Cactus Drink Well in Cheshire West and Chester

Today X2 Staff laughed in my face making fun of the way I spoke, mimicking in front of me, said ‘she must be in the wrong shop’ and continued laughing together. Bizarre behaviour considering I simply asked for a hazelnut boba tea. I have a local accent. Weird people would not trust them making my drink and won’t be spending my money there ever needless to say I walked out never to return.

Bought a delicious matcha green tea drink. There were plenty of options, so I got some bubbles today for a change. Tasty!

My go to place for fresh sushi and delicious bubble tea, it never disappoints! The workers are always so polite and friendly! My sister went after I raved about it to her and she struggles with interactions due to her autism, but the staff gave her such an incredible experience, they listened and was super patient with her, the gentleman who served her was so bubbly and did not hesitate to chat. She was over the moon. It’s the small things that really stand out to customers and this small interaction meant so much more to her , so thank you for your wonderful service ❤️

Best food and bubble tea in the area. Staff are lovely too! The onigiri, donburi and teppanyaki are my favourites, so much flavour and great value!

Brilliant addition to Chester, the staff are friendly and very good at their job. with no hassle. The food and the bubble tea was leagues above any other sushi/boba shops I have been to. It's a must visit if you're in Chester

Visited today with my daughter and waited over 25 minutes with only 2 people in front of us and still didn’t mange to order a drink. Been coming here for years All orders are uber / just eat orders and staff serving although two persons there were only 1 person. As polite as I know that staff member is he was stressed and over worked. The business should just operate on an app order only if this is the way they work it’s not fair on the customers that actually visit the shop. It’s lost it’s spark.always out of stock on many items. As a point I will not visit the store again. Treat your staff and customers better. When the lazy population stop ordering expensive drinks on line the walk in customers will have moved on because of your complacency.. another one bites the dust … Chester
