Food is alright, duck is not very tasty, but chicken is ok. Tom yam soup is alright.

Always love Busaba's food, the service was great. They even gave a complimentary dessert for my friends birthday. Had a great time.

Food not authentic at all, very disappointed about the Krapao there and the Som Tam. My friend is Thai and we love Thai food but this you cannot call Thai food. Service is ok, not very friendly but I guess. She didn't even ask, if the food was fine despite our plates being still full. Overall very very sad we paid for this :/

The restaurant had a nice interior, but the food was not warm enough, and the service was just okay. The portion sizes were adequate. On the positive side, the drinks were enjoyable. I had the duck noodles which was nice. They also have a promotion where kids can eat for free, although I’m not sure how long this offer will last.

So sad to see such a great concept fall so below its original high standards, food was no way near the great cooking I know, underwhelming tired ingredients unbalanced flavours in chipped crockery was quite a shock, tired untidy furnishings worn out menus and no more chopsticks on the poorly cleaned tables made me think of an upmarket greasy spoon. There was a time when atmospheric lights scented incense, bowls of jasmine, candles and orchids welcomed the diners and food was always an experience worth the money. Staff was efficient and attentive and swiftly replaced my order with the correct one but hey what a let down that was . Sadly I will give it a miss from now on.

Busaba is a must go-to for Thai food lovers. However, this time the food was not up to its mark. Probably it’s a one-off case because I have had food here before and it’s delicious. The vibes of this place are always superb and for winters they have great heaters put in their covered outdoor area. The location is good because it is in the mall’s periphery but not inside. We ordered Green curry with Jasmine rice and Beef rice. The beef rice is quite spicy 🌶️ The best dish for me still remains their starter - Calamari with peppered. A surely recommended one but would suggest that when ordering starters the staff must bring them before the main course or clarify it with customers if they like it together because it doesn’t make sense to me to get both starters and main course together.

The food was stone cold and took ages to come out. When we explained to the waiting staff that it was cold they said it was too tricky to heat everything up at the same time so often the food goes cold whilst waiting for another dish to cook. Very disappointing and expensive for what was an awful meal

The place is elegant and warm, with tables "outside" with super performing heating mushrooms. Fast service and ready to accommodate any intolerances or changes to the dishes ordered. We ordered 2 pad thai and sweet potato fries. Everything was very good except the cooking of the vegetables (very hard and inedible, alas).

Amazing atmosphere and today the food tasted better than ever. The service was super quick and food was on point. Ainoa gave the best recommendations and we discovered great meals for the first time!

Busaba is such a convenient and reliable (although not authentic) Thai food experience. A nice warm meal on a cold autumn evening! I got the Green Curry Jay which is the most allergen friendly menu item for me as I have a gluten and soya allergy! Emran was such a thoughtful and considerate server and made sure my order was taken by the manager to ensure that my allergy was taken under consideration.

Food was lovely, but there was a hair in my calamari which I exchanged for something else. The service, however, was disappointing. It took 20 minutes for them to bring the bill after we finished eating, and another 15 minutes to process the payment. I had to ask for both the bill and to pay. The food was good, we received a discount on the food issues that arose but the service could improve.

Mark is the best guy who. He did soo well, kind and accommodating.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. Food was 10/10 but the waitress we had, was either having a bad day and taking it out on her customers, or should reconsider working in a customer facing role. For the amount we spent, we should have gone elsewhere. Our waitress was rude, interrupted me while I was explaining I wanted to order the small plates first, and seemed as if she hated working there. When my mum tried to order tea, she said she wanted “lemon and ginger.” The waitress scrunched up her face and said, “We don’t have that.” When my mum checked again it was “lemongrass and ginger”. The waitress was so petty and this behaviour continued throughout the whole service. The manager should provide further training for this individual. A smile wouldn’t have hurt either. I cannot emphasise enough how appalling this waitress was - what a shame we had to experience this. Visit a different branch. Don’t go to this one.

First time aat the restaurant. We sat on the outer side of the restaurant and we choose this coz as we walked into the main floor it was too hot, the outside area was much cooler until just after we sat down they turned on the overheat heaters. Those directly until the heat were boiling. The food was good the service towards the end waiting for water and the bill could have been quicker esp since the restaurant wasn't that busy.

Took our guest from America to Busaba in Westfields. It was 4 degrees outside and they had the bay doors open, I asked if they could put the heating on inside or close the doors as we were very cold inside, we were all dressed nice but had to keep our jackets on. They couldn’t close the doors as there were some customers eating outside under heated lamps. Fair enough I thought. Later all the customers outside left and came inside, still they didn’t close the doors. Most the dinners were indoors with their jackets on. It amazes me how some mangers are oblivious to creating the right conditions for their customers, temperature, lighting, sound, basic things to get right in the hospitality industry, won’t be coming back in a hurry.

This particular waiter made our day.

The restaurant is designed nice. The staff were friendly, especially our server Emran he was very helpful. The food was delicious. The som tam salad stood out to me and my mans.

I’ve been eating at Busaba since they first opened many years ago in Soho, I also worked for them as a waiter for a year, so I know what I’m talking about. The food tonight was slightly cold, and the portions were incredibly small. We ordered calamari, green chicken curry, ginger beef and a side of rice.. We had four pieces of calamari, two pieces of chicken in the green curry, a few small pieces of beef with lots of mashroom, a bowl of cold rice, and a bottle of the cheapest white wine, for a total of £40 each! This is unacceptable. We politely complained, but they just told us that this is their standard portions and instead of trying to compromise with us, they offered us to buy more food... Very disappointing. Average service.

I have been a regular at Busaba for years. Particularly the one in central London. So know exactly why to expect and have my favourite dishes. Well this evening was the biggest disappointment. The portions were unbelievably small. We complained about the sizes and explained and were told they were regular 170gr portions (!) and refused to offer more. The green curry was fluorescent and there were literally 2 pieces of chicken: the calamari was 4 tiny pieces and the beef was basically a mushroom dish with two sad tiny slices of beef. The total of the three dishes was probably worth one dish. 40£ each for small and cold portions and the cheapest wine. Service was also mediocre and irresponsible. Such a shame.

Service is usually excellent but staff were nowhere to be seen , had to go and find staff and saw other people doing the same. Food was ordered and to our surprise it arrived within 5 minutes . Normally a good thing when food is quick but the noodles were hot but the meat products were all cold as if cooked and left on the side. Made the whole meal lukewarm while eating . Didn’t enjoy like usual .
