Friendly staff, very good food and affordable prices, recommended!

The place is very good in many ways: .The food is great, everything is super well prepared and filling. .The service was very good, the waitress was very kind to us at all times. Of course (and I don't know if it's because it's not done in Spain) the amount of the "service" seemed a little expensive to us. The location is phenomenal, next to Kensington Gardens and the Natural History Museum. In addition, the interior atmosphere of the bar is beautiful with numerous photos of the Princess of Wales. If I go back to London I would go there without any problem, it's very good.😌😁

The food is good, but the staff is not friendly at all, and neither is the manager. Don’t leave a tip because they don’t deserve it!

Frankly speaking, I felt very uncomfortable. I went in the morning when there weren't many people around, but when I stopped the waitress to order, she asked me what it was. I ended up being ignored like that. Also, even though I was still at my seat, they placed new forks and knives and prepared the next one. When I was with other white people, I would leave completely and then prepare for the next thing. It's better not to go there because Asians will be discriminated against. The worst was a Turkish-looking woman with acne scars. I ordered English breakfast, but it was normal. I ordered lemon tea for my drink, but it came with a herbal tea bag inside. It wasn't what I expected, so I checked with the nasty waitress and was told it was lemon tea. I'm still skeptical even now.

Entré para salir del frío y era encantador y cálido, disfruté de un chocolate caliente a un precio muy razonable, este es sin duda un lugar que el turista probablemente busca si están en la caza real ... . Y hay muchas fotos encantadoras de la difunta princesa de Gales cubriendo las paredes, una de ella realmente se sentó dentro del café, ¡para que pueda sentarse donde se sentó! Está muy cerca del palacio de Kensington, así que probablemente estaba de visita porque era amable, pero rezo para que no usara el inodoro mientras estaba allí, totalmente decepcionado el lugar.

Loved the concept of this restaurant and the food was fine but the experience was ruined by a very rude cashier, truly a disappointment. Otherwise the other staff was very nice

Local confortável, atendimento e comidas excelentes com um valor bem acessível! Fomos eu, meu marido e meu filho, pedimos o english breakfast completo (2 ovos, 2 bacons, 1 linguiça, meio tomate cozido, feijão (acredito que seja com molho de tomate ou ketchup), cogumelos, 1 hashbrown e 2 torradas ) e mais 2 hashbrowns, um café e uma água. Muito bem servido.

Overpriced, staff not so friendly, and added £4 to my bill without consulting me. I assume it’s for service charge, but on the menu it clearly stated ‘service charge not included’. Will not be returning.

A lentil soup served in a small bowl, 5.99 pounds plus service, or 7.50. It's just a bowl of hot water, red lentil flavor, super salty, very very liquid. The beautiful scam!

Very nice decoration with photos of Lady Di. They serve quickly. Very nice place. Good Chips & Chips at a good price. The only bad thing is that they don't serve alcohol, not even beers.

If you are staying in the area it is not bad for breakfast.

We had an amazing time at Café Diana! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and manager. The atmosphere is truly unique and emotional, with the beautiful photos of Princess Diana adding a special touch to the decor. The food was exceptional—high-quality and full of flavor. The mezze and meat dishes were particularly delicious, perfectly seasoned, and prepared with care. Great place, lovely decoration and nice service. The food was good too, most of the menu is Arabic so be aware. I recommend going there when passing by Hyde Park, Kensington Palace or also Notting Hill, they’re all close to each other.

The reception upon arrival was very attentive, friendly and warm. The food was abundant and delicious, what they served us, a very good lamb stew with real vegetables, especially recommended for those looking for delicious food without judging the appearance of the place. which is simple but with essence.

Lovely little cafe... clean and smart without being snooty, calm ambience with real music at sensible volume, last but not least very nice food (I had kofte kebab wrap), decent coffee, not expensive. It's called Cafe Diana for a reason... you'll find out if you visit. Absolute top cafe, a credit to owner & staff.

Incredibly fast service, delicious food (we had eggs and chips as well as kebabs). The server was so patient with us (silly Americans visiting England for the first time) and the whole place is covered in photos of Princess Diana. Absolutely adorable. Would eat here again!

Cafe Diana is my favorite restaurant in London. I found it over 15 years ago on study abroad and come back to it every time I’m in London. Can’t recommend the Chicken Tikka Kebob plate highly enough!

Breakfast was good, coffee was very good:) the place has specific atmosphere (guess what is the main motif) However, vegetarian option is a meat one without meat, it is not a perfect solution:)

A waiter there is very rude!! They don’t know how to receive ppl… he is egyptian and talked in a way that was very vulgur. I would advise the owner to watch his employees as they are representatives of the place.

Don't go! Or if you go just take a look at the walls, take some pics and leave. I paid 15£ for two juices. Before seating, I asked the waitrose if they had iced coffee, and she said yes. Another waiteose came to take the order and told me they didn't have iced coffee, we asked for a mango and orange juice, and they didn't have mango. Finally, we ordered two apple and orange juices and an avocado toast. 2 minutes later, another waitrose came saying they didn't have avocado. We just have those juices and leave paying 15 POUNDS!

The place is very interesting for its tribute to Diana. But the service was terrible, it took a long time for us to be served, we asked for salt and they forgot to bring it. Regarding the food, I ordered scrambled eggs and a type of juice from the menu that was carrot with fruit. The egg came in pure oil full of frying bubbles, and the juice tasted like poorly treated tap water. Unfortunately, I got really sick and ended up getting food poisoning, plus the bathroom was extremely dirty…

Queríamos sentarnos a comer como lo hemos estado haciendo durante años, pero nos dijeron que las mesas exteriores estaban reservadas solo para fumadores! No queríamos fumar. ¡Ninguno de los dos ha fumado! Más tarde volvimos a pasar y era evidente que la gente estaba en mesas afuera comiendo en lugar de fumando. Así que nuestro patrocinio de 15 años de este lugar tristemente ha llegado a su fin.

I don’t know if they position themselves as a Turkish place but I just want to say that it is not the best place for meaty dishes/service or atmosphere. The taste is just not there. The service could have been more welcoming and useful: this is not customers responsibility to deal with issues of your facilities (especially before using it). Now atmosphere: it felt like the staff doesn’t care and also like there usually is someone (like an owner or a manager) who interacts with people better and makes this place alive but he/she wasn’t there when we came maybe, I don’t know. Something was missing, it was soulless if I may say. That’s the feeling I had. Overall, I wouldn’t come there again BUT I definitely recommend this place for the experience: this place is kind of unique and you cannot argue with that. Visit the place, feel the presence of Diana if you can, try some food (because it’s polite to order something if you are visiting and maybe you will like it much more than I did). Definitely recommend for visiting.

The most arrogant staff, with zero experience. First redone strong black Americans 3 times, still came wrong. Second time waited 20 mins , no one came to take the order.

Too bad coffee, unpleasant staff and worst of all... very very dirty, we couldn't even go into the bathroom as it was. Since it is an emblematic place for what it represents of Diana and we went expressly because one of our group is a fan of her, they could keep the restaurant clean and be a little nicer, at the end of the day you go there to live the experience of being surrounded by her photos and knowing that she was going there for breakfast… I don't recommend it at all and it's also quite expensive.

Unfortunately, this “tourist hotspot” doesn’t have anything more to offer than a yellowed ambience. Food, drinks, service is poor and prices are high. Going in to take photos and going out again is enough, then you won't be so disappointed.

Walking through the streets of Kensington, its easy to feel like theres somebody missing. She's on all the signs, statues and memorials everywhere, yes I'm speaking about the queen of our hearts: Lady Diana Spencer. Luckily, there's somewhere that keeps her memory alive, and my adoration of her can match the adoration of the café that holds her namesake. I had a fantastic full breakfast here. Had all the works and the staff had the same star quality and dedication as the lady herself. Theres a cheeky wee shisha spot outside if you feel like it, reflecting the Princess of Wales' rebellious streak. I'll always make a point to visit when I'm in London, a proper reminder of the beauty of the past, and a beacon of light to make what she believed in come true. RIP 1961 - 1997 Always in our hearts, living on in this splendid little café. 5 stars!

I went to eat on my first or second day during my stay in London and the place is incredible, it's great to eat in front of so many paintings of Lady D. I ordered fish and chips and it was good, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. The owner was somewhat noisy and had his friends or family coming and going constantly. The attention of the two girls who were there was very good.

My father told me about this place, he said this place is a MUST. Well, he was right. The taste of food is beyond amazing, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The owner Abdul is such a gentleman, and very welcoming. I will definitely visit cafe Diana everytime I visit London. Literally, the best in London.

What a beautiful restaurant and so lovingly decorated. Photos of Princess Diana on the walls everywhere. Great pictures. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. The furniture was very clean and tasteful. It played quiet music without being disturbing. The service was absolutely friendly and helpful. The toilets were very clean.

Went there came from Liverpool was looking forward to go there for nice food. Staff wasn't welcoming and only offered us to sit by the door we asked if we can sit at the main dining room they said they are full after 5 minutes a lot of people left but no one ask if we want to move to main dining room. Toilet was blocked and dirty. Food ok not the best

Great full English and a place with lots of history! Didn’t know this when we walked in but Princess Diana was a regular for years — lots of signed pictures and newspaper clippings about it. It’s kind of a tribute to her, which was very sweet, and they have great food.

A stone's throw from Hyde Park, nestled in the streets of Notting Hill, this little café immerses us in an atmosphere filled with nostalgia. So when it comes to cooking, it’s clearly not the strong point. It's still okay considering the price. It's still worth the detour, even if only for a tea or coffee in a setting dedicated to Lady Diana.

We had coffee with some acquaintances, they treated us very well and we were even all learning English and we were from different countries and they treated us very well!! The coffee we had was good and well roasted.
