We went there yesterday and me and my sister and mom got food poisoning from there food

A restaurant needs cleaning, especially the workers' hair. Unfortunately, I was poisoned after eating there

We’ve just had a fantastic late lunch and the food was superb The service was amazing. I would highly recommend this if you can try to get served by Sean who is humour candior and professionalism makes the meal especially enjoyable.

Jasmine was friendly warm explained dishes.

Resham‘s service is really good！

It’s not often I leave a gleaming review, in particular in London. We had Semsha as our server, she was incredibly polite professional and attentive. Hope management is reading this, Semsha is awesome!

This place has really gone downhill and it's such a shame. I used to love coming to Busaba because of the food and ambiance but it's a shadow of its former self. The food was average...even the calamari (which used to be phenomenal) was only a 7/10. We shared a steak dish that cost £23, and that was tough and bland. I'm really surprised at how little care has been taken to keep this place up at the levels it used to be. I won't be coming back.

Beautiful, cozy place. We feel at home Jasmine has treated us very well and is very affectionate with the children.🤍 Rohit, very professional and attentive, makes a delicious Porn Star Martini, the best I have ever tasted. The food is always delicious, they can make your meal more or less spicy or sweet if you wish. We went without a reservation and found a place. We felt lucky to find a seat even though it was rush hour.

If you are asian, save yourself the money and time. This is by far the worst thai food i have ever been served in my life. The green curry has no depth and the tom yum has lao gan ma inside?? Not authentic. The green curry has little to no chicken and the prices are astronomical

Had lunch in here yesterday (17/11) at around 1pm with some friends and we all had a really good time. The food was tasty and presented well. The service was great too. First I love busaba always loved it. This is the first time I tried the chrsiptophers place branch and the service was good they even changed our food so we couldn’t fault them. But the food as we thought was stale something was wrong, having the same order every month I knew something was wrong we even asked them to make it again and it was stale and old. My friend and I were sick for a week. So that was disappointing, stopped eating busaba now because the food poisoning was not a pretty. Sadly I have a life I don’t have time to be sick. Again staff amazing but the chefs are cutting corners. I thank god I didn’t take work there as I was planning to the week after.

Wok fried Ginger beef was delicious. 1 star missing due to no cutlery being available when the food arrived, and I always wish the hard bench seating had back rests and some upholstery.

Nothing Special actually, not good value. Servings were small and the Ingredients didn't seem great quality lacking fresh Ingredients. I had the prawn pad Thai and the prawns were small , bland. I wouldn't recommend. Other dishes were mediocre.

What happened!!?? In twenty years I’ve been in london this chain has gotten worse. Miserly portions and everything awash in sugar.

Haven't been to Busaba in a while but the pad Thai (while the noodles were a little too chewy) was decent and the lamb shank with massumam sauce was tender and tasty. Star of the show was the sharing calamari (not pictured).

This Busaba is my all time place to dine . I am mostly travelling but when I get back which is every month , I have to eat Busaba as I love the fact that the kilocalories are mentioned , service is quick , seating is always available no waiting , staff is mostly polite . I was served my JASMIN today and she was really nice . I ordered my main meal with her recommendation..CHILLI BEEF JASMINE RICE and it was very delicious .. ON a lighter note would say jasmin has her name in this fish 😊 If the service is good and the person who is serving is polite and well mannered , every guest would enjoy their meal .. I surely did enjoy . Thank you 👍🙏 JASMIN fits in all the above 👆

We arrived for lunch for a pre booked table and had to wait at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. We sat down and were ignored for 15 minutes. Not even an attempt to sell us a drink, so we left. The layout is more casual dining with sharing tables like other noodle places. The restaurant was empty so no atmosphere and zero service.

I recently dined at Busaba, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the moment I walked in, the environment was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Theperson who was serving name Jasmin was attentive without being intrusive, and the genuine enthusiasm for her work was evident. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which made the entire dining experience enjoyable. It’s clear that the team takes pride in delivering excellent service, and I will definitely be returning for more. Highly recommended!

Actually pretty decent with good flavours on the dishes considering a chain. Can't say it's authentic, but it isn't offensive. The guava juice is worth coming back for.

Visited during lunch time, food was okay, satay came out cold and stiff, quite underwhelming. Pad Thai was quite unauthentic in it's ingredient content but well cooked. Tables were a bit sticky but nice decor in general, staff were nice but a little disorderly.

Not sure if under new management or something but recently went here and experienced quite the drop off since our last visit. Food was good but not great. Mango sticky rice (pictured) was ruined by a heated mango puree, which they've never done before, and also the addition of sesame seeds. Previously the mango sticky rice here has been pretty legit compared to the dish in Thailand. I'm also a bit baffled at a Thai place this nice acting confused when we asked for chopsticks, which they somehow don't have or offer. Will give it another try in the future but can't say I'll be returning often if future experiences are like this one

The restaurant is nice. I ordered Indomie, but it's not like large noodles We ordered vegetables, sour soup, and bread. I advise you on delicious tricks on noodles. Look for nothing else. The restaurant is large, with large tables and very friendly staff The restaurant is expensive, at 100 pounds, only 3 dishes and drinks

Went there quite a few times as I work nearby. The service is always great, costumer oriented and friendly. The food is high quality and the waiters are great in giving recommandations. Luis, who I believe is a manager, is always offering a fun service from the beginning to the end. I Would definitely recommend this restaurant !

Ordered 3 vegan dishes 1.) SRIRACHA HO FUN NOODLES (VG) Wok-fried mushroom, red pepper, spinach and flat rice noodles with hot sweet chilli, soy and ginger. 617 kcal. (£14) - 7.5/10. Soy sauce based. I liked it but something in the veg tasted unusual. But it’s a dish I have had before several times and I still like the thick noodles. 2.) ASPARAGUS FRIED RICE (VG) Asparagus fried rice, apple, sundried tomatoes and pickled pink ginger. 460 kcal. (£14) - 7.5/10. 3rd time eating this dish I think, and I think it used to taste nicer. 3.) Pad Thai Jay 903 kcal (N) (VG) Wok broccoli, courgette, green beans & tofu.(£14) - 7.5/10. The noodles are nice and so are the toppings. But again there was something which tasted odd which I had to spit out. Maybe one of the greens. In general I like this dish but maybe got unlikely with the freshness of the vegetables today since I felt this across 2 dishes. This chain is still a good back up eatery for me following a plant-based diet. 🌱 I like their wide selection of vegan dishes and rice side dishes. Low quality food thats just westernised which makes twice as bad. I had to send it back. Stingy pieces of beef included and generally overpriced for a low quality product. I ordered dessert which was clearly microwaved and luke warm. I can just imagine a lazy chef ripping it out of its freeze bag and whacking in for 30 seconds, yes it was that poorly done and I was charged £8.5 for it. I was so disappointed I didnt finish it. Paid and left. I would not recommend this place for food but staff are nice. Otherwise I would have given it a 1 star. Extremely overpriced
