Cafe fresco in Bournemouth

Got food poisoning from lamb kebab never again stale food threw into bin after few bites and been sick since.

They are but fraud on the window price is 6.99 but if you want to.pay it's 7.50. Toilet lock broken.

I've only ever had very good food from Fresco. Kebab wrap one of the best I've had, and they use Turkish naan. Chicken strips tender and a good price for 8 strips. Delivery always on time.

Have eaten here on two occasions. Both times the food was fresh and tasted good. Unfortunately, the prices do not reflect the size/ quality of food you get. I paid £11.50 for a double burger and chips which they somehow managed to squeeze onto a small plate. The waiting times here are also ridiculous.

Absolutely outrageous I ordered a doner meat and chips platter some chips was still part frozen, the kebab meat was outrageous am 99% it was yesterdays meat and just wacked on the grill garlic sauce was disgusting priced at £11.50 definitely not again can go to Dorchester and get a better kebab for a more substantial price and proper meat instead of cheap shit WORST KEBAB EVER

The chicken shish is amazing, really tasty! The fajita is a little messy but the sauce is just the right amount of kick so you just want to lick it up

they'd run out of Doner meat so called to check what we wanted instead which is good and they were really polite. but the quality of the food wasn't great, salad was limp and brown, the chicken kebab was chewy and hard and seemed more like chicken breast with seasoning. the wrap was okay. both lots of chips were cold and soggy. only 15 mins late so not the worst there. nice enough people but ashame about the quality of food unfortunately.

10/10 food, the place to eat in Bournemouth, customer service was amazing did exactly what I asked in notes, even phoned to double check can’t go wrong. Give it a try you’ll not regret it

DO NOT ORDER! I waited for 30 minutes(got my order only when I chased it!) - the chicken was not fresh, dried, and tasteless !!My daughter had a chicken burger - after 10 min she got tummy pain and now she is sick! Customer service is bad!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I’ve ordered from a lot of late night kebab places around Bournemouth and have never felt the need to write a negative review as most times you get what you pay for and I don’t have high expectations for places open until 3:00am. However this was on another level. The pizza I ordered had hair in it. Not a single strand floating on top. I tried 3 different slices - every single one of them had hair cooked deep inside of the cheese. Do you have a barber in the kitchen?? Additionally ordered some chicken strips and jalapeño balls. The chicken strips were completely tasteless and definitely frozen. The jalapeño balls had weird hard fragments inside the cheese (not the jalapeño bits) that I literally have no idea what it was (felt like plastic). Absolutely disgusting and made me too sick to want to eat.

I was struggling with state of depression, so I decided to order some food as a cure. It didn't help with depression, but food was good and gave me short time joy. It didn't upset my stomach :). Highly recommend. They never let me down.

Sumptuous, despite the banal place I highly recommend. The food is of good quality and the vegetables are fresh. I order wrap menu and the price was very cheap, The service was fast and the staff is very friendly. Very good restaurant.

an hour and a half for a small order on a quiet night..... couldn't even call them to get an update because no one answered the phone after 3 separate calls. food was okay....

The cheesy chips were uneatable because they put paper at the bottom which has merged with the cheese, I can't eat paper!!!! The removed something from our order so we can't even prove it, either that or the just eat app is just useless and glitched, either way, it's not acceptable. And the bag was ripped so when we opened it all the food fell everywhere! Absolutely abysmal, NEVER AGAIN!

The margarita pizza was actually really good, better than some Italian restaurants I've tried! The chicken burger was amazing, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Really great quality, thanks guys

I assume this is accepted as a donner kebab in Bournemouth. The lamb was excellent, the chilli sauce was acceptable the rest did not make a proper donner kebab. Enjoyable enough to eat.

you have got to be joking? I waited one hour and a half for then I got sent the wrong order I ordered a kebab wrap and a double cheeseburger meal and a drink I got to small wraps which I had no idea what was inside plus no burger or drink nuthink shocking

DO NOT GO! Service was shocking staff did not wear gloves at any point, upon receiving my two pizzas one was just about acceptable the other I took back it was floating in grease and was told it’s cheese! This place should be shut down.

Always a ridiculous time for delivery, which Kate at night if busy is ok but middle of the day and waiting for an hour and a half is a joke plus they've sent the wrong food and never answer the phone, when I did manage to finally get through to say they've sent the wrong food they hung up, twice. Charged me 6 quid for cheesy chips. Didn't realise until I showed my receipt to collect them. It's a rip off considering the menu says £3.50. Asked about it and was meet with shrugged shoulders. On the positive side, they were alright. Not woth 6 quid though.

Food size misunderstanding. A £ 14 kebab in a wrap gives more. doner meat tasteless and not enough on the grill. I have already ordered from this restaurant more than once, but today I am disappointed, I will not return there anymore

£3,50 cheesy fries… £6,00 “Large cheesy Fries”, Yep, they were large as well, but nowgere near £6 large 😑… Go up the road and you will get same customer service… But cheaper price, better portion and better options regarding sauces… and staff is always friendly and understandable of drunk friends (which I understand it can be frustrating being next to Cameo and Walkabout)… Also 14min for so “Large cheesy fries”…

First visit and was ok to have a quick bite but can do bit better on food quality for the price you paying.

So I made an order tonight, I dident get the entire order from start had to chase the delivery guy to call restaurant and half an hour got the other part of my order....probably last time I am ordering from you guys :/ Update. I have ordered and order arrived late and wrong for the 2nd time and horrible customer service, as they refused to change the order. I would not recommend it at all.

No doubt the worst wrap I've ever seen, all soggy and hardly anything in there. Not even closed up, literally just folded in half, also cold on arrival. Absolutely disgusted by this, do not bother with these guys. When I called, they hung up after saying that they don't care. Will never recommend this, it's daylight robbery.

Bloke taking the order didn’t have a good grasp of English whatsoever. W were short changed and when we brought it up he said they didn’t have any change, like it’s not their fault. Eventually did get it. We were the only people in there upon ordering and waited a good 20 minutes before one item was finished. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for my partners order to be cooked. The 2 people cooking in the back had hair nets on the top of their heads with the rest of their long hair hanging over their shoulders, so a waste of time really. The doner and chips wrap wasn’t in a wrap, the salad was even put in a separate box, it was good and hit though. The doner pizza was good and hot too.

I've been a few times and the food is consistently cooked well and yummy.

I got a Fresco Kebab several times, and usually I've been always satisfied with my choice. Something can be improved but not too bad overall.

The pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Haven't tried anything else on the menu though. The wait for the pizza was around 20 minutes but worth it!

Awful service, waited 2 hours and the food never turned up, tried to call for an update and kept getting notified the line was busy, can only imagine they're either inundated with angry customers wondering where their food is or the driver has been attacked by a group of rabid badgers on the way, and I find the latter highly unlikely. Only gave one star as 0 wasn't an option, piss poor service and will not be using them again. Edit: After almost 3 hours of waiting, our food arrived. Unfortunately, so did the previously mentioned badgers. I was jumped by a small family of them as I made the daring journey to the end of the road as the driver could not find the house. They came hard and fast and caught me completely off guard, managing to get a hold of my chips before I could beat them off with a conveniently placed stick on the side of the road. Anyway, food was lukewarm and really not worth the money or wait.

Food was ok how ever the portions where unacceptable. Attached is the picture of what £13 gets you (chips included however that's was just a medium size packet). Didn't get salad as well.

I ordered a meal through deliveroo which arrived in super quick time. The food itself was dry over cooked and poor quality. The portions were small, even though we paid extra for large.
