Being new to the area my husband and I came here in search of a new local breakfast spot. Unfortunately we weren’t even greeted on arrival, had to seat ourselves, my husband had to get us menus. No one took our order, my husband eventually went up to order a drink. We were still not asked if we would like to order and left. It wasn’t busy, all the girls were all just on their phones The menu looks great, but I can’t support an establishment where basic customer service isn’t even afforded. Management needs to work on customer service

If you are looking for a pre-Christmas treat then Prezzo in Harrow is the place. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are ready to cater for all your needs. We arrived when the doors opened on a Saturday afternoon and the place was already buzzing. Diona took our orders and explained everything, and Fabulous Fabio got us into the Christmas spirit with a bottle of Prosecco, masterfully delivered by Elina. Thank you Bulgaria. My wife opted for Saltimbocca Chicken Sage which got her taste buds roaring, the grilled chicken tasted barbecued and was healthy on the calorie count. The prosciutto was crispy delicious. My daughter’s pizza was a Margherita with a tasty chicken topping. The pizza tasted fresh like it had just been flown in from Napoli, the birthplace of pizzas. It was gone before I could give it a second glance. My beef burger looked like the leaning Tower of Pisa when it was placed in front of me. Within minutes I demolished it, taking big bites from the juicy meat wrapped up in a bun and relishes. Usually I go for a Pepperoni pizza but this made a welcome change. The desserts rounded off what could be the tastiest meal I had for a while. I went for the best ever chocolate cake and my daughter had the tiramisu. We swapped spoonfuls with my wife and we were not disappointed. If this was Britain’s Got Talent I would be hitting the buzzer for a big YES and waiting for the golden glitter to fall down from the sky. Christmas for me and my family had come early!

We decided to try out a new Italian spot for lunch and decided to pop in here. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we loved the Italian ambiance created by the decor. For starters, we ordered: Melanzane alla Parmigiana – This dish was delicious, with authentic, rich flavors. Funghi Saltati All' Aglio – Unfortunately, this were disappointing. The garlic mushrooms were served in a slimy and lumpy garlic butter (as shown in the picture), making them quite unappetising. Garlic Bread with Cheese – Simple and basic, but it improved with chilli flakes for added flavor. For the main, we chose the Pizza Diavola, and it was fantastic. The tomato sauce was tangy and rich, the red chilies brought the perfect amount of heat, and the combination with the pepperoni was phenomenal. To finish, we had the homemade Tiramisu, which was incredible. It was fresh, flavourful, and a perfect ending to the meal. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more items on the menu!

I don't know you. But going to this pizza for a Sunday dinner is very nice. You feel a true place, nothing is fake. I recommend it as the pizza loses its kicks when in the box for take away or delivery. The bruschetta is a must have!
