Very good and respectful restaurant and manager Ms Marjan was very helpful and friendly and she was managed 70 customers with patience and respect we are recommending this restaurant for all parties and big groups. Food was delicious.

I’ve been to so many Persian restaurants in london and honestly this is THE BEST ONE, the manager is so nice made us feel so comfortable ☺️ he let us put music on to dance 💃🏻 the food is amazinggg😮‍💨 the decoration and atmosphere is so classy and fancy I can take my high net worth clients there🥰 Also parking after 7pm is free 😍 I had my graduation 👩🏻‍🎓 meal there and it was one of the BEST nights of my life 😍 Really recommend you guys to give it a try!!!

What a gem of a restaurant. I booked Rendezvous last minute for my mum‘s birthday, the service and the food were nothing short of exquisite. It’s been a while since I’ve had great Persian food. The portion sizes are plentiful and the presentation for each dish adds such a luxe touch that I adored. The rice is so fluffy and the crispy tadic on the outside, just delicious. The grilled meats were so juicy and flavourful. The bread freshly made and warm. Joojeh marinated to perfection, and I loved that it came with all the accompaniments without having to ask (sumac, butter and grilled tomatoes) me and my family agree the starter dishes tasted homemade with love The atmosphere was so fun and lively, love the cocktail bar and the fun cocktail concoctions as well as the professionalism of all the staff. We were seated in a cosy booth and visited on a night when it was below 0 outside, and I must say we felt so toasty and warm and comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The live music was super fun, it made us all want to get up and dance, which isn’t something we often do! The staff were super friendly, all smiles and happy to help with suggestions. We felt well looked after and left with a smile on our faces It seems the negative reviews on this place were made by people who are making totally unreasonable and even illegal requests and it’s a real shame to see people bring down a business because of it. Im glad we overlooked that and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest. Rendezvous made my parents homesick and made me want to connect to my routes more often. Thank you Rendezvous for a brilliant evening, we will definitely be back - and will try the ribs next time!

Like many of the comments previously made I’m shocked at the level of service and why anyone would go back to this restaurant. Particularly, I have to say that the lady with the Curley hair and nose ring was so incredibly rude it’s shocking why anyone would put her front of house. There is a huge lack of social awareness for anyone who’s offering a service and being paid to operate in such a rude manner, and I struggle to reason with why an owner would not want visitors to not feel welcome in the restaurant.

we dined there last night as a group of 16 and we had a really good night. we had booked the Christmas Menu and there were choices for everyone, including pur vegetarian colleagues. everyone loved the starters, specially the aubergine dip, which was really flavoursome. All mains were delicious and big portions, maybe too big with a huge side of rice. the service was a bit slower than expected but we appreciate we were a big group if 16 and there was only one waiter. He was brilliant, very attentive and recomended some choices which didn’t go unnoticed. we were very well served, the place was available for our group and we had a really good night, we will definetely be back again!

I just went once to this restaurant for the Halloween 🎃 event. 🍗 The quality of the food was not good at all. I couldn't touch the Koobide at all. The Joojeh (chicken kebab) is not well marinated. The only 1 star goes to their rice which was really good. 🎵OMG! The music was so bad! That kind of singer and band! You can just find this kind of music and band and singer in poor areas out of Tehran. 👩🏻There was a lady who was the manager, she was not respectful at all. We came to restaurant to have fun and a good time, not to deal with a bossy woman which is angry! I don't recommend this place at all. Food and the atmosphere is not good at all.

We chose this restaurant hoping for a memorable evening, but what we experienced was nothing short of shocking. While we were enjoying ourselves on the dance floor, a staff member brazenly took our bottle from under the table without a word to us, only to later slap a £50 penalty onto our bill without a hint of warning. When we approached the manager, hoping for some understanding or at least basic courtesy, we were met with even worse—a dismissive, rude attitude that seemed to endorse the staff’s disrespectful behavior. It’s such a shame because the food was exquisite, the music captivating, and most of the staff were genuinely wonderful. But the blatant disregard and arrogance we encountered from the manager and certain staff completely shattered the magic of the night. What could have been an unforgettable experience left us with a bitter taste, a spoiled evening, and a memory we’d rather forget.

Quite disappointed really! The floor manager took our bottle we brought in (which we didn’t even open) while we were dancing, without our permission! Then they put an extra charge of £50 for just bringing the bottle and were quite rude about the whole ordeal, they were obnoxious, condescending and patronising . Sadly, left and unpleasant taste…..

Be careful... don't go there... Taking the glass "sneaky" from under the table, without telling anyone. After that, they also denied that 'no, we don't know'...in the common language, this is called theft. Then they charged 50 pounds because it was glass. We had alcohol, although at first they denied that they don't know what it is. Be careful.. Preferably don't choose this restaurant... Without telling you, they take your personal property without any prior notice and deny it... Do not choose this restaurant... It is not worth it. There are better restaurants in London that offer better prices and service.

Went here twice, once for a wedding & a second time for a birthday dinner. The staff is amazing and the food is great. I’ve been trying kabab barg at various different Persian restaurants and none of them met my expectations but this place has the most tender, melt in your mouth, juicy kabab barg one can ask for. I also loved their duck fesenjoon despite the fact that I dont like fesenjoon to begin with.

The most authentic Iranian food I have found in London, takes me back home to Iran! I highly recommend the kebab platters, of which the koobideh is a highlight. There’s also an excellent selection of cocktails and desserts. This food is so fantastic that my family and I drive 45 minutes for it! We will be back soon.

We visited Rendezvous restaurant with a group of our friends for a birthday party. Everything was wonderful and the food was so tasty. The staff were super friendly and Hosein took care of us very well with kindness and passion. He paid attention to us very well and we got our food and drinks on time. The drinks were spectacular and kebabs taste like you are having them in Iran.

I’ve recently celebrated my birthday on Friday night in rendezvous, but unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience at all. We paid £40 for the set menu, which was supposed to include starter, main course, and desert. The staff didn’t serve started for the people came later, and they refused to bring us more bread when we asked for. The main course was not a good dish. It wasn’t cooked properly and the rice was very cold! They even didn’t even serve us baklava as a desert even when we asked for! The most weird thing was that fizzy drinks wasn’t include the set menu, and we had to pay separately in addition to the 40 pounds! Definitely, we are never coming back to the restaurant again!

We had a great meal here. The restaurant is lovely. The waitresses were really sweet and attentive (we didn't have to ask for a water top up once!) and everyone was really friendly. And the food was delicious! The lamb was so flavourful and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The aubergine starter was very nice, as was the salad, and my companions loved the bread and rice. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be coming back again!

The quality of the food is excellent, authentic Persian cousine but the service and the attention to the customers has room for improvement. We had to ask twice for the tap water and also they started to close the place and turning off the lights while we were still there. We had a set menu, very good quality food and very tasty, but we didn't receive the baklava and the tea included in the price. Also we asked for the bill and we had to stand up to pay as no one came to our table with the card machine. I do believe that they should work to improve the customer service as it is a pity since the food is very very good.
