Ordered for delivery. Delivery time kept on being bumped back again and again, and 1 hour and 40 min after ordering Butchies cancelled the order. This is the first time ever in 10 years that I have had an rder cancelled and now I have screaming hungry kids to deal with as I have no food. If you can't fulfill orders cancel them right away rather than making people believe it's on the way, and as such think there is no need to look for alternatives. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and safe to say, I will never order from Butchies again for delivery or at the restaurant.

BOMBASTIC SIDE-EYE. STOP LYING THE FOOD IS SUBPAR & COLD. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, 2ND VISIT WITH THIS PLACE. Worked late, needed a quick fix. Two - three bites and binned. Deliveroo order arrived earlier than expected yet the delivery was sloppy and cold. Order a 'Mega Meal for One', should be renamed to 'Mega Slop Mess for One'. BBQ-B BOY burger; Large "Hot Shake" fries; 3 buffalo wings. Really disappointed with this order hence my review on Deliveroo; Google and Trip advisor. (Anywhere else I can think of to leave a reply too.) I may visit this the local branch and gain further insight on how food is prepared because the burger contain bacon... the bacon was not cooked properly. The fries were fried a day before I ordered. The wings.. I'm still waiting for the meat and, supposedly, fried chicken to appear. AVOID. The same people claiming they consumed 'the greatest chicken in London' are either bots or are the same people who don't brush their teeth nor wash their skin in the morning. Butchies will you respond and correct this nonsense?

Average at best. Food was super quick, we both ordered the BBQ Burger. Buttermilk lacked seasoning, you have to pay £3:50 extra for fries and a can of drink, but a whole £2 for a chilli honey sauce that comes in one of those basic kebab plastic pots. Mac & cheese £5 and looks like the one from the Heinz tin. I’d rather save £15-£20 and go to Sams Chicken. It’s a shame as we had high hopes from seeing this all over Instagram from food blogs and influencers.

I love this place! Super friendly staff and the food is always quick and delicious. If you’re feeling some chicken, get to Butchies. Shout out to Richitha who always makes sure my food is perfect.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The staff were amazing ( Elsa, Richitha,cham, Abhirami) were committed to great service and very friendly. Would definitely love to come back

We came in for a birthday party with 20 people. The long haired bar tender was not very welcoming and was very unhappy. It is a shame. It was a lovely party vibe and every one was involved and even people that we didn't know were enjoying themselves. Sadly there was an issue with things on the bar and balloons and it just ruined the night. Maybe it is more fun when this person is not working. They should remember that people stay in pubs with positive vibes not rude acidic bar staff. Community coming together is what a pub is all about. Sadly there was a lack of this when we visited. Hopefully this was a one off night for this bartender and usually things are more uplifting and welcoming.

Western ConcourseThese guys always do such a great job. It's the busiest food place in the station and there's always a massive queue, but they handle it brilliantly. Fast friendly service. The guy who goes around clearing up is brilliant too. Well done folks, much appreciated 👍

241 City RdBy far the worst McDonalds store. I had a worker sneeze in my coffee (she had a cold) when received from the drive-through window and when I asked for a new one, she was surprised. and I noticed she had gotten the food mixed up from a previous car. She took the food away from the previous car then handed me the food. This is unacceptable! This place really lacks good workers and everyone seems to do what they like here. Don’t waste your time here!
