both the quantity and quality of the food are lacking. The Thai green curry had 5 spoons of curry, literally. Not sure why it is even called a curry. It tasted like coconut milk with sugar. Absolutely no herbs, lemongrass or kaffir leaves.

I Brought my daughter here before a concert last night. Despite booking a table we were seated with 5 other customers on a shared table in the centre of a very busy restaurant. I asked two different members of staff to move us to a private table. I explained my daughter is autistic and she was struggling with the sheer volume. We were told this wasn't possible because they had laid them for 4. What followed was a £100+ meal that neither of us were able to enjoy. Even as a neuro typical adult I struggled with the noise and commotion of this restaurant. Unless you want to eat in an environment resembling a festival I suggest avoiding this establishment. In an age where we are encouraged to consider that not all disabilities are obvious, I felt the establishment made no effort at all to accommodate us. The food was average

Used to like this restaurant for a quick pre concert meal. But it’s overpriced and noisy. Thai green chicken curry with hardly any chicken at £16 (rice is extra) is rather poor. Duck breast was lovely but no sauce to speak of. Used to be so much better!

Despite having a booking for 1845 and arriving at 1835, it took until 1900 to sit down. We ordered drinks, nibbles and water, and had to ask four times when will they arrive (took 30 minutes). It took 50 minutes for water to arrive! ) I had the Yam Pak “salad” itwas disgusting and served with bits of plastic and dried out breadcrumb coated Chicken. Gross. 100% disappointment. My partner’s Aubergine Curry was a laughable half cup of curry/aubergine/sauce and two cups of rice. Waiter didn’t understand our query about the portion being more like a starter so we gave up complaining. Total rip off for a dish priced at £16. The staff know it’s a rip off and don’t give a shit. Once they serve you they ignore because they see the frustration on diners faces. One of the only restaurants where staff don’t come and afk “ is everything ok with your meal’. Not value for money and shambolic service. It’s a concert venue “restaurant” yet they make excuses like it’s a surprise they are so busy. This is my third visit and definitely my last. AVOID if you care about value for money and food quality, let alone service

I came to the O2 with friends for a concert, we were very excited for Busaba as we had heard only good things. The restaurant itself has a very enticing vibe. I ordered veggie pad Thai, however was disappointed to find that it was a plate of poorly seasoned noodles and a mere 2-3 pieces of broccoli. The manager was very kind and understanding that this was not the standard of food that we were expecting. Would perhaps recommend to visit again on a less busy, non-event day.

I had chili prawn, a small tom kha gai soup with a bottle of sparkling water and paid just under £30. The chili prawn didn't even come with rice. Perhaps the prices explain why the restaurant wasn't busier. I actually really enjoyed the food. Both items were very spicy and flavorful, but for the portion sizes they are priced too high. I really wanted the mango sticky rice for dessert and was disappointed when it wasn't available. I might try it again, because it was tasty, but the high prices might keep me away. The service was good and I did like the ambiance.

The service was good. Calamari was excellent. The Songkhla Beef Curry wasn’t worth the £17.30 charged. Very disappointed. Apart from the chilli it was bland and the beef was stringy. My wife enjoyed her Crispy Duck Noodles.

Grumpy and abrupt service. Stodgy Pad Thai and greasy tempura. Not an authentic Thai experience at all. Yuk! They even had the cheek to add service charge.

Genuinely one of the worst Thai meals I've ever eaten. Thai green curry the most iridescent green imaginable, like pea soup, and approximately as spicy as bread. Really genuinely dreadful. Being British I obviously just described it as "fine" when asked, paid and left, but I would encourage others not to repeat my mistake.

Literally the WORST FOOD. We got of food within 2 mins of we ordered, might have been someone else’s. Was really cold. So expensive too. Loads of better options are available at O2 than these.

Came for dinner and had lovely food - would recommend the chicken satay and the ma muang sweet and sour chicken - delicious! Served by Rajiv who was lovely and nothing was too much at all.
