Butchies in Hammersmith and Fulham

New Butchies acaba de abrir en Tooley Street London. Trabajo cerca, así que lo intenté. Primera semana abierta y me dicen que la mitad del menú está agotado. Pero me recomiendan una hamburguesa. La hamburguesa es de hecho 2 tiras de pollo en un bollo muy pequeño para que se deslicen rápidamente y me quede desordenado. Los chips están bien, pero nada excepcional. Es mitad de precio para abrir la promoción, así que he pagado £ 6. 50 . Casi vale la pena, pero no hay manera de que pague el precio completo. Especialmente cuando hay una pollería más barata a 10 metros. Primera y última vez aquí.

Han pasado 16 minutos y sigo esperando a conseguir 6 pollo tierno , que el tiempo más que he esperado una comida en un mercado montado , el personal no fue educado ni siquiera sonrió mientras tomaba o daba orden ya que mientras escribía esta opinión me sirvieron 17 . 5 minutos, por favor.

order completely wrong and for £40 shouldve gave us the right things, food was cold and they forgot our chicken strips and our drink

The duck balls were simply irresistible Well worth examining But the goose fat fries tasted as if they had been flown in all the way from Canada

Went to the ealing branch food was good and service was not so the initial guy who served us was speaking so fast couldn’t understand what he was saying and he stared getting rude then the manger I believe came and took over and loll after us and we had good service they for got to put cheeese on our burgers but they sorted that straight but the fella who initially served us need to learn manners and patience felt like he too aggressive but he manger she was good and told him. Too step aside

Amazing, succulent, crispy chicken burger. The chips were crispy and fluffy. Will be back soon. Ps: can't understand the bad reviews, I am really fussy when it comes to good tasting food. This place is the real deal when it comes to fried chicken. Gives KFC a run for its money by far.

(Note this was written by my teenage daughter) I would never give a place a five out of five because nothing is perfect but at butchies the rules are broken. Butchies has the perfect texture, looks and most importantly taste. As soon as we discovered butchies we came basically every week! Luckily we moved soon after- otherwise we would have it too much and would probably be double the size we are now!!! Even when we come back to the UK to visit friends and our old home butchies is still at the top of the list! ( it even beats some friends on the ranking!🤣) Overall butchies is the best burgers we have ever had and I highly recommend it.

Hate to say it, but I'd rather go KFC. There's nothing freshly made here, most of what you get is barely warm and takes forever to arrive. Average wait times is around 20mins and it's never been busy the 2 times I've tried them. The worst part is that they cook it really badly, seems like the oil is not hot enough because it comes out soggy. The last thing you want when you tuck into a soggy fried chicken. As far as the taste, it's bland, has no taste and unforgettable but for the wrong reasons. Advice if you do try them, get sauce on the side. Customer service is great though, shame they can't cook chicken well.

Wish I had ordered somewhere else at market hall. It took forever to come but wasn’t worth the wait. Chicken was not nice quality. A bit slimy with bloody tendon bits still in it. All the batter came away from the chicken and sunk into the bun. Best bit of the whole thing was the guacamole in the bun.

Have to up your game, queuing for ten minutes to get your order in...? More staff needed urgently, two people clearly not enough

Stopped at Butchie’s to grab a buttermilk burger and can honestly say it’s the best chicken burger I have ever eaten. A lovely brioche bun with crisp shredded lettuce, the perfect amount of cheese melting over the a succulent yet crispy skinned piece of buttermilk chicken. My only small complaint would that the staff should be a little more enthusiastic about their product and confident selling as it really is an amazing burger. I shall be returning again in what I hope is sometime soon for a mouthful of food glory.

Hi I ordered on deliveroo the food came and it was so greasy the wings where over cooked and full of oil , cheese fries where stone cold and mushy and the burger was stone cold and mushy and the chicken was greasy, the place looks amazing but I’m sorry it was terrible food

Visited their stall in the Market Hall at Fulham. Their fried chicken sandwiches are fantastically juicy, tender and full of flavour. I’ve had the buttermilk fried chicken burgers at other places (including Patty & Bun who do amazing burgers) but this is probably the best I’ve had. And their Butch hot shake fries are a perfect accompaniment (for those who like it a little fiery!). Personal favourite: Cheesy rider Would I go back: a resounding yes!
