Café Balzar in Manchester

A wonderful place to grab a bite and a drink before getting on a flight. Food was exceptional and the staff (shout out to Jobi, cocktail maker extraordinaire) were brilliant. Top marks all round.

Comfortable environment while waiting for a flight. Decent menu but large portions. The potato puffs are really good. Jobin was our bartender and he was very pleasant and very friendly.

Good was really delicious! We had the Royale and Benedict breakfasts and would thoroughly recommend. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was served within minutes of ordering. Very pleased with our experience!

Early morning nice staff food good thanks

Breakfast at Manchester airport. Server Jobin was great and very professional. Food was good, coffees were lovely. Menu is overpriced bur this is to be expected at the airport. Even so it was still steep.

Serving was very good. Especially, to mention Jobin and Efrina were very welcoming and showed exceptional hospitality.

All good eveything, you can walk in and sit down, no waiting.

Had a wonderful experience eating before our flight. A special mention to Jobi for being so efficient and kind. Very quick to notice any plates that needed clearing and very pleasant to talk to, and always had a smile :)

We had breakfast before a flight and had great good and great service, especially as it was only 4am! Nice to have different options to the usual fry up. We had avocado and eggs on sourdough and french toast. Very delicious!

Lovely friendly staff, even though we were there very early morning. Food was great and very reasonable compared to other airport food. Lots of vegitarian options. Nice clean areas, bar was immaculate and staff always around if needed.

I stopped by Café Balzar recently and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and drinks. Avocado Toast with Scrambled Eggs: This dish was not just delicious but also incredibly satisfying. The toast was perfectly crisp, providing a great base for the creamy, well-seasoned avocado. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and generously portioned, making it a hearty and filling meal. It felt fresh, balanced, and left me feeling energized. Vanilla Latte: The vanilla latte was a treat. The espresso was rich and smooth, complemented beautifully by the hint of vanilla sweetness. A comforting and flavorful drink to round out. Ambiance & Service: Café Balzar despite being on Airport has a inviting atmosphere that made the whole experience even more better. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure everything was just right. Overall, Café Balzar delivered on taste, quality, and service. The avocado toast and vanilla latte combo is a winner for a satisfying breakfast.

Service excellent, Carina was my server. Food just average airport stuff. Bar staff helpful and good humourd. Your app is pants and whoever designed it needs sacking. Why do you need my name , number and mail to pay a bill. And for gods sake sort out gpay.

Our First time here and ordered the Grand breakfast, french toast and coffees. Food came quick with smiling waitresses. Thank you Rakhi for best customer service and looking after us well, especially with the heated plates, I felt like she really cares and really appreciate it.

Service was good. Music was a little bit too loud. I had poached egg and avocados with salmon as one of my favourite breakfasts. The poached egg was tiny. Larger eggs please for the price.

Busy airport (Manchester) not much atmosphere but Balzar is ok. Efreena was very friendly attending our table. Food & drinks ok but too expensive.
